Your smallest of the small accessory is not safe if you are giving the car for servicing. There will be no guarantee if their staff has stolen something. They know it and agree with it but will not take any action on them. They do not bother about anything. Go here at your own risk. I have gone 3 times and all the 3 times my accessories got stolen here.

The number given in the Tata Motors app did not work. Called the number given in Google. A very rude and arrogant man answered "Rachin" (not sure I got his name right. On asking for an appointment for my Nexon he offered me a date after 12 days and behaved in a way as if he is doing me charity. On asking him if the people in the centre are also as arrogant as him he asked me to visit another center if I had a problem with his behaviour and poor Google rating. Tata standards are plunging every passing day!

I am visiting KHT service center Whitefield only for last 3 years for any service or repairs of my Tata Nexon XZ+. I am very much satisfied for the service they provide with timely deliveries with all issues sorted while delivering the car. I personally thank the Service Advisor Mr. Prasad Reddy and their Gm Mr. Suresh for their timely response and services provided.

General check up done as per AMC. Service advisor (Mr. Jayachandra) is a good person and help me alot regarding my issues. Any time I call means, he reply and delivered my vehicle as per commitment. I give rating for Mr Jayachandra is 5 out of 5.

This is 3rd year with TATA and KHT. Service and support from KHT is commendable. Their service team is very good with full clarity on the requirements. Not seen anytime service centre charging unnecessary items. Jayachandra from service team is very helpful and he give good advises always. He updated time to time on the service status and avoid waiting time.

It has been a pleasant experience dealing with KHT service centre. I’ve had repairs and fixes done a couple of times and I must say that the service advisor creates a difference, in my case it’s Ravi.this guy!

Currently the workload is pretty high. 100+ cars daily for servicing…its hard to get appointments for car service. Service done was average, whatever problems were told remained after service, requested part changes were not done, car was not clean.bird poop on roof, no intimation on part change.

I had a fantastic experience with KHT whitefield. My Nexon Automatic had a issue with the battery. Battery drained within 15 mins of playing music without engine On.
Mr. Karthik was informed, he sent a team to check and i was immediately given a spare battery. The original battery was given for repairs and the same was rectified. But again the battery drained by playing music for ten 10 mins. Again Mr. Karthik stepped in gave me spare battery and sent to Exide for replacement. I could not believe when Karthik called me yesterday and said Tata has decided to replace my battery inspite of Exide not agreeing to replace.
Hats off to team KHT motors and a big thank you to Karthik.

Location is good, easy to find. Service ok ok not so good. I booked the service appointment for 9AM and I reached there at 8: 50am and I noticed there is no use of booking as they didn't check whether I booked the appointment or not and looks like it is first come first serve basis.

Ive been using this service center for over 2years to service my Nexon and interacting with Prasad Reddy. He is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff. He helped me in body shop repair as well.

I've had a good experience in here especially with warranty claims. They're swift and deliver as promised. Service advisor Shashi is extremely polite, listens to customers complaints and gives his best support to resolve the given complaints.

Had visited this service centre last week, for a paid service post pandemic. Had few issues, which was addressed to Mr Shankar. He was very helpful and assigned Mr Ravi for the job. Shankar had assured all the issues will be sorted and vehicle will be serviced within 5pm. Extremely satisfied with their approach. This service centre is big and all the facilities are available, need to mention the way they organise all the vehicles. Would recommend this service centre for Tata vehicles. Please get in touch with Mr Shankar (GM service) he is very helpful!

I did my Jeep compass service here a few months back. They stole my dashcam sd card which was well inside the dashcam. It was clearly not visible to outside and it was missing. I complained to Jeep India. Initially KHT talked to me and accepted the mistake. Even they sent me a mail saying they will compensate me with a new one. After that no response. I am writing this review to show the false promises made by the KHT team and irresponsible and lack of follow up from Jeep India with their dealer. The KHT team do not care about their customers and just ignore them even if you complain. I also suspect if the car was was properly service. Afterall we give the car for service trusting that they will change filters, change oil as promised. I suspect even removal of sd card is to hide the false practices by the KHT team. I will never give my car for service in KHT.

