On 11th Feb I went to KFC koramangala sony signal couldn't give the Review on same day due to some issue with my phone, it was horrible service, double chicken role and sigle chiken role was not worth it was cold and hard. Both quality and quantity was horrible and the 8 bonless chicken pieces was also very hard looks like it was kept for 2-3 days no peri peri masala sprinkle properly just for name sake only. I don't know about otaprot area KFC but plse I suggest not to got there KFC koramangala near Croma store.

I ordered chicken from KFC on Sunday night for dinner. And KFC had sent over stale chicken that was not only old but also smelly. Even after calling them endlessly to complain about the quality of food, they have not gotten back to me with a resolution. They said they’ll call in 10 minutes and each time I called back, I got the same response that they’ll call in ten minutes. I have wasted almost 1k on a meal I couldn’t even eat. Thanks a lot for your poor quality food and even poorer customer service.

Typical KFC outlet with nice seating space and great ambience. But they cook it in bulk as there is a lota takeaway so always make sure you ask them to make a fresh batch for your order

Nice seating arrangement, hygiene is maintained and they have self order placing dashboard which avoids the waiting for ordering

Order Wednesday bucket from Zomato, the chicken was dry and smelling bad, if we buy in offer this is how thee product is given.

We ordered grilled chicken which was half baked. Really disappointed. Then asked person to replace he did something and got the same

Card machine doesn't work properly. My perfectly working card was declined for no reason! I didn't even enter the PIN code, they just inserted the card and it rear as declined!

One needs to ask for the good pieces of chicken. Otherwise they may give you pieces which are not shown in the menu pictures.

The crispy taste of KFC is the best one for place to hang out for delicious chicken. Must visit place for non veg lovers and their baskets are fantastic and crushers are very excellent. Excellent.one can try chicken wings and chicken zinger burger

Quick meal, will serve the purpose when someone has very short time to finish their lunch/dinner.

Worst service. I had placed an order at 10: 45 pm, the order was accepted and finally I get a call at 11: 10 pm stating that the order has been cancelled just bcoz the swiggy guy reached the restaurant by 11: 05 pm, and the manager Mr abdul tells that restaurant is closed by 11 and while talking my call was disconnected by the store manager Mr Abdul.

When the restaurant is closed at 11: 00pm why did they accept the order? And they are not ready to refund my money also

I have faced such issues many times with KFC koramangala branch and I will be raising a complain against the restaurant.

I would share this experience in all the social media.

I would not even give a single star rating also just coz there is no other option to post my review I had to select a single star

Quick turnaround time is always expected from any KFC you visit. This one was quickest, even there were quite a crowd.

KFC is usually almost everyone's favourite place and it's well known for the taste and the varieties they offer. So this is one among the KFC which they has with all those tasty options and they located in one of the major hot spot of the city Sony world signal. They have good parking space parking would not be an issue. The items are delivered as fast as they can with expected level of professionalism. The place has good visibility toward road side and it has high chair seating toward window side where you can see outside and relaxely have your food. Restrooms are clean. So have your own experience visiting there.hit like or unlike as you feel. Thanks.

Horrible customer service. Even though the staff is good in number, the movement is very slow. And the worst part is you can’t take away the drinks (Krushers). Very lame reasons.

I was first told by the staff from here that this is a card that I can recharge and use it for my purchases at KFC. But was then informed day before yesterday that the information is wrongly provided. I am giving 3stars only due to the food and service provided here that is 5star. Frauuding a customer just to sell out the card or meet your target is not a good idea I guess
