Has very bad ambience in Dharwad kfc.wash room are dirty and unhygienic and the whole kfc stinks bcz of that.

Food is of average quality.more oily then it is regularly in other branches and uncooked

There was no queue. Still waited for 10 mins to order. They still didn't approach to hear my order. This place is under staffed. They could have placed 2 men one to take order one to give. Same person is doing both job. Chicken cost is high yet not valuing customers by keeping required staff

Worst place to visit if you are with kids.they don't have the time sense.made us to wait for 30 min n then they r saying we don have pop corn.staff is rude unethical

Order at 7: 08 PM on 14th April. 2023. Now it’s 7: 52PM still the order is not received. They made me to wait almost one hour. This is ridiculous, request KFC to value customer time. No one like to wait for an hour to get a food.

Very Bad Service. I had placed order at 5.50 pm but the delivery i recieved at 7.30 pm. They said their own drama of my number wasnt connecting, first they faked.me by saying they cudnt contact me as i had given only 9 digits contact number but if it was true then i told them how did i recieved the otp while i placed the order. Thy kept on saying something or the other evry now n then later they said they r sorry and they r remaking my parcel and sending it within 5 to 7 min in which i recieved it after 20 minutes and the burgers wer all not at all warm or hot also it seemed they wer made quite before an hour or so and even there was no mayo no lutice, i m so dissppointed by the staff or who ever is handling KFC in dharwad as they are just destroying the name KFC has been my love since childhood and this experience makes me to never opt it again atleast in dharwad

Well have ordered from here via zomato and swiggy a few times but always the fries are bad
Have called up too to complaint but the manager or whoever answers my call instead of showing empathy he defends his wrong doing and says fries are always meant to be this way. I guess kfc didn't school him well.
Once the fries were soggy, the other time there was oily smell in them and so on.

Bad: Food, Unprofessional staff behavior who raise theor voice on calls, Fries have gone for a toss lol.

Signature fried chicken, good restaurant ambience but sadly not a friendly staff to look after it

Worst place, worst staffs, worst service, They make you wait for too long for your order and staffs here are hungry for your feedback they ask you to give a false feedback that you are highly satisfied with their service, worst place I have ever been in my life. And I think all these five star and four star reviews here are all the fake reviews.

Very bad listening skills and very laidback service.they donot wear handgloves and touch food with their bare hands.unhygienic

They are just creating there own type of burger. In burger there is so less amount of mayonnaise and no veggies at all I have had the same classic Zinger burger at hubli which was so good but dono how they give different here. Very disappointed with dharwad kfc.

They either ran out of salt or don't know how to cook/prepare - KFC style, No taste at all, took 5pc Hot and Crispy, there was no Hotness or salt in it! I am sure they hurriedly dipped it in oil without right temp, how I say this is oil was all inside the chicken meat, As if we're eating something from road side!

Took Hot and Spicy Burger - It only had a chicken patty! Nothing else, no sauce or mayonnaise.

Took French fries, even my 3 yrs old hungry kid spit it out, It was not crispy or even cooked properly.

Staff who took our order was not even bothered to ask us what we need, he was busy in his own world!

I want to add few lines here. I’d been here again on 9th for take away. The staff was very irresponsible at first he didn’t give us wings order
We had to come all the way back from JSS

Only chicken, wings, drumsticks are always finger licking good. Tandoori zinger I didn’t like it, as it has a some sweet flavoured sauce inside.
I came to dwd after pandemic. And I get to see so many new restaurants in in this city now.
KFC was one. Nice clean small place, staff is polite.
The only prbm is its on the main road, no proper parking.
My kids and we all enjoyed the food here.

Really disgusting the KFC executive, he dint had patient to Listen to my order and gave me wrong order I have told him clearly for 1 pepsi and he gave 2 and charge me more, even burger was not good, despite of tat he argue with me. Really I want to rate not even 1 star, for me END of KFC really disappointed.
