The food was a let down because of the oily residue. It was better before but the service and atmosphere is good. I hope they improve for the best.

Really disappointing. We went there for dinning and the food which we ordered served very delayed and the guy who took the order was showing attitude as if he is paying money for our food. Atleast should teach them how to behave when a customer is right in front of them.giggling, commenting, from there all I could see when we were having food. And the things they served was like everything in one bucket which was not usually how we get. The time they took to serve was really disappointing with such an attitude. Kadri kfc is really bad in customer service

Today visited the outlet at kadri.
Horrible experience. Ordered a bucket of 649/- but was charged, 720/- plus 47/- for 2 extra dips which was not ordered. They never issue bill, but later when verifying, they insist that bcos the coke glass got over, they billed for the cans, then they mention it's the tax, whereas tax is billed seperate. They also have the audacity to tell us not to report the matter or escalate it further. And cheekily agree to refund the extra amount collected. The delivered quantity is different from that we ordered and less pieces. Never again this outlet. Heard of Overbilling, but now it's experienced

I visited KFC at City Centre Mall Mangalore around 10: 30 PM, expecting them to be open until 11. Unfortunately, most of the dishes were unavailable, including the regular chicken fry. Despite multiple requests for the normal chicken fry, we were served peri peri chicken, which wasn't even hot. It was disappointing to see that they were fulfilling Zomato and Swiggy orders while denying us almost all menu items, citing unavailability. The staff made matters worse by playing very loud music, making the place noisy and unpleasant. "

I had a pleasant experience at your store. The store is well-maintained and the customer service was exceptional. I faced no confusions while ordering and taking away my food. I visited here. I had smoky red rice bowl. The chicken was not fresh (I think it was in freezer for many days) and its not cooked well also. Really bad taste. They are just spoiling the fame of kfc. They are not maintaining the authentic taste of kfc well. It was really a very bad experience.

Poorly trained staff who don't even inform customers when to take their orders after payment. The trainee staff put on duty have no idea. The display is not changing about delivery numbers and we feel like a fool sitting without having any information. Food was also pathetic. Horrible customer service, KFC. Please train your staff well enough.

Inappropriate staff, They display something and when we pay and ask for the food they deny to give choice of chicken, it had happened with me where choice of chicken is paid more then regular chicken and cahier refused to give choice of chicken on request even though after paying extra money.manager also denied saying stock is less and they need to give other customers, when you give choice of chicken option its your duty you keep enough quantity or else you be clear at first point when customer orders.very rude haven't seen such behavior in any of KFC stores. Dips also they charge 50 plus just like that, and they wish to give wings more for bucket order to few customers who don't even have any idea.pls stop this customer pays give them good chicken, good service always helps you grow and get recommended to others.

The best KFC outlet in Mangalore. Not crowded unlike the other outlets at City Center/Forum/Thokkotu.

There was barely any lettuce, mayonnaise or onions in the zinger burger. If you're low on the vegetables or mayonnaise stock, PLEASE MENTION IT IN ADVANCE! I wouldn't have even ordered from your store. Poor experience!

Recently, Kadri KFC has been a very pathetic experience to me. Service is fine no issue with it. But the food tastes really bad. No taste at all. The fries were just so bland, burger so dry and not at all up to the KFC mark. Fried chicken too was not at all juicy as per the standards.

I order 2 different burger but they gave me same zinger burger only. Worst part is chicken was not cooked at all. Oil was dipping. Had a worst burger of my life.

Best KFC outlet in Mangalore.upto the mark food and service, at times parking might be an issue at peak hours.

I have raised one complaint yesterday regarding the worst chicken i ever got which tasted not kfc but something else.got preheated chicken which wasnt fresh. The ambience is good. It's spacious. Whenever you feel like munching on chicken this is a great place. Popcorn Chicken is my forever go to snack. Food here is quite expensive & quantity is comparatively less.

Good place to order and eat. They have great staff who help the people with orders who top patience. Don't understand the pricing concept. Have ordered Chicken zinger burger (149/-) and all chicken box (149/-) but no dips. They ask Extra 38/- for mayo! I believe pricing shall be reasonable for a dip.

