The guy who serves also cooks!
If we order in between we don't get the food.
Wont recommend at all

Never order mutton dishes at this place. Its worst boiled mutton with all waste pieces of meat…tasted stale and horrible…fish fry was fully over burnt literally that dark black…

The atmosphere was super because no one was there at 2PM, we three had lunch.good for only Biryani.

Good place to hangout with colleagues. It is an awesome place for a stomach treat with a variety of food items in their menu. The variety of fish dishes is an exceptionally awesome treat to savour here. Don't miss out the special Kerala Parotha with Chicken Masala. Good food and good ambience. It was a nice experience as the setup was clean & nicely decorated. The price was also reasonable. The food was really tasty and the service is 5 star! The staff were polite and provided fast service.

We ordered chicken chettinad and the chicken was very hard. The food was not at all good to eat. Felt the food was old and they added some spices and masala over it and gave. Spoiling the name of malayalis.

Nothing much about this place. The service is very slow.and the food was also not that great.

Had Sunday breakfast there. Service is too slow. I think on Sunday morning there's more online orders and they give priority to that. When I went there, I was the only customer who was dining in. Had appam and irachi curry. Appam was fresh, irachi curry could have been better. Tea - first time I got reheated Tea with too much sugar. Then I asked for another one and the next time it was with too much milk. They did charge me only for one Tea though (without me asking)

Good Kerala food with good ambience. Fish prices are a little high. Best Kerala restaurant in this area.

A decent hotel near ITPL for Kerala cuisines.
Meals is wholesome with 3 curries (sambhar, morucurry, fishcurry), 2-3 side dishes, pappadam and payasam.
Have all other Kerala dishes too.
Off late, porottas are not that great (earlier we used to get hot layered ones), but all other stuffs are good.

Worst food ever with highest price. Whatever served was completely raw and uncooked.
Totally worthless.

Very fast delivery. Easy on the pocket Kerala food just outside ITPL Whitefield, bangalore. Good food.

Affordable and you will get Kerala food, it's best for Kerala people you can meet Kerala people here. Affordable as well I hope they have one more shop near by Surya homes

Unedible Chapatis. Never in my life I have ate something so bad, and I have lived in hostel for 11 years, so that's saying something.

Meals wasn't hot and missed many side dishes. Service was slow.overall total disappointment. Maybe because we were a bit late but still the experience could have been better.

Very bad experience I had. Very low quality fish and chicken very hard meat and poor teast. I never visit again

Good and budget friendly place for Kerala style food. I had Malabar chicken biriyani which tasted very good. The Kerala meals is also good. Ample seating is available, but gets very crowded at afternoon during weekdays and it becomes slightly difficult to get a seat at afternoon. Parking space is available only for two wheelers. All payment options are available.

In Every hotels they are giving drinking water at first, Here we spend almost 1.30 hrs and had Biriyani, but they didn't given DRINKING WATER, we asked for couple of times but they didn't responded,

Biriyani was extreme waste.

It was not a pleasant experience here. Visited on a Sunday night, staff were very less and service was very slow.

Washrooms and washbasins were very dirty.

Coming to food. Porotta was good. Beer roast was average. Chicken varuval was horrible. Chappathi was very bad

Worst experience we had today.
Went at 1pm and ordered beef roast, porotta, ghee rice.
While ordering itself we asked for fresh porotta, and they said its live porotta only.but what we got was a reheated one.when we asked the staff, he said it was prepared at 11am.

Then we got ghee rice which was half Cooked.they are least bothered to listen the feedback.
Beef roast was average.

Okay place with nice South Indian and North Indian delicacies. Sitting area is small. Sometimes four wheeler parking is an issue. A little crowded most of the time. Cost is pocket friendly and taste is okay.

An authentic Kerala restaurant, that tickles your taste buds.
Must try Pot rice, biriyani and Karimeen fish fry.

We went with our team for dinner ordered couple of biryani and chicken items.
Appam is very tasty all dishes are Keral style. Nice hospitality.

Kidilum restaurant is kidu.

Breakfast is affordable, since I have tried puttu, kadala, coffee. Altogether is 160/-

A great place to try out good mallu dishes. It's not too expensive also, for such good food.
Try out the orange chicken and kanthari chicken (for a different taste).

Had a great lunch over here. Definitely worth the money.
Ambience is manageable.

Had meals, Thalassery Biriyani, Prawns and Beef Roast. Had one of the softest ever beef!

