Worst doctors I have seen in my life.we went to meet gynaecologist oncologist.they treat patients very rudely and have no manners. Not sure how these criminals got hired in this hospital.looks like back door entry doctors.doctor has to be a good human being first which unfortunately they are not. I advise to general public avoid government hospitals where doctors and her team are working.they are beasts in human form.they are sophisticated criminals and nothing else.they don't know what parents mean.worst doctors ever scene

It's better to take home rather than going to kidwai for cancer treatment. They have done biopsy and after 10 days they said they missed sample and said they cannot do anything. They never consider other hospital reports, so that we need to do biopsy against but carelessly they missed sample.

Doctors are also not worthy, most of them training students.

It's a govt hospital just for name.
An organised loot.
Everyday they tell to take test of 2,000₹ minimum
And the final test charges around 20,000₹.
To add to that 2,000 ₹ minimum, daily, is needed with no improvement in patient's conditions.
To add to that 1,500₹ per room with undue extra charges for every injections and blood bank charges.
This is what I have experienced on my 10 days visit with my father.

More scam.i think this planned institute of money making.just visit small issue they are giving 32 testing for 30 to 40 days take test and report.moreserias pacent r died resting time this is cruel with out treatment.they r time pass up to 30 to 40 days. (if u r influence person r releted doctor and stap they were treated well)

Doctor's are good but the wardens and nurses are too misbehaving to patients they are too negligence about the file handing saw a. Incident near the ultrasound room today also nurse are worst

This is a government institution so every process are very slow and irritating.

Very rude staff, this boy acting like an he's the cheif doctor,
behaviour is very bad, even scolding for innocent people who are struggling to survive from the cancer, & making fun with college girls who comes for training with them he's acting like Hero & not bothering about the patients,

Personally worst experience from here, No proper management, no proper guidance and treatment.

Downfall of Kidwai will begin.

Visiting first time, below will be helpful:
1. Go to OPD building, Room number 1
2. Provide basic data on the registration form with adhaar card
3. Go to doctor who will suggest which department to visit
4. Do billing for the suggested department
5. Go to the floor suggested at billing counter and wait for your turn

Note:
1. Should have patience if you visit here, as the crowd will be high and you cannot rush in urgent.
2. Lunch timings will be 1.30 to 2.30, so doctor will not be at this time
3. Canteen available inside campus
4. Paid parking available inside
5. From 9am scanning center will open
6. There will be junior doctors who will first analyze and then senior doctor will guide
7. Even though the process takes longer, you will get detailed report.

Nurses and other staff who work with them, they seriously doesn't know how to behave in the hospital. They will shout and behave very rudely with the patients, no minimum basic sense to talk slowly in emergency ward, i have seen this kind of behaviour for the first time and no proper response for the patients and they will have fun and talking very loudly as if it's a fish market

It is cleanly maintained
But their is no correct response from doctors, Doctors will say just visit tomorrow, same answer continuously, how patient will come and go daily.

No one is aware about the SoPs
Seems any doctor can create one on the go.
The security treats you as if he is paying you to get treated.

ತುರ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಲ್ಲ. ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತ ಅಥವಾ ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದ ರೋಗಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಿದ್ವಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 40 ರಿಂದ 50℅ ರೋಗಿಗಳು ಸಾಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೀಮೋಥೆರಪಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯರು ತುಂಬಾ ಸೋಮಾರಿಗಳು. ಅವರು ಒಂದೇ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಹಂತದ ರೋಗಿಗಳು ಒಂದು ಅಥವಾ 2 ತಿಂಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

but hospital staff behavior is very bad taking very loudly to patients, not respecting the patients and attended. Hospital service is poor needs improvement

Very very worst hospital in the world. Because of postponed test and beds in hospital person may die. Please don't go here u will come with dead body. The doctors are not much helpful. Government please take strict action which helps the poor people please take action to follow rule.
There are making nonsense here ct scan again and again. After 3 months only u get bed on that time patient reach final stage of there diseases. Don't go tothis hospital.

Below are the irritating moment of me in the Hospital:

1. The build where test like CT scan, MRI, X-Ray, Ultra sounds are done from outside looks new, but from inside it an old building with bad hygiene. I felt like walking inside a tunnel.

2. Cafeteria is so awesome that you'll hate the eating. Bad hygiene.

3. New building architect completed on arrears I guess, the 4 floor building has only 2 lifts, the crowd is huge so the management decided to take only patients and not the attendants.

Doctor consulting is at 4th Floor, how do hospital expect to walk attendants (if mid aged) to take stair, cuz apart from doctor consultation nothing is in 4th floor.

4. Consulting doc is a mess, poor management in handling the patients.could have made a token based setup instead, manually the take files and that made patients think others who came after them are ahead of them.

