Price is higher than actual price on the menu. Taking extra money. When enquired at the counter they acknowledged and gave me back the extra money that they received. I felt they are cheating.

Service is very slow, staffs r very negligency, after place d order, staffs r trying to cheat d customers without delivery full items, they did for me, I found and asked and collected d same

I don't think this KFC outlet deserves any star.
This is possibly the worst ever KFC outlet I have visited in Bangalore.

The popcorn chicken was so hard, it was tried multiple times just to make it hot.
Their chicken burgers with withstand a road roller crush, it was so damn hard to chew.

****Warning**** do not take childrens to this outlet. This outlet is not fit to serve childrens with such a hard and multi-fried chicken popcorns or burgers.

Waste of money is still ok but don't risk your health.

Awesome location and great atmosphere but with worst quality food… fried chicken were fried multiple times I guess since it was very hard inside and also not like juicy which is served in other KFC outlets. High time for the management to regularly quality check the restaurant if they want to maintain their standards. Also suggest people to visit KFC’s in malls rather than such outlets due to their lack of quality.

I love the zinger burger the taste is amazing I would like to suggest visit the pulikeshi nagar kfc

I order the online in this kfc they took just 10 minutes to deliver the order i litrly enjoyed the meal thank you so much to delivery the order on time i would like to suggest to visit the this kfc enjoy dinner meal also visit on Wednesday to best offers on hot crispy thank you

I think KFC in India has run its course.happy because kids would never go back to the kammanahalli or Frazer town branches again.arrogant staff even annoying kiosk system to order

Mosque road located kfc was way more better than anywhere but now it's the worst and the service is very very slow they forget what we have ordered itself and the food is cold and freezed so it's better to change the workers and provide some good food

This is the worst kfc restaurant in bangalore, the cash counter ladies are so much filled with attitude and they are ignoring to give Wednesdays offer very bad experience and i would never recommend to my friends to this place kfc mosque road branch.

Food was great as usual. It took more than half an hour at 'this fast food outlet' for a single person's order and staff simply lacked any urgency in delivering food order to not just me, but other customers as well. This in spite of the fact there being no crowd. I could have had 2 meals in that waiting time. Disappointed

I am not able to give minus star ratings. Pathetic service and staffs. Even for a small order they are taking thier own time n all i could see is chit chatting n giggling sound in kitchen. No own KFC mosque road is going out of business.

The place is good and the service was also fine but the food was worst. I complained they replaced the order but still the same experience totally not worth for my money and the chicken pieces were stinking so bad I was not able to sit in front of it.will never recommend such a place to anyone

Food was hot and fresh, it was too good compare to other KFC outlets but customer service is the worst the Executives in the billing don’t know how to talk with a customer she is too rude no friendly attitude or hospitality worst experience I guess they are freshers need some good training.