The quality of work at this center was very good and if any bad quality work done will be rectified immediately. Need to specially mention about site manager "Suresh", who works like a service person through out full day by solving many customer issues and always make customers happy to come back again. Tata service has really transformed. Although they took little more time but rectified even small things which I reported. Technicians and advisors understand the issues and provide appropriate solutions. They do proper followup. Overall service quantity is very good

Very bad service team, staff will talk nice greet nice but the main purpose is to get things fixed, you will complain 10 they will fix hardly one.and will ask to come if issue persist.when you go there you have to stand behind 100 cars to get it checked.pathetic servicing.have same issues for 2 services but it is not fixed.

Place is a multi brand service center. Car delivery is done at the service center. Need to change the delivery point from service center to showroom. Not all customers would be happy to take a delivery at service center. Otherwise no complaints and comments on the service center since delivery just happened.

I just want share my feedback on the service center they are not able to rectify the check engine light issues on and off I left the vehicle for service on June 24 -06-2021 till date I didn't receive my vehicle and service engineer is just telling Tata plant need to rectify the issue, I don't understand the issues please think ten times before you get service by KHT

Connect with Mr Ravi, he is a genuine person who really loves to help people. I think people like Ravi is asset to company, and really feel sorry that employers deducted their half salary in this pandemic. Employer must understand that their revenue will not be effected in this pandemic, people will definately service their cars difference is that it can be a little delayed.

I own Nexon, it's now 2 and half year old.
Went for a general service on Monday 12th July.got it back on Wednesday 14th morning.

I had to wait outside the gate for 15mins then in queue for another 20mins before my vehicle was taken. This was due to the rush of vehicles for service during these Corona times.

Nexon has AC vent knobs breaking issue, it wasn't replaced as the service manager had not noted it pink slip.

I don't see any great change in my vehicle.
All I can say is that servicing was fine.

I don't know it's KHT Motors or Tata but they have communication problem with customers.
You have to call them every time to get the status. Only call and follow-up comes from KHT till the date of booking, follow-up is customers problem

Good place to get your Tata car serviced. Service manager Shankar has been really helpful to me whenever I had some issues on my car. Got my vehicle serviced twice hear. They even helped in warranty claims.

My Vehicle was picked up by the service team and delivered by them. When they delivered, the silver God idol in the dashboard was missing which costs around ₹1.5k. When I reached out to the team, they told to accept the delivery of car and we will find the idol and hand over to us. But later after multiple follow-ups, they mentioned that idol is not there and they can provide some discount in next service. Really frustrated when we see such issues happening with authorised service centre. And they try to put the marketing strategies there by assuring the discount for next visit, rather ready to compensate immediately. Safety of the car is becoming concerns even with these types of authorised service centres whom we trust more and pay more.

Staff are good and courteous. Issue I faced is that if a customer is requesting some information, they don't revert well. Also when I found a misaligned internal door pad during delivery of the Nexon, they will blame on Tata motors. They also told we are just delivery team, if you want to discuss issue, talk to sales team. As a customer, I am buying the vehicle from KHT motors, not from TATA directly, so I expect a little more sensible response. Please work together as a team of KHT at least in front of customer.

I went for my Tata Tiago First Service recently after relaxation in lockdown. I was really happy with the way i was assisted. Jaychandra took care of all my concerns and requirements. My front door lock was stuck and it was replaced by tata motors. Very happy to see my car shining when i came for delivery. Overall driving experience after the service was very good and smooth. A lot of efforts has been taken by Tata motors on its service department. I would like to appreciate Tata motors for it. Hope it get improve in other cities where people usually complains on social media.

Third class service by KHT. Every time I take my vehicle here for service, I face some or the other issue. Even when I take an appointment for service, take a leave and take my vehicle there, they'll ask me to come some other day because they're busy. The service advisor Mr Renold is highly unreliable. Whenever I call him, he says he's busy and will call back in 10 mins, but they never call back. It's really difficult to get any update or information from these people. When I point out issues in my vehicle during service, they say they've fixed the issues, but the issues still persist. Escalating also doesn't help, as the KHT management simply doesn't care about their customers.
Last time I gave my clean car for service, they returned the car dirty and greasy. I had to spend another day cleaning my car again. Once I gave my car for service with a full tank of petrol, and they stole the petrol and returned my car with an almost empty tank. When asked about it, they denied it and said that's normal because they test the car after service. I highly doubt they used up over 30 liters of petrol for testing.

