One of the worst KFC experience I got from this place. I placed the order and after 10 mins when I went and asked for the order they are saying it is big order, it will take time. But my order amt is 950Rs, when I asked them how long it will take to give the order, they gave 3 items and took another 15 mins to give the remaining items. When I enquired the manager, he is not replying properly.

I visited on 10 th Jan, the service person response is pathetic.
1. He made me to wait for 15 min to collect order.basically he forgot to work on it and started only after I reminded him
2. He is not giving all the items in the order without reminding him.
3. Lastly I had to ask for straw also along with drink for my kid.his answer is simple no stock.how can he expect kids to drink!

At the end his manager turned up, first guy is better!

Thanks for service KFC, with highest service charge.

This place has gone down, you can always look for a better KFC, the food seems to be stale here max time

Ordered via Zomato and had a tough time, as the restaurant gave the food to another delivery person

Had a tough time explaining this to the customer care as the restaurant didn't seem to give a damn. And please don't bother to post below asking me to drop an email. Will not be bothered to do that anyway. Please be a little more cautious! Hangry customer! I may change my review later if the food is super tasty!

Burger doesn't taste good. Not even putting fresh lettuce.

Service is really slow! They don't have 500 rupee change. Forced to pay either by card or uip.

Hi we i and my friend ordered burger and wings. The chicken was very hard the texture if chicken seems to be old stock. I have visited both the times it's same. Never refers anyone to go there. Plus no offers in this kfc and rates r high.compared to other kfc. Really disappointed with service.

Totally, the recipe has been changed.chicken looks like coated in maida.chicken was old.service was bad.it's time for KFC man to die in business.

It's one of the best choice restaurants for non-vegetarians. Cost is bit high but taste matters. Those who love chicken dishes should visit KFC without miss.

Changing my review to 5 star from 1 star based on recent purchase. It was really good and fresmlh. Juicy chicken and got it delivered hot. Excellent.

I have ordered Classic Zinger Burger & Tandoori Zinger Burger. Worst condition of Burger. Not good at all taste & quality wise. Didn’t taste like usual KFC. The quantity of the chicken is very less too. Worst experience

Never ever order from this KFC outlet, always sent wrong order and they won't even listen to you and will lie to you that they had sent the correct order, even after giving the proofs.

Faced bad time in KFC. Chicken piece is flush and no more crispy. Worst taste and worst quality.

Ordered burger, wings and crispy chicken.
Burger was good but Wings and crispy chicken flesh tasted bad and smelled stinky.

KFC is big brand, but no use for take away they are giving Pepsi in normal glass without any leakage precautions.
Staff response are not helpful when I informed abt the spill out I have asked to exchange some other items, they are not ready, extra they took 25rs for container Pepsi.
Look at the service.
No helpful and not understanding customer people.

My number one go to restaurant since I was young, and having had almost all the food in the menu there, I definitely recommend it. The staff is flexible, the tables are placed in safe distances, and of course, online payment is accepted.
The food is, obviously, finger lickin' good!

Dropped by to get some takeaway. The place was filled to almost full capacity even on a weekday evening. Guess you can't beat these guys when it comes to fried chicken
You won't find a parking space easily for cars nearby.

Not good at all taste and quality wise. Cooking oil is overused and patty was smelling. Don't go blindly just becoz it's kfc. You pay high and do not get fresh food. Hope KFC uncle do something about it.

Not so recommended for Dine-In. Hardly we need to wait for long time to place our orders. We were around 9 PM in this place, and without any courtesy to people who are dining in, they switched off the lights (We are not sure of the reason).

Parking is also a big head-ache here. The delivery guys park the bikes all across and we can't get any spot.

If you are stepping to take-away this is a better spot, but not recommended for dine-in plans.

Visited many times this KFC, as always it never fails me with taste.
Very hygienic and clean place, the staff is very professional and friendly.

It would be better if you check the temp and sanitize the customer hands before entering the kfc.
Even though there is enough Parking space, its not been managed well, people just park there vehicle in all possible ways and leave it and go.

Had a lower than satisfactory experience. Staff are extremely lazy and do not cater to customers immediately. They also happen to often quarrel with the Zomato delivery boys. I once had to wait for a simple order for 20 mins, after which a staff packed the food with his bare hands (no gloves).

Needs to improve a lot. I don't find the KFC flavour at all and also it's not deep fried and also got oil smell on chicken and fries.outlet has to improve a lot. At this point it's not good place to go for who looks for real KFC taste. It's missing totally. I am sorry to put this across. It atleast help some one to save money or have good tasty food what they pay for. I have lost 1000+ rs today

This outlet is not giving the quality items. Bit salty and It doesn't taste like kfc. 2 times i tried and both time disappointed

Utterly disappointed with this place. They just wrap and give some thing. Should never visit this outlet. I ordered a burger and bread was very cold and spoiled

I was happy to see a new KFC outlet near my house. But was disappointed with the extremely slow serving time. Also the staff was very unprofessional. They goofed up my order and then started arguing with me.

Staff is extremely rude and isn't helpful with the menu. Charged for paper bag without asking if I need one and finally after charging me for it doesn't give me a bag in the end and once I ask for it that's when they go searching for a bag. The guy was also not in his uniform. Such a bad attitude, definitely not going there again.

I ordered 5pc of leg piece bucket with 2 dip (cost 350) but the person refused the order and said that's not available. In kfc website its available. Fooling the customer's.issue with the delivery bcoz of only 1 service people available in the restaurant it took 30 min to order and 20min to get my food.worst service.