5. Was in billing counter and there was a power cut, no power backup. Such an amazing infrastructure.

6. You can madidate and meet GOD if you believe in, but not cure your illness before its critical. Took a month to get the reports and meet doc.

Surprisingly Doc asked to repeat a test and sent us, WORDLS FASTEST Consulting. He never spoke about the other reports.

Totally worst government hospital never seen in my life.
Totally irresponsible to guide, and for only check up took 1 month.
For poor citizens it is impossible to show it to doctor.

Dr.srinivas surgical oncology has done surgery to my mother, it was absolutely good doctor is brilliant doctor but response on follow up is not good and staffs won't give respect to patients nor patients attenders but One of the best thing is saw kidwai hospital is developement from since 6 months is extremely good, I'm proud of Dr. Ramachandra sir, A Big salute for your progress and development of kidwai sir. God bless you. Only request is please change staffs and Nureses or please ask them to give respect to patients and attenders sir.

Very very late treatment. They will take minimum 2 months to start treatment.government please take strict action against this and help poor people

There are termites in soukya ward.it is horrible to sleep at night.worst staff.some of the doctors are good but not all.some are very rude and dont want to treat patients bcoz they dont have mood too.

I am hereby requesting Kidwai Management to please improve your customer service by upgrading your mode of payment to electronic i.e. EFPOS, Phone pay instead of cash payments only. It shouldn't be difficult to use current technology which has already established, please consider me has people representative and take an action ASAP on improving user convenience.

Employees prove that they are working for Govt hospital. Horrible. They dnt value patients time at all. No concern no empathy. Many patients will die running pillar to post in d hospital.
Employees are given 1 hr for lunch which is absolutely waste of time. Will have lunch for 1 hr @home? How will our country and govt departments better. I dnt think till the world war happens and everybody dies then thinhs MAY change.

I was visited hospital.staff and doctors are cardial and very supportive to patient, but i will not recommend this haspital for emergency.

Thanks to Oral Oncology Dr Huda, Dr Sabitha, Dr Thejaswini (Radition) and Team, time was tough due to COVID, both for Doctors and patient, the kind of support was eternal from all Kidwai Staff.

This is best hospital and great doctor like sri Ravi Arjunan sir. I am saying thank you here for his nice treatment. You will get best treatment for very cheap price in this hodpital. Even nurses are very much helpful and care ncely. They fallow nice transparent process. Treatment is so cheap and best, so that there will be huge crowd, you have to tolerate it bit and wait for your number. Once you admitted in hospital again process is very smoth and doctor & nurses are available 24/7. I am telling my experience I have bad experiance with private hospital, private hospital cheat you like anything for money. Whatever treatment we were going through it might cost 25 lks in private hospital, we manage same treatment with just 4 to 5 lks in this hospital. So 5 stars from my side.

Very very very delayed treatment, now situation is cannot leave and cannot stay, treatment is delayed for cancer and torturing people making ready that today and tomorrow will be the operation but not performed.

I found everything good but CT scan center trainees acts as a doctor least bothered about patient my dad was vomiting due to no food n only water bloody they asked to get the admitted patient empty stomach and made the patient wait till 1.00 pm and they restarted the machine and said they will do the scanning next day one more day patient should be empty stomach to get the scan done.when I said from morning we are in que and now why you are asking patient to come tomorrow do it after lunch but they denied to do so and the staff was very too rude no humanity they were just worried about their lunch break when I asked and there was bit argument with staff.patient was on scanning bed they restarted the machin and said wait 5 muints we will call you and its been one hour they are taking other patient for scanning but not worried about this patient.

My is under treat ment ovarian cancer at this institute. The department of gyniconcology is maintained with good care for the patients. Treatment is fine. The doctors very helpful and cooperative.

Poorest service from the part of staffs of academic wing. They are supposed to serve the needy, but are disguised towards their mistakes. Misguidance, delayed responses, irresponsibility, lethargic attitude and worst customer service are their veil. Power and pride made blind them. Negligence towards those who didn't know Kannada. One of my friends mother admitted at KMIO at SHANTHIDHAMA special ward. Rooms were clean and neat. Doctors and staff are so co operative. They do their maximum to strength the mind set of both patients and by standers- relatives

What I need to say mean in this hospital all are facilities are good one but late reply no response about patients and when they are serious they don't care about only they need Government bills for. I took my mother to this hospital in 2017, doctors was failured to recognize to identify cancer, again when my mom face mouth pain in 2019 that time it was second stage they told. And they did operation in Dec 2019, the operation was failured, I lost my mom. Please dont go this hospital.

I went to the blood bank as a voluntary donor at 5.30OM. They apparently accept blood donation only till 4PM. Staff really rude. In most other places, they accept blood even beyond 6PM. Will not donate blood here going forward. Worst staff!

