Worst experience they didn't delivered what they said in image food looks good but in front worst I tried chizza there is very little cheese and for mud cake I don't know what they give.

Very disappointed with only 1 person in order taking area he is taking the order and also serving the food. And then after
Request amo person is coming to take and order even when he is free.
The place is so unclear most of the table is not cleaned after the gust left the place very dirty i was searching for a good clean table to sit.
Last the roll taste quality and quantity is very unsatisfied and no valve for money.

1. AC was said to be not working
2. Food was pre fried and kept
3. The Pepsi was flat and warm

Ambiance and staff was OK, but the chicken what I received was not good, I think it was not fried appropriately.

As always KFC does and excellent choice of franchising on this location.

The quality of the chicken was very poor. We could see the chicken was old and it was rotting. The food was completely inedible. Worst experience at KFC

The peri peri strips were really tasty. And they had offers on burgers. 4 burgers for 400 which was really a good deal. Spacious as well.

This branch it's not good very worst place.then management also too bad. 2 times I felt not good only this kfc

When i went i got parking and even place was not crowded food was freshly prepared and i ddnt feel th meat was old stock

Cleanliness is a major issue! Food waste is all over the place.

If they can arrange for someone to clean the place regularly, all will be good

There is a drainage right in front of the store which is open and smelling. Otherwise staff and food was good.

Even though the location is convenient, the staff is not trained properly to deliver quality. We ordered 2 Veg Zinger burger but there was no veggy inside it. I have loved Zinger burger in past due to lots of veggies in it but it was a big disappointment this time. See picture, that's what got served to us. Even the rice bowl was over spicy. Overall I won't recommend this. My first and last visit here.

The big 8 bucket which we ordered. The chicken was not even spicy and also the salt was very less. They told us to wait 20 mins still not cooked properly.

Worst KFC outlet I have ever experienced. I recently shifted to Varthur location and ordered almost 6 times in last 2 month. 2 times from KFC app and 2 times from Swiggy and 2 times from Zomato. Everytime something got missed, quality of burger is pathetic all soggy and cold. Quantity of large chicken popcorn is same as medium size. Chicken is missing in Chicken popcorn rice bowl. Very very disappointed, dont order from this outlet.

The store staff is really rude. Reached the shop 20 minutes before closing time but they refused to take the order. The staff was not cooperating at all. Really Horrible

Very worst experience.its not first time.this outlet management looks worst compare to other.in 1st visit billing lady disappointed very much. 2nd time I ordered in zomato. I hope no need to tell further.called 10 times they dint pic call also

Very very bad service. They don't care about customer. They will take the order and will keep you wait and wait till you loose your patience.

They make the customer wait after ordering. I had visited other stores, they serve fast. I request the management to look into this.
And, also many of the orders were unavailable.

No Hygiene, I order chicken leg bucket and all leg pieces smells rotten meat, My luck haven't eat much otherwise ended with food poison.
Never expected this from KFC.

Lady in the counter is having too much attitude. Also got rotten chicken wings.very bad experience. They didn't show courtesy to compensate our loss

It was the worst experience ever. After giving order the person who was in the counter asked us to wait for 5 mints. And we waited there more than 20 mints and had no response. When I went back to her, she told me that she has not taken/confirmed the order. Top on all these she didn't even had the courtesy to apologize.
