Shop is amazing.user friendly, they talk politely and help to find out the perfect item for the kids. Service is nice supportive and best one.

If there was option to give 0 rating I would have given. Very bad service and staff doesn’t know to behave properly and we complain to manager but he is not trying to solve the issue

Overpriced for low quality products. The toys are well packaged, but actual RC toys don't work.u don't get any discount either on your purchase unless u r a member which entitles 5 percentage from next purchase.not the current one.

Local damaged products at high price, also they don’t have refund policy, doesn’t matter if all products are damaged and old, you have to pick any! Highly not recommend!

Staff in this branch are Worst people, no humanity, harsh behaviour. Because today i arrived at the store at 9: 40pm to buy feeding bottle as my baby was unwell.the staff denied saying that "accounts have been settled" and there won't be any sale. Despite of mentioning the baby sickness. And they also illtreated my arrival to the store with their harsh words and rude behaviour

Took cradle from this shop, makes horrible sound, it will not make babies to sleep, instead it will make baby to wake up.don't ever buy.

Worst cust service ever just asked for a simple packing wrap after u buy a good amount of products still they denied horrible that was my last visit to ur shop hope u sustain in business

Don't ever buy anything from here if you care about customer experience. Had a horrible experience here today. The store manager, Mr. Sunil, was very unprofessional and rude and openly agreed that he did not care if I never stepped foot in their store again.
I completed the UPI payment and the amount got debited from my account. And yet he refused giving me the product stating that the payment is not reflecting in their system. He wanted me to wait for half an hour for it to reflect saying that this happens at their store very often.
Pathetic.

Had a terrible experience at the store, employees harrass you to buy one or other stuff that you don't require, money minded staff, just want to sell any product also prices are more than outside stores. Unprofessional staff. Wanted to exchange a shoe but the store staff was arrogant to exchange giving lame excuses, they only want customers money after that they don't care. Kindly avoid this store.
