KFC

The chicken is stale and sometimes undercooked. You guys have to improve on the chicken quality. I thought it might be like a one time thing, but unfortunately every single time I visited it was bad.
The chicken is not tender at all. It’s fibrous.

I have asked for a smoky red chicken and staff said it was not available but when checked on Zomato it was available. So I had enquired the same with staff and they said it is only available for online and not available for dine in which is not at all acceptable. Disappointed with the staff services.

We ordered fried chicken, it took more than enough time. Taste was awesome. Good place to take friends and family.

Placed order online and accepted the same.but there is no Delivery happened from this outlet neither call received.pathetic service

Pls don’t waste your money, no taste, no service, unprofessional staff, instead of eating there pls buy chicken and eat at home

The chicken was finger licking good & the service was excellent. The wait time was minimum. Overall a great experience.

It was not a great experience. KFC usually is finger licking good but today it was bad as the meat was not juicy, hot and crispy was not at all hot, looks meat is under spoil. Not happy with it.

It's too late for the outlet to open such a buzzling place with too many educational institutions. Finally one, Well and good. However too crowded, small space, under staffed, waiting period. KFC always for chicken but have to happy with burger.

Had visited it on 24/02/2021 the food was served very late almost 1 hour also the ones who came later me were served ahead of me the chicken was not at all fresh also the staff are very rude and lack basic gratitude KFC INDIA please look into this

Quality of food is Very poor.food served was not at all the usual KFC Standards. In the invoice printed that all staffs undergoes daily Screening but today cleaner serve the food, after we questioned he changed is glows. Really i had worst experience