I had been to kidwai for my uncle treatment, I am confused its hospital or sheepyard staff are so roude, due to over crowded doctors dont have time talk with paticents, OPD, bloodtest, diagnosis all crowded and conjusted all labs staff are in high BP, one word this hospital is for BPL.

If you want to worsen the condition of your loved ones then please admit here. When my mom was admitted she was able to eat, sleep and walk but now she needs 4 people to assist to washroom. Worst people. Worst doctors worst management and a big time thief. Doctors have a set target to achieve and they will ensure that they achieve it. Irrespective of the patient condition. Very bad experience, they made us to wait for a month. Repeated painful tests for my dad, no proper response when there was an emergency. Please don’t go to this hospital when there was an emergency and really in need they will not help you. Dr Altaf was playing candy crush when my dad literally had breathing problem at his desk. I lost my dad with their negligence. Hope they will be educated soon.

As per my knowledge Blood Banks will be opened 24/7 but her Blood Bank is closed 1 pm to 2 pm. I think there is no sufficient staff. It's my own experiences I brought Platlets from Indian Red Cross Blood Bank I reached Kidwai by 1: 00pm before the transfusion they require Dr. Sign, As it was 1: 00pm they told me to wait till 2pm with the Platlets which I brought. It was Soo disgusting the way they respond.

I am writing this with all the emotions and frustration on this hospital, I hope someone from this management will see the reviews. I would rate this as zero if it exists! Seriously the worst doctors and the staff I have ever seen with no humanity.
The way they treat the patients is pathetic.
The most common dialogue from the doctors is "horgade wait madu" (wait outside) eventhough they are free. Not sure what they will get by this. If you want to do a single test also you need to wait at least for a week.
If you have all the reports still they will ask you to get the new reports/new tests, even though that is not required.
In our case, it's been 2 months we are roaming here and there and they are not ready to start the treatment yet, they know it's an emergency case with jaundice 22 points (Normal range should not be greater than 1) but still they are postponing the procedure. Our patient has lost almost 20kgs weight within these 2 months of time span.
If you have some self respect and some money I would recommend you to go some private hospital and get the treatment rather than simply wasting the time and the precious patient life.
None of the doctors here have the intention to treat the patients as soon as possible.

This is semi-Govt Hospital. You can claim any health schemes of our centre/state's.
If not, u need to pay full bill.
All newly arrived/out patients were subjected to tests, it may take more than a week to get all the reports.
Doctors available for new/out patients only twice (Wed & Sat) a week.

New Director Dr. C. Ramachandra. MS is so upright, dedicated, better administrative, Zero curruption.
He is going to change kidwai to high standards.

Deserves 'Zero' stars.
Though the organization has completed 40 years, has no remarkable progress since past 20 years.
Ruining State Government funds. Corrupted management.
Selection committee is just slave of recommendation of biggies. Pity is newly selected Director is also not an exclusion.
Majority of doctors/staff are beneficiaries of political/financial grounds and caste-based reservation. Hardly few countable physician who are doing justice to the work.

The hospital is unfit for a one star rating also. The staff here are very careless. Pls never ever suggest this hospital to anyone.

Not all doctors are good, some are careless they don't explain things clearly, when we try to ask something they don't answer it properly or they'll just ignore you and staff members are very rude and don't cooperate, it's a good place if you know some influential people, otherwise it would be difficult for a poor person here.
I took my uncle here for the treatment of abdominal cancer which was in 3rd stage back then, later on they told me not to worry and it could be possibly treated, they operated him only to find out that cancer has been spread, it's in the final stage and they couldn't help him.

Staffs are very rude here people won't get proper instruction to follow the procedure.patients has to roam all over the hospital for very simple formalities. Room 42 doctors will treat people like animals they are least bothered about patients here.
If you are in emergency for treatment it's highly recommended not to go for KIDWAI they will take hell lot of time to treat patients.
Patients will die before they start treatment this opinion expressed from kidwai staffs.
Also they destroyed instruction board which provides an information about report collection timings and room no's information to collect reports and to raise a complaint but they almost removed timings and management name and ph numbers to raise a complaint.when comes kidwai timings reception staff will arrive at 10.30 AM where you need to collect all your reports and by 12.30 PM they will say lunch time till 2.30 PM you have to wait for them and doctors will be available till 4 PM they won't bothered of people who comes from very far and wait for long time (because of no proper assistance from staff) they have to wait till next day.
At least provide us the information about your procedure and protocols we will update it in your website at least it will help people to understand about their next procedure and to make it streamline.
KIDWAI has a very good name but staffs and doctors spoiling it.
@KIDWAISTAFF patients are not animals also you people are not giving treatment freely it's a hard earned tax money of us.most of the people who visit you are the farmers and they are not educated you have to instruct them at least in this situation.
