KFC chicken restaurant

I ordered all in one meal for me and it was way good. But the thing is what they have showed in images its not similar. Chicken was fresh and tasty.
Service was slow as we waited there for more than 20mins for our order.
Ambiance was good, big and clean.lightings were dim but perfectly suitable.
The all in one meal was good but not worth the amount what we need to pay.

Even with less customers tables are not cleaned then and there.
Din't charge my phone at an emergent situation when it was switched off.
Din't serve cold water when I asked the manager.
Din't service the foods that are displayed in the menu display.
Better go to Berger King right next to it.

Bucket! They only serve strips which is not enough. This is the worst kfc branch ever

They refused to switch on the air-conditioner becauseit was under service. When we said we want to cancel the order they immediately started all the air-conditioners. Total fraud franchise owner saving on electricity bill.

Most of the time, this outlet is short of man power. Only a couple of them will be engaged in delivering the order. Which consumes a lot of time to be spent waiting for the food.

Taken order one but packed order another one.not good service at all what we r ordering & giving another order not good at all.poor service ‍? ‍? ‍?

Good but you should give some good offers when I purchase 1000 and above.
But over all its good

Service is good, but I had ordered for smoky grill.which was not spicy at all.soo a little disappointed by that.

Nice place. Can expect what u expect from a good KFC outlet. Clean and well kept, helpful staff, ample parking space.

Small building but no compromise on the quality of the food delivered. Also, provide takeaways. Have enough parking space. Situated the highway itself along with pizza hut and an ice cream parlor. We went there on a friday evening and it was quite crowded. Overall, we had a good experience.

Quality and freshness of food was very good. Although, I had a bad experience with service. I had ordered 12 pieces of hot & crispy here, but later when we had started eating, I doubted that the pieces were less. When I counted there were only 11 pieces. When I went to complain at the counter, the person at first said that it was impossible, but when I asked him to come check at the table, he gave me a piece without checking. Similarly, later when leaving, I made a new order of 2 pieces of hot & crispy as takeaway for my mom, the same person packed 2 pieces chicken wings instead and refused to change the order, saying it was my mistake. So, I had to place a new order and take the wings as well.

Well they have worked on the food.
Now it's really good. They might have changed the chief or staff.

No idea how this company become so big with such a tasteless chicken strips. No salt and no masala at all. Even sauce is unable to help this eat.

Great outlet. Clean, hygienic place. A few seating capacity keeping covid-19 protocol in place. My order was done in thr time promised. Packed well take-away. And loved the fresh, warm KFC.

Worst experience already we are paying 600+ taxes for ultimate bucket and getting neckpieces

Such a bad experience.particularly this branch staff is not good. KFC quality is not good.we ordered the four piece chicken.two piece chicken or wings.

Totally waste don't know how to control crowd and order delivery is too late. Waste of time came out of witot eating.

Worst experience - no social distancing or any checks done, staff is unorganised and seems untrained, you will hav bunch of people standing in "not a queue" with orders getting delayed and for us zinger box was not available, fries were not there, coke was not there so they gave 60 rs coke bottle which was not even cold and worst part was table were not cleaned as all table had left over from the moment I camd and left whereas also strangely even burger and peices were not good as it for me looked undercooked, bun didn't seem like KFC bun.
I don't review much but kfc guys "first teach yr staff to handle restaurant".