Unless Tata improves their service, there's no point in buying Tata vehicles.

They have charged me for gold membership club without my consent and then they have removed the coupons from the book without doing anything.

TATA MOTORS

Pros
1) Spacious
2) Ease of access
3) Improvement in quality of work
4) Approachable

Cons
1) Real time updates missing
2) Lack of communication from the SA on vehicle status

It's evident that they have put their efforts in improving the overall quality of service.
The level of Car wash quality is a leap ahead of what it was 1 year prior (2020).
Usually tries to sell their VAS but this time they didn't force and overall provided a great experience.

Tip - If you intend to stay at the guest lounge please carry a water bottle as they share 1 steel glass for the entire guest. If KHT is reading this then please keep disposal water cups during at drinking water area during these pandemic times.

Went for the first free service for Tata Nexon
- did the software update (I guess ECU one)
- total charge was 200 for the consumables
- staff is friendly
- lounge area is ok-ish
- total time taken was 6 hours
- explained some basics about how to check for engine oil level, brake fluid level, water level, etc

Got service done for my Jeep Compass. Great service and courteous advisor who helped with warranty and parts change. Service cost incurred was well explained. Getting better driving experience and mileage post service. Can improve on basic interiors cleaning of the car after service.

Worst experience. Very irresponsible people. They don't care about anything except money. If you gave money before delivering any accessories then you are in hell. They make sure you suffer a lot by following up with them. Never ever get accessories from them. They don't update you about service until you ask them and most of the time you will get its just general answers. I purchased Nexon which is a very good car but now I know why people choose other brand over TATA. Because of pathetic service from those executives.

I have given my car for free service which is driven just 2000 km and it didn't had even a single mark. After service it had so many marks. They made painting in front of me when I complaint about it. They don't even bother about vehicles. They are just behind the money.

Worst Service. They did not change my car's engine oil even in the 3rd free service (1 year). Later, I came to know that the condition of oil was so bad that it could damage the engine. I had to get it changed outside.

The worst service providers. I explain my experience with these service centre.

I have given my car for service with oil change and all inclusive. I have driven my car tata tigor only 11000kms in a period of 2 years.

I have given for service. They did something neatly washed my car and brought my car back to my home and parked. After this service the service centre person called and asked me to give rating 10 out of 10 to the customer care. I said I'd not drive the car after service. He said that he will arrange and he will take care if any issue arraised. After one week of service done, just I tried to start my car but it could not start. I called service centre. His phone is switched off. Just I opened banner and checked the battery. It's calmost dried. See the service centre fellows not even checked the battery. How can we believe these KHT service centre whether engine oil and coolents, AC, and break pads replaced or not as per their invoice. If I call there is no response. Don't know whether genuine parts removes also. Such a basic thing also they did not check while full service time. So friends careful about this fraud and careless KHT motor service centre.

The worst service center i have ever visited in my 19 years of Tata vehicle driving, even after getting the general service done for which they charge me 19k after giving discount of 20%, when i gave my car for service it was all fine like turbo, egr and intercooler but after taking delivery of my car after servicing, it suddenly started smoke problem with no pickup like pushing my car, again i visited there they said clutch to be replaced and turbo to be checked and replaced and all such would cost me around 50k, which was working fine before service, they are just trying and making money by telling all the time that your car has major problem, i don't why Tata motors not taking any action against KHT motors even after having so many bad reviews and experience. I got my car checked they said engine oil is thik and it takes atleast a year to get oil that thicken and i got the same replaced 2 months ago and ran only 500 km since than, after reading so many reviews i don't know whether they are actually doing the service that they are charging for or not, most worst thing they don't have video camera installed to see all the recording whether they are actually doing things they are being paid for. Giving a star as don't have option of giving minus 5 star.

Gave My Tata Nano Twist Automatic car service to KHT Motors, Whitefield.

Removed the caps of my car tyres during servicing but did not fix it back while delivery. I don’t know how many more parts inside are detached and not put back, automatic gears not working. Worst service given by prasad Reddy in KHT motors, whitefield. When tried contacting the customer care they never respond properly and never tried to solve the issue. When we spoke to Prasad Reddy service incharge, he never responds properly with details.

From my side I won’t recommend KHT motors, as their servicing and customer support both are worst.
