This isn't the first time. The chicken popcorn is always dry. Especially for the take away orders.
They served raw meat (double side chicken burger) and then the chicken popcorn was so dry, hard and chewy. When I asked for replacement they are giving fresh batch.people dining in, are served fresh ones. I believe they are adding the dried ones for take away so that we don't get to complain. Very arrogant behaviour by the staff. Unfortunately I couldn't click pictures.

Visited this restaurant and the zinger burger was very juicy and served within time 2 minutes after I placed an order and the staff named simran was very friendly and helped me very well while taking the order

Must Try KFC In Banglore. Offer And Nice Vibe Fastest Delivery. Order And Wait Only Five Minute. Staff Is Better And Clean Space Not Crowded In Lunch Time Evenings Time Little Crowded. I Like This Vibe And This Taste

The have named a burger as chicken longer but from no where its longer
Pictures could be deceptive, avoid buying food on the basis of pictures shown you will be disappointed and service also not good

This outlet of KFC is decent enough in terms of attitude of the staff and taste or customer oriented service. But restroom needs bit improvement. Once upon a time I was a regular visitor (weekly, KFC is never a daily one to go to. It's not good for health if had daily or so.).
update: not visited nor having any KFC any more for years.

Worst quality. The original KFC smell, crispy is not there. Meat freshness is bad. Waste of money.

The taste of all their menu items is way below average. We tried twice, and both times, we faced the same issue.

We love the pop-corn chicken - however, here the taste was very bland and the same for bucket chicken and other items. The spices were way below than the usual.

We were able to eat only peri-peri chicken, and that too, not at the expected level.

One chicken piece was stale.

Will avoid this outlet in future. I don't know how they run this restaurant at such a prime location.

I am surprised to find several 5 reviews. If you check properly, most of them are SPAM reviews.

KFC chicken rolls are not good.
The chapati used is stale.
The filling inside is very little.
It is a shame on the restaurant for selling substandard food.

Very accessible and a pretty great place to get friend chicken. It does get very crowded in the evenings so you'll have to plan beforehand if you're going there on a time constraint visit.

I visited this outlet today (8/10/21). It is literally the worst outlet I have ever been to, badly maintained and unhygienic. It looked like they hardly ever clean the place. There were food crumbs on all tables and chairs. The wash room and wash basin were extremely dirty and situated outside the eatery, accessible to anyone and everyone. The lady who took our order was extremely unprofessional, she didn't ask us how we would take our burgers, with extra cheese or plain.nothing and from what I could see the kitchen wasn't clean. When we received the order, the burger hardly had anything inside the buns and the smoked chiken hardly had any coating on it. The place didn't even smell like a KFC joint. I also strongly suspect that what they've served us isn't fresh.

I made sure that me and my daughter left the food and they didn't return our money.
Big Brand but now they have gone very bad, I request you all to first ch ck and eat as I am vomiting and my daughter having stomach problem.

If your craving for a fried chicken, definitely visit this place and I would suggest y'all to go on Wednesdays and Sundays so that y'all get offers. Burgers are also pretty nice in this place.

They serve you week old meat and FOUL SMELL oozes out them.
Do not looze your money on ordering in this outlet.
All items are served with foul smell and will be tasteless.

I have visited more than 6 times, last 2 visits I didn't like the food,

Very bad experience. We ordered ultimate saving bucket through Zomato. In that two big pieces are not cooked. We surprised that how an international brand product is served like this. Zomato people are not at all bothered about it. If we visit the kfc shop directly the staffs are very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Who uses a Fork and Knife to ear burgers. Do Americans use it. As far as my knowledge goes, everyone use their bare hands to hold and eat a burger as evident everywhere. In these Covid-19 times, one needs to use a Washroom or a Basin wherein, he can wash his hands with soap and water before he holds and eats a burger. The washroom is out side the restaurant near the staircase and anyone walking on the road can enter the building and use the washroom. I felt the washroom is being used not only by customers, but also by outsiders as a result, it is filthy and without soap or any other type of cleaning material.

Usually crowded in the evening. To save time, better order online with Dine In option and pick your order instantly to save time and keeping safety from ongoing Covid situation. Staff are very friendly and humble. Good place for nice KFC food.

Pls be very careful when you order in bulk. They will purposely reduce items in the bag. You will realize only when you reach home and open to eat. I had this experience 3 times. Once or twice it's a mistake. But 3 times its on purpose. Pls be careful. I will be reporting this to kfc head.

Worst service with them, they are always cheating. We are ordering dips separately. We are paying but they are not giving with ooor. Every time they are doing same thing

Today we dine at KFC kamanalli, ordered a chicken meal box and Rs 89 spicy burger. It was to my surprise, two small drums sticks pieces (chicken legs) and a piece of breast. I have shown it to the order taker, she said that's how the quantity. Rs. 89 spicy burger was the horrible, not standard bun and a very small piece of chicken. Please don't go to this outlet, they are cheating. Not standard KFC recipe.

They’re not taking care of order’s properly…. Packing was so poor that my carry bag torn befor I reach my car from that KFC… and also they didint add the proper amount of pieces …… not happy there

I like the place for its hygiene and great taste. This place is my favourite place to have some crunchy chicken. The ambience is very nice & so are the very friendly Team KFC

Worst outlet. I ordered through Zomato a pair of veg crispy burger. To my surprise they have completely burnt the patty and kept inside. A pure sign of negligence eventhough the patty is burnt they kept inside the burger and sent. My question would be will you eat that? Shame on you guys.

Not so good. I've tried so many KFC outlets but so far this is the worst experience in terms of taste.

I dint go there. I m pure vegiterian.and went beside shop you can get good earrings and bindis there.my stars for bindi shop.

