Worst experience! At KFC for first time at this branch. Please close this branch. They take our order and not provide bill and ask us to scan QR code in their cell phone. All fraud happening here.

Worst kfc, no maintaince, when we are self ordering from board, staff are laughing, after 5 mins they are calling us to place order near desk, ms Thanusree her behaviour was very rude, ordered burger and peri peri strips, it was completely rubbery 3rd class chicken, rotten smell, we left without eating staff is forcing to have, we told her once u taste it mam if its good we will have,
They’re preparing it before one day and serving very very cold food and Pepsi is like water no chill

Worst experience and worst staff working there. Whatever the order is they say it will take time and try to send back the customer instead of selling their products. And i made a payment which was successful from my end but they did not receive the payment. They asked to send the screenshot to a number after doing that the person who is taking the order said it will take 8 to 10days for refund which doesn't have sense at all. Normally if payment doesn't reach the merchant it may take maximum of 24 to 48hours. But 8 to 10 days is a false and irresponsible behaviour. I got the refund immediately but the behaviour and attitude of the guy was not at all good. I don't recommend this KFC outlet to any of my friends or family. I asked for a mail id or number to complain, but they did not give and said u should complaint to us only. Very hopeless behaviour of that guy. Never go to this KFC outlet they will spoil your mood.

Worst experience never visit vaishnavi mall kfc. Dey don't know how to behave with the customers. O+ service. Worst staff. I will not recommend kfc outlet of vaishnavi mall to anyone. The attitude of the employee is tooo worst

Addition Review again after another year.

Year after year their service is degrading. We ordered from Zomato for adelivery, they accepted the order. After promised delivery time, the KFC outlet called and asked me to cancel the order. When I said I need my order, they cancelled the order. And Zomato PPL callede saying that KFC informed them that customer asked to cancel the order.

Pathetic Customer Service.go through my concerns regarding this outlet mentioned below.
With every passing year, they have become disgusting.
Also to add, last month, we went to this same outlet for dine in. The restaurant was empty yet all the tables were dirty with leftovers and spills all around.and they will never turn on the AC. The are adopting just mooney making and cost cutting methodology.ordering online from this place is also disappointing.

KFC outlet at Orion mall and Jallahali can be better option.

Writing the review again after a year. Can u please justify the size of ur Biryani Bucket in the picture. Why waste raw materials in manufacturing such large container. Let's go green guys. Think sustainability. Please please reduce the size of ur Biryani Bucket to save environment n trees. I m not asking u to increase the Biryani quantity.

Below is my last year's review.

I went to this KFC for take away and was very disappointed. I ordered 3 rice bowls. Firstly the service staff who was packing my item for delivery wasn't wearing gloves which was really disappointing. When I reached home and was about to enjoy my lunch I found that one of the bowl had very less amount of rice which less than half of the container. Really very disappointed.

Awesome food taste love to eat on regular basis. When I'm bored of eating home food I love having in kfc. As the tag line says I'm loving it to the core

Hopeless behaviour of the staff. Unprofessional way of talking to customers.
Giving a false information regarding refund that it takes 8 to 10days without customer mistake. Especially the person who takes the order have a worst and hopeless attitude with customers. I will never recommend this KFC to anyone.

Worst experence never ever vist KFC in vishnavi mall we ask for something they'll be having in menu but when we ask for it they'll tell it's not there. I dono y and the staff are really dumb they don't even know what they are doing while eating they'll disturb the customer and ask for review.the reviewing is our wish bt they'll beg for reviews forcibly we have to do without eating.

Visited on June 2nd, 2023 at 1: 45 pm (Sunday). The exhaust was not working and the whole store was full of foggy air. Besides, when we asked about this, we got a cold reply from receptionist. Asked her to take order and she didn’t bother while taking to some other guy. Waited for few minutes and then left without ordering. This far from any KFC experience. I remember, last time as well, exhaust and Ac was not working

The worst KFC outlet on the planet. You will never get your food. Simple 3-4 items take 45 mins. They will keep you waiting and waiting. Strictly avoid

They add unnecessary dips to your bills just to increase prices. Very unethical
And not mention about poor service. Also, AC rarely works here

Worst ever experience over there the food I got was completely cold it was so difficult to eat I literally stuffed myself and left the half there and the store was very hot inside because the air conditioning wasn’t working at all the staff wasn’t helpful and they took almost 20 mins to serve my order I was just about miss my movie that was booked. Did not expect this service from KFC.
Don’t ever visit this KFC outlet.

KFC should concentrate on hygiene. They will not clean the tables properly. Worst management.

It was a worst expernce I had in kfc yeashwantpur branch I was delayed to bill 15 min when there vaishnavi shapere mall is no customer in billing and again delayed for my food for 35 min and another 2 price was burnt or over cooked and again they to 20 min to replace it.even worst mantanance.and even manager is caring about it

They will delay your food since there is less staff and not efficient. Sometimes Cashier only provide your food. Don't be surprised if you see flies are around you while eating. No proper hygiene.

It was the worst.
Every time I visit this place I need to request them to give fresh piece of chicken.
They hv introduced new roll.
The roll paratha was not all baked properly.
They don't turn on AC. Omg its was a not that great food overall.

It's an okay outlet for KFC. The staff is well behaved. But the floors were sticky the last time I visited.
