Very poorly maintained, can definitely be well maintained and the parking place is very dark there need to be more light in the place, other wise the place is most sought for parking.

Best place to park vehicle if you are going to Avenue road purchase, neatly maintained and okay prices.

This parking space can accommodate few hundreds of cars, although it's okayish type parking facility it still helps to avoid parking issues in the locality.

Multi storied almost 4 storied parking lot.good place to park your 2 /4 Wheeler in a crowded place like majestic, Gandhi Nagar area.
People who want to go for purchases around avenue road or majestic area can park here and wander. Multilevel car park has narrow entry and exit ramps which makes to give 4 star.parking fee is reasonable.

Good parking place to reach Chickpet and KG road. Very difficult ramp (narrow). Not maintained well. A little rude staff.

Only the place to park your 4 wheeler and complete your shopping in & around BVK Iyengar road, chikpet, KG road etc. Entry & exit to the parking are slightly narrow for SUVs.most of the time you get parking on 5th floor (open to the air) only. Parking attendants are very rude as always. Don't mess with them even though you are right. Becareful while driving out of the complex as it is very conjusted and is always occupied by BBMP 'waste collection' vehicles.
As far as shopping here, you can definitely try in Venkateswara textiles for a decently priced clothing. You have lot of choices for cut piece clothing in small shops, plenty of mobile accessories shops if you are good in bargaining. It's a pleasure to be in old Bengaluru for a different shopping experience despite being crowded, badly maintained roads/littered footpaths.

Safe place to park car and bike.

Instead of paying bribe or paying fine to traffic police, I definitely recommend parking here & going out for shopping.

Full day I had parked, charge was 130rs. I paid 250rs to auto person for dropping luggage till here. Totally I had spent 380rs.

Used it only as a parking spot, and it is great for that. The place outside is absolutely choked with traffic, so it is great to have this parking spot in the midst of all the chaos. It is like an oasis. If you go early, you will find a spot in the floors with a roof, but if you are late, then you will have to take a spot on the top floor which is open. Not that it is bad, just that you cannot leave heat sensitive things in the car when you go shopping or any other work that you have gone there for

If u plan to visit on weekends come early otherwise you will have to wait for parking for long time.approx 45mins wait on weekends for car parking

This place is only for 4 wheeler parking, they charge very less, there is 100% safety and emergency fire exit along with fire protective system, the best for parking in KR market

They bake some good cakes! But comparitively a bit expensive, if u compare it with Amma's pastries and just bake.

It's a old building with lots of shops, mainly textile, a few electronics, mobile. It also has a parking lot for cars on floors 2,3 and 4. It also has elevator service so parking on higher floors is easy to access. The drive to the parking floors is a narrow ramp suitable for smaller cars. SUVs may find it difficult to negotiate the turns. The parking exits is not exactly car friendly but once needs skill to navigate the turns. However it's your best parking option, considering there is none in bvk iyengar road or avenue road.