It's ok, I always go for smokey grill (chicken grilled 5 leg piece rs299) else ok, crispy chicken is just ok not that good.

Reducing one star, reason
- I went to kfc kamanahalli, and found that it was too slow, there were 4 billing counter out of that 1 was having huge line whereas another 1 is having 1 customer, rest 2 we're closed.

Had tandoori zinger meal which was good, took 2 pc hot and crispy chicken and it was tasteless less salt less masala (try 5 star spicy chicken and it's too good), 5 leg piece grilled price is raised to 350-/-

This KFC outlet is in particular very slow. Their billing experience and wait for the product is a lot. Although they have a lot of Africans and Arabs as customers they are very untidy.

I also feel they are understaffed. The production time is too much.

Service is bad.

Been here after a long time. Post covid times the place is even worse. Absolute no social distancing. Very crowded, the place has a horrible store manager. He himself only does not dress well.

The place has very less staff.this is the worst KfC outlet in Bangalore.

It's so embarassing when those children come into store glass directly on face and asking for food, it's not that we cont offer, they won't let customer to eat, kindly keep a security guard are close is your not able maintain that basic things.

I had an issue with my order even though it was a day later the outlet manager Roshini called me and enquired they also gave me a refund and a re-order as well very kind of the team

Please cross check the take away parcels. Three times I have checked and found that the items were missing. At once they handed over the parcel with less pieces

Its a great ambience n lighting. Clean place, good place to hangout. But I have issues with them serving the order, Many times they've served less than the items that should come with your order. You order 5 in one meal box they'll serves you one item less saying it's not yet prepared. They'll tell you to wait for five or ten minutes but this missing items is not served to you at all. I think they must take a little care and serve their orders properly without missing any items, I mean we're pay for it we might as well receive our order correctly.

All the chicken pieces were dry as only breast pieces were served. No leg piece or thigh piece among 9 pieces ordered bucket. Unsalted soggy fries. Ketchup earlier was Del Monte brand now its not and the taste is accordingly not up to mark.

KFC as a branded food chain is among my favorite. Buy this particular franchise is a shame on the whole team. I visit their once a week. They have a support staff in numbers but never enough in billing counter during lunch timings. Of the many times I visited I could see other customers also complaining.

Great Food. The service was excellent, very friendly staff who were very courteous. The ambience is OK. It gets crowded during weekends so it's good to get a delivery or take it home during that time.

Super rushed and can expect a minimum 10 minutes in line and another 10 for food. Otherwise Quality is most of the time maintained. Restroom is quite clean compared to other fast food joints.

They took every long time to take my order. Their work station was extremely messy and dirty. Will not visit that place again.

I went to KFC Kammanahalli with my family, this is one of my worst experience, we are paying money for only brand not for the taste or quality. We can get same food less than half of this expense. They are adwatizing for very basic things those items are enough for our testea we have to add some more add onns to get correct item for those we have to pay double amount that they quoted. Finally, not worth for our money spent.

I have been staying in Kalyan nagar around 20years, and I have visited KFC many timings,
But recently I was there, and the customer service was at the best, abdual and friend served food to us Even at the losing time.

Crazy busy but consistent with quality. Like in most major cities around the world KFC may not be the cleanest and well organized. However, it's not that bad for Indian standards. Of course we all prefer a really nice and perfectly clean and organized ambiance, that's not yet our standard. It will take time for our standards to keep up with more developed nations.

Food is as per KFC standard. The store manager is pathetic. When enquired about birthday celebration, he was clueless with the answers himself. Like suggesting a 10 seater place for 30ppl. Or suggesting to do the celebration in the afternoon at 4PM than when the customer wants. Gave a leaflet with info that he himself did not have an answer when asked for clarification.

The staff were generally very helpful and so was the manager. The food was classic KFC with no complaints. The outdoor seating is great in pleasant weather too!

If you're going there alone or just with another person, you'll have to deal with a lack of two-seater tables, though, especially during peak days. Most tables are 4 or more.

The taste offered by KFC is great and there is no doubt in that. But the only problem is with the outlets and staff working there. I had ordered for an Hot & Crispy 10pc bucket on KFC app. As it was an offer on Wednesday it was a bit crowded too. There are no proper staff to guide the customers that this queue belongs to offline and online. Later finally some how managed to get to know the online order section and showed our order id. But the staff over there are untrue to customers. He gave our order and it was sealed thoroughly so we couldn't open it too. Later when I opened it they had cheated us by giving 8pc Hot & Crispy and 2pc of Hot Wings along with only 4-5 sauce packets and only 3 tissues. Complete betray to customers. Be it online or offline, the staff should let the customers check what they are giving and later you can pack it, maximum it might take extra 2 minutes to check it. So that we can visit it again without any hesitation.

Went to this place on a Sat-day evening. I asked for Zinger burger and they replied they ran out of buns (around 7.30 pm) and so asked me to order something different. I had order crispy chicken which wasn't the usual KFC taste. There are better options in Kalyan nagar area now.

KFC used to be good but offlate the service and the standards have gone down. Some of the items take too long to be prepared and surprisingly not kept ready even when they know it's a weekend and rush is expected. Guys who take order punch in wrong orders and later delay in serving it. My order was just kept on the cash counter and they were planning to wait for 20mins just to make another dish ready. So it's fine with them to make all the other items cold at the cost of waiting for a single item for 20mins. They do not realise I will return the cold food, it's a waste of money plus a bigger waste is the precious food.

This is the same trend seen in most outlets I've visited off late especially in busy areas or on weekends. If you cannot manage the crowd, hire extra part time workers on weekends to handle it rather than giving a bad experience to your customers.

As all know KFC tastes good but this place take too long time to deliver what you have ordered, we have to ask to clean the table & floor.and pls give right amount of sauces.
