Never come to this place if you want your bike to be serviced. They do some random servicing, just wash (again not clean) and deliver. Eventhough you tell them the issue to be addressed, no one really cares. They should at least do a trial run after service to check if the reported issue was rectified. No one does that. Again, please check your bill properly as you will end up paying for some random thing. If you ask them why, high chance they remove that from bill.

Worst place to get your bike serviced. They will make sure the bike is in worst condition than before, it’s amazing.

Also, do not choose this centre for your HSRP number plate installation. They don’t even know to install and ask you to visit other local mechanics or welder shops to get it done. Can’t even do their job, they must be reported for legal fraud.

I recently purchased a CT 125X bike from Khivraj Bajaj's Indira Nagar branch in Bangalore, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disheartening.

Within just three months of ownership, my bike has been to the service center four times. The Banaswadi service centre not only failed to address the issues but also blamed me for purported maintenance lapses, which was both frustrating and concerning.

Equally disheartening was my interaction with the Indira Nagar branch. Despite narrowly avoiding accidents three times due to what I believe are quality issues, they were unwilling to consider a replacement and insisted on repairs.

Adding to my disappointment, my CT 125X has only been driven for 2800 kms, and already, the clutch assembly needs a complete replacement. Additionally, there's a throttle body issue, raising serious questions about the overall quality of the bike.

What exacerbates the situation is that I am being charged for these repairs. I have been visiting the showroom since day one, and the continuous need for repairs, coupled with unexpected charges, is not what I anticipated when purchasing a new bike.

I find it perplexing that a brand-new CT 125X requires such frequent attention, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall service and response from Khivraj Bajaj. I had expected a reliable and safe bike, but my experience has left me questioning the quality and customer service standards of Khivraj Bajaj, especially concerning the CT 125X model.

In the interest of potential buyers, I find it crucial to share my experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes notice of these concerns, reassesses their repair charges policy, and takes swift steps to improve the quality of the CT 125X and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Very pathetic service centre, They don't even do proper service check even after complaining about the issue instead they hell at customer.

I have given my NS 200 and issue was related to self start I have complained about that but after getting my bike in front them itself it failed to start

Deepak is the one of the outstanding person here, when ever u give for bike service Do ask for him, He is very helpful & i Request Khivraj Bajaj management To take this as serious review and give him a next level some kind of promotion:) The oly one reason m a regular customer is because one and oly Deepak Thank U Cheers

The service experience itself was good. Certain spares are not available here, only in the head office on Kasturba Road.

The worst service center I have ever seen. They are not eligible to service a bike. Don't give your bike to this service center in Indiranagar. Khivraj is good but the marthahalli service center not this indiranagar one. I did a mistake by serving my bike here. I don't repeat the same mistake once again. Never.

Not recommend, service are not done properly too many bikes, problems not resolved 100%. They lost spare parts which we gave for fitment and said to come after 2days so they can arrange spare. I will call after 2days and let u know.

Their service is really good.but time taken to receive the bike is way too much. Its because ktm duke sevice centre is within bajaj, and there is only one elevator for both of em.

List bother and attention to customers.very slow.

Two day back I have visited showroom and have booked my bike at the same time although bike is fine however disappointed with them the way they interact. (Ignorance) Everything you need to ask them even a key ring I had to ask them. Busy with their own gossip and phone.
And for sake of delivery I got the bike but I can't ride cause still no insurance no rto no paperwork done.even they told me take the bike but don't ride.if you have any problem they have the answer without solution.
