Received a KG book instead of what I ordered via flipkart.flipkart customer service didn't even bothered to resolve the issue, rather they asked to return the product and I'll get a refund! Who's asking for refund here? It's a gift and I have to have it. But thanks to the seller, I called him up, narrated the whole incident and he immediately responded to cooperate.flipkart needs to learn SERVICE from such sellers.