I ordered a take away. They didnt put the pop corn which i saw when i got back home. Disappointed with the carelessness.

Wonderful cuisine. North Indian, South Indian, Punjabi, Continental. Wide range. Tasty. Good ambience. Efficient, courteous and professional staff.
The icing on the cake was the live music.

Though newer KFC is smaller than the old one. Good veg food. Though limited options for the vegetarians.

The place is not very crowded in comparison with the other outlet at City centre.hence if you are not a fan of lot of noise and want some quiet corner to have your food. This place is great.

It's a shame, they didn't have spicy fries, the broasted chicken was super DRY and had minimal flavor, they didn't even have that many thigh pieces in the bucket, and the Pepsi was diluted, very poor!

The staff were cooperative though.

If you think this place serves good & tasty fried chicken then you are mistaken or haven't tasted the real flavors of KFC.

Good staff, good food, costly (its kFC). Shop is on main road side at Kadri. Sometimes slight delay in taking orders. Food is delicious and good. But when crowd, I mean when considerable que is there, unacceptable & unnecessary delay to give the food is there, after taking orders. Parking space is free but very small which is in front of restaurant.

Kind of felt cheated at this KFC. The staff are ballant liers with no moral give bills that do not match up with order and on questioning ask how does it matter. Such an underwhelming management in a fast food chain that kinda took fried chicken to a different strata

Staff s attitude towards customer while taking oder is not very nice! Especially the female staff. Those girls look like crying doll all the time

This is place is recently renovated, infact they have reduced the size of the store. The seating is not as good as before, but is manageable.

Why is that the KFC in India taste different unlike the ones we get in the middle east? Isn't the same 11spice secret recipes invented by Colonel Sanders used all over the World? KFC is famous for fried chicken they don't even serve a snack box (2piece chicken meal) in india, you get a meal box with a zinger burger combo, kfc isn't famous for burgers we have McDonalds nd many other in-house burger outlets in India.

The most disgusting and disappointing KFC you can ever eat at. Kindly avoid the place I hope the health inspectors do a check up of the place chicken is more often than not stale and really bad. Hence the management. Go to city centre KFC to enjoy your meal rather.

The restaurant is made to a right fit size after renovation. The food tastes better than before and served hot. Love the KFC popcorn chicken

This store is located in shivbagh near mallikatte. It is outlet of kfch in mangaluru city which was opened few years later then the one which opened in city centre.this place is not so crowded and you get your orders withing the limited time. You don't have to wait long for your order now the space inside has halved maybe due to less customers. It serves iconic Kentucky fried chicken recipe along with new addition to their menu line up. Only chicken is available in non veg section unlike the ones abroad.eveb veg is available but is not recommended.there is no much space available for parking but it's right next to road which goes to city. KFC tastes best when it's hot so have your food as soon as it arrives

Long wait. At the counter, even after getting to the front of the line, I had to wait to get the billers attention. He was busy dealing with other customers. Looks understaffed.

I had been here. I had even worked as a staff for couple of days. Dude to some issues I had drop. The most friendly atmosphere all around. Mr Ganesh & Manjunath (Present) the manager here are most dedicated. But to be frank one of the best Team work place. And on time service. It is a best place to have chicken items. It has good staff. It is special for chicken fry bucket. The only problem is that it does not have enough parking space. It does fast home delivary.

I don't think u can continue Ua service in Mangalore Kadri KFC Because You people don't know time Management. We give an order for home delivery as per Ua time I shld get it in Half an hour.and with your negligence I get it after one hour. So it's better that Ual manage Ua time n give the customer the service they require

Wines Super Store next to KFC kadri. This Super store is one of the few stores of Mlore where you can choose freely from the available stock just like as of you were shopping in Big Bazar or Spar etc.

Approximately 1 km from Nanthoor, 4 to 5 km from City Centre.

Found cockroaches on the cash counter. The team was very complacent about it. One of the team members had their finger in their mouth and then went and touched the cash register with the same dirty hand. Very very unhygienic.
