Today I purchased a gold and gave my old gold before metal weight was 16.22 grms (91.6 pure gold with out stone) after mealt they told only 14 grams how come.
One more item 9 grms after mealt only 7 grams they told (2 gram stone) I am not satisfied

Worst customer services provided by entire staff, they don’t bother about the customers, make them wait for hours, and reluctant in showing the jewellery what we asked for, worst service especially the sales person in second floor

Worst shop they just make you sit there, They were not even interested to show you do not step in to khazana in Marathahalli they don’t even respect there customers. One star only for branches in Andhra Pradesh

Worst customer service that I ever experienced. No one is willing to attend the customer even if we were sitting for a while. As a customer i requested couple of times to help but no was interested.
Moreover, they need to learn how to do business.

Before purchase please check weight physically, they make you fool as they tried with me and one more lady. BEWARE

More/Dif no. Of collections can find. Nice.but they need to improve staff during weekends to avoid more waiting.

Staff is so arrogant and even store manager. After writing the feedback they took out the feedback book.

Bad mannered staff. Shop is like Bhindi bazar. Hours together they will be serving same customer and are not bothered about rest. Once you decide to purchase the thing and start billing that time they will ask you for some tea or coffee. No one will give about the customer is waiting for long time

It's like a fish market. Noisy if many people are there. Firstly the place is small. If there is rush, we should keep on waiting for long. I waited for around half an hour and went back without even looking at jewellery. Not a good experience at all.

I feel Khazana is much economy and valuable compare to others. They make things very clear without any hide. Customer service is good as well since they serves with patience and politely.

Commercial street now we are shopping in marathahalli branch. Manager Mr. Koushik is a excellent person and very humble and thank him all r very good over all experience is good

Very bad at customers.waited for more than half an hour to see the ring collections.way of receiving and way of spaeking, everything is very bad.i had never seen these type of behaviours at any jeweller store.it has very good collection but no one shows and we lost the interest of buying in that store.particurlary the person SATHISA very bsd at customer receiving.

Very bad in receiving the customers. No respect for the customers who is waiting for more than half an hour. They dont have interest to gain customers.
Particularly the guy name Satisa is very bad in receiving the customers. We waited for half an hour for him to see the products and after that we didn't got the size of bracelet we expected. While leaving he is barking at our back saying we just came for sightseeing. Not for buying.
Just after leaving this store we went to Joy Allukas and bought a bracelet for 1 lakh.
Just Khazana lost the customer because of bad employees like SATHISA.

Staff members attend customers quick and are very helpful.

I bought diamond ear rings for my bestiee as her marriage gift.

Its so pretty and price is reasonable. Most importantly she liked it‍️

Pathetic receiving and don't take any extra steps for customer on designs even if we are ready to pay. Old designs. Not trendy and elegant.

It's good shop to buy with limited parking. You will Better modals in other shops. Here the sellers show Very few items n insist you to buy the shown items.

They are not much flexible to reduce the price or give some discount on making charges so on.

Not happy with the office staffs behaviour towards customer if they will not buy anything and left from the place.

Marked two staffs, some girl came to buy a ring bt they were not happy and left the place. Bt that staff was scolding them after they left as they don't have the status to buy bt asking lots of questions and varieties.

Same with me also, as I went to buy a ring as a gift but I was not aware of ring size, the sales girl get frustrated and left me as saying confirm the ring size and call her back after that.

But the quality of jewellery and ornaments are good.

Shop will get close at 9pm.

It is a great place to get jewellery. The customer service here is great, and the gold and silver selection is very extensive. All in all, we had a very smooth time in the place. Be sure to thank the staff as they do a great job at picking what would look good on you! I suggest you to visit this place at least once.

I bought gold ring with stone, i was charged with 20.9% of VA, i assume its waste charge. When i enquired about this with my friends, came to know that for rings it is not applicable or it will be very less. Even though i am happy with ring disappointed with the price.

People here should learn customer interaction techniques.few of them at store are very arrogant.they should learn more from other nearby stores like grt, malabar, etc.

I bought a diamond bracelet and diamonds keep falling out from it. When I asked the person at shop, they simply said it can happen to any diamond jwellery even if it's 18c gold which raises a serious concerns on the making quality.

I will not buy again from this shop.
