The audiologist is highly experienced and has practical outlook. They are not commercial and guided me correctly. Very lucky to have consulted them for my problem.

A pure business relation which turned into a personal relation. That's the magic which I have experienced in KGs clinic. Not everyone can give such type of service. It requires a lot of Patience. Experience & above all the Human Touch to implement this. This was exactly my own way in business during my years in Muscat. KG's hearing centre is a wonderful place for getting best hearing aids. When I wanted to buy high end hearing aids, which I couldn't pay at once, they were courteous enough to take 50% of price in beginning and rest 50% by post-dated cheques. This is a great place to see where professionals think about patient. My father is 72 years old, has hearing problem and can’t walk. I went to KG’s and explained about my father’s condition to the audiologist, he was very kind enough to understand the situation and agreed to come to my home. He tested hearing of my father in detail and he explained his problem so nicely to myself and my father. He also tried several hearing aids on my father’s ears and my father was very happy to choose Phonak Hearing Aids which had Mobile Bluetooth connection. Now my father uses hearing aids not only to communicate with everyone but also to communicate with my sister who is abroad using mobile communication. A very pleasant experience when I took my mother for her hearing testing and hearing aids. My mother is so happy about the experience she had and she thanked me for taking her to such a nice center where professionals are highly knowledgeable and are dedicated.

Where ever, I took my 3 year old son, who had a hearing problem, everyone suggested to have something called as OAEs and BERA. Though I spent quite a bit nobody was able to give me information as to which sounds he hears, which he doesn’t and to what extent. This was an essential requirement for tuning my son’s hearing aids. That time someone suggested me to take my young son to KG’s Hearing Center. I feel it was really good suggestion. I took my son to the center, by looking at my son, Consultant Audiologist there suggested that my son can be tested using Conditioned Audiometry. They gave my son a very good training as to how to respond to different sounds, after 3 days of training they were able to obtain a reliable audiogram. They were also kind enough to tune the hearing aids free of cost and not only that they counselled myself and my wife as to how to improve listening ability of my son. Thank you my friends at KG’s and we really need someone like you to test children with lots of patience.

Very satisfied with the experience. I took my 75 year old aunty who had hearing issues for years. Was very happy with Mr. Kumar's attention to detail and patience while sorting out my auntie's hearing issues. He understands the delicate nature and the importance of the hearing aid in the life of a person having such audibility issues. It took us a couple of sessions to fine tune the aid to my auntie's preferences, which were attended to with utmost attention to detail. ನನ್ನ ಮಗಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದಾಗ ಆಕೆಯ ಕಿವಿ ಕೇಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಕೆಜಿಎಸ್ ಹಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಸ್ಪೀಚ್ ಸೆಂಟರಿಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯಲು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ಪೆಷಲಿಸ್ಟರು ಸ್ಪೆಷಲ್ ಮಿಷಿನ್ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ ಮಗುವಿನ ಕಿವಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದಾಗಲೇ ಏಕೆ ಕೇಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ನನಗೆ ಮನದಟ್ಟಾಗುವಂತೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

Best place to buy hearing aid. You will get really best hearing aids. Hearing issue is very much sensitive in itself and they know it pretty well. They have expert professionals to treat you and understand your requirements. I am very much satisfied, as they were so nice to give me a better hearing aid which is wireless, rechargeable and able to communicate on mobile, on instalments. I paid some cash and 3 postdated cheques. I recommend it to anyone who has a hearing problem and who wants to go for a better hearing aid without much burden on pocket.

I would like to share my experience with KG’s Hearing Aids and Speech Center. Namratha am staying away from my parents and regularly call my parents. Though my mother communicates well on telephone, my father always had difficulties. I suspected him to have hearing loss. I found on Google about KG’s. I visited the Center and met a Senior person by name Kumar. He was so nice to explain to me about hearing loss and it’s impact on Communication. Later I took my father to the Center, where he was tested for hearing problem. Doctor Kumar counselled my father about his hearing problem and suggested him to wear hearing aids. My father tried several hearing aids and chose what was appropriate to him. Nice of the Center that they didn’t force us to buy costly ones, we chose what we needed that fit our pockets. I am so happy now I am able to communicate with both my parents effectively. I thank Google for promoting such a wonderful center. Thank you Dr. Kumar and KG’s for such an excellent service.
