I visited today at this KFC outlet, I have to say that it was an extremely disappointing experience. The chicken I received had a distinct unpleasant odor, making it completely inedible. It was as if they had served me leftovers from days ago.

It's unbelievable that a well-known chain like KFC would let their outlet deteriorate to such a state.

What added to my frustration was the lack of customer service. When I brought up my concerns about the quality of the chicken, the staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in addressing the issue. This level of disregard for customers is simply unacceptable.

After attempting to stomach a few bites of the awful chicken, I couldn't take it any longer and decided to step out of the restaurant. I felt not only disappointed but also physically uncomfortable due to the terrible food.

I have always been a fan of KFC and have enjoyed their food at various outlets, but this experience was a complete letdown. I hope they take immediate action to improve the quality of their food, maintain proper hygiene, and train their staff to handle customer complaints more professionally.

I won't be returning to this particular outlet again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting it. This was, by far, the worst experience I've had at a KFC outlet.

Hype hype only hype.

The burger has no letuce. Just a piece of chicken.is it only this branch or everywhere no idea.

The large french fries too looks too small.then what will be the size of small?

Felt NO value for money.

Food quality is good. The shop opens at 11 am. Accepts cash, debit card, phone pe and PayTM for payment but faces server connectivity problem. Car parking space available.

They r very poor at fetching the returnable change money to customers they will just add it as take away and mak a round figure.

Chicken was oilier compared to other outlets.

They don't have a proper system for serving orders. You have to go through the crowd to hand over your order receipt. They start preparing the order only after that.

Why can't you serve sequentially using order numbers like other fast food chains do?

They Have Now Improved Their Overall Food Quality. There Is A Slight Problem In Parking.
It's Definitely Better Than Other Outlets In Bangalore.

Stale Zinger burger. No salt or any spice in the burger. Totally disappointed. As usual the fries were not impressive either. Staff were courteous and good.

I have ordered the food and waited for 40 minutes.people who ordered after me got the food.they do not have seriousness and I had to go and ask what exactly happened to my order.after me asking them, they have started preparing it. Rubbish

They don't have invoice generation system, paid and asked me to collect item from next counter.
Then I demanded for invoice, then from the same machine they printed.

Very unprofessional and unpleasant staff, non hygienic and not so clean utensils and trays, not at all clean kitchen area, waste papers and stuff lying on the floor and tables.very dirty washroom.and cold food - fried chicken pieces were ok, fries was cold - felt like prepared hours ago, coke was already served before we are even reaching restaurant for sure.totally horrible experience from a KFC outlet.

It's a great venue.
We had lunch here a few times while on the visiting family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. We sat and enjoyed the view with our delicious lunch. Must try venue and have a great fun with friend's and family.

KFC has been an old favourite and when I was recently craving for Fried Chicken, I headed to KFC. I ordered a bucket of fried chicken, a Chicken Longer burger, and Pepsi.

Fried Chicken was as expected, absolutely fresh and hot. The taste and quality was good. The texture is superb and chicken is crispy from outside because of the coating. However, from inside it's tender and succulent.

Chicken Longer burger was absolutely yummy! I liked it and because since some time, I haven't been to KFC, it was new to me. The patty was crispy and the taste was good.

Ambience is decent and as usual. Service was good as they prepare it quickly and the staff was polite and courteous.

The food was alright but instead of pepsi this outlet is serving water for drinks. It's like 60 percent water content in a pepsi drink that they are serving. Fooling customers again

Like any other KFC outlets. But i sincerely loved their initiative of no plastics! Keep up the great work team. Hope to dine in again soon