Again, Don't expect great ambience but taste and clean food worth your money is assured.

Will be visiting back soon.

I enjoy having lunch here. The Kerala meal is so filling and Sambar is super tasty. Prices are very reasonable. It is located very near to ITPL back gate and has ample parking space. Must try: Kerala meals, fish fry.

I ordered fud but the behaviour of the staff was very rude. While calling they were talking irresponsibly. And the food was also not good!

The worst restaurant and staff behaviour is not good whenever we tried to call the restaurant staffs all are talking rude! I hate this restaurant!

Stay away people, if you want to have food in an edible atmosphere with friendly professional staffs, you MUST NEVER STEP IN.

Great variety Kerala authentic food. Non-vegetarians delight. Must try items include squid, Kappa biryani.
Cost effective too.

Tasty food. Good prices in the menu. Ambience is below average. Good for those who dant care much about the ambience.

Kidilum is a really good restayrant with very tasty food. I agree they dont the ambience of a fine dining or usual restaurant but in for a great tasting food then please try this place.

Secondly i tried their catering service and man the taste was incredible.
I would highly recommend them if u have events in ur home and u want to treat ur guests to some really tasty kerala foid, then kidilum is ur option.

This is a place to have regular food specially if one is in the whitefeild area and at work. May not be a perfect family place that you want to. Food was good this was my first experience and hope they keep the same quality of food and at the same cost. I will go again and try few more menus. If ambience is what you may look and you needed some Kerala food one could about take-aways! Though not sure if they are with Zomato or likewise.

If you are away from home and has a craving for good kerala food, this might be just the place to fill your tummy and heart.

It's an okayish restaurant to visit. I had ordered mutton biryani and prawns biryani. Prawns biryani was good but mutton were not cooked properly in mutton biryani.

A perfect, home like lunch. Good taste without excessive masala. Very reasonably priced. Do try their fish varieties; you feel like kerala.must visit if you are near ITPB.

Good place near ITPL area for Kerala food. Seating and wash area can be improved. For the business they are having, service and facility is not upto the mark with charges at par with other restaurants

Good place to have kerala food. We go here only for kerala porata and Itachi roast. Idiyappam also a must try dish.

If you want to satisfy the beef lover in you. I suggest better visit this place during noon time. It's a very simple hotel setup just for good food. Run by malayalees and loves to visit here. Highly recommended.

Over priced and over hyped restaurant. The only dish worth trying for is their beef roast. Rest all not at all worth it and over priced! Hotel better ramp up their food quality or the hype will die out soon!

Good Kerala restaurant for having naadan food. However the service speed was slow & seeing the kitchen from outside, i was concerned about the quality of the food.

It's spacious. You can keep few two wheelers inside the entrance. Food is tasty. More organized compare to other kerala resturants nearby

Very nice for fish lovers. They have so many variety of fish dishes. The one wrapped in the banana leaf is very delicious. For veg, this place is heck. They don't have much varieties, plus they don't remember what veg orders were ordered because everyone else orders non veg. Today they gave fish to veg people and my veg friends thought its paneer as it looked white as paneer. They brought three different orders to our table which we didn't order. It seems they are not able to handle the crowd. But the food is nice and I liked it.

Loved the food. My friend and I had Parathas, Puttu and Beef roast n a chicken varaval n naadan tea! Food was very tasty n hot n wasn't very expensive at all.

I am not fan of veg food.but Appam with Veg stew was top class

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I found this place in an online food app and thought I could visit it as This restaurant is very close to my office. First of all, if you like kerala food, you will love this restaurant. The waiting time is less. We have ordered eraichi biriyani, eraichi fry and roast, mathi fry and pazhampuri. Everything was tasty and the meat was tender. Even the pickle provided was tasty. We felt like we were in kerala. Such an authentic kerala cuisine.

Quantity is too less and I just spoke with owner about this and he was so keralian rude. Food is good but they should sell it to someone who cares about customer, I'm ordering because of hungry not because I'm having money.

The veg thali is my favorite here. Good taste, feels homely. The place has lot of rush during weekdays. Good place to get lunch, if you are craving for Kerala thali and parotas

I had a different kind of chicken biriyani over here and I just loved it. So lunch is always fixed over here if not decided.

I can give 5 start for the biryani items.but not for lunch.the rice is so hazy always.but the side dishes and the gravy are nice.

They have wide variety of food cuisines, ample space to sit, very near to itpl, appam and curries are great. Meals is also very good.
