You disappoint the customers who order in online and argue telling that you haven’t ordered which is very very bad If you can’t give service don’t deliver it in online very very disappointed and the answers they give back for all the reviews is that share your feedback will connect you but they do nothing I feel they are destroying the name of the company KFC
One of the worst KFC outlets in the world, even the remotes part of the world can have a batter outlet than this, Firstly irresponsible staff, I've been watching this for months now before lashing out here because I've been going here for many years now and the last year has been the worst, less staff and poor management. The food worst, my burger patty was half cooked I could tast the ingredients of the dough, what you order is not what you get, what you see is not what you get, I've noticed this multiple times.
Hope the concerned management members visit this branch once to understand how bad it is.
Worst food and customer service ever. The chicken was burnt. There's no enough place at the ground floor, they are not providing service at 1st floor. Such lazy workers who are also abruptly rude. Their inconvenience makes customers to spill Pepsi on their way up and the customer gets criticised by Ms Supreetha for no mistake of theirs. Very very bad service. Not cool at all
There services is very bad. Told us that dine is not possible even after there was space and the excuse they told us was that the cleaner is not available so we can not serve you … we where a total of 7 and we left.very bad way to treat your customers and please keep staffs who knows basic English ……
I had ordered Mingles bucket as per the website, they did not include 1 item (Regular Popcorn). On speaking to call center they gave store manager number which is switched off, I later got a call from executive asking if I received my order, I said 1 item is missing in it for which he said store manager will call me shortly, this happened at 9: 00PM on 27/Aug/23. I am still waiting for the call. Bad Service & staffs there behave very rudely.

Very bad experience at kfc Jalahalli outlet. The washroom is available but the staff has made it for their private use and has locked the washroom. Not going there again.
