The place is outside. It's quiet. Very lovely place and very friendly staff
Pretty cheap and very clean

Very bad experience with this stay.
The owner was sweet while booking.
We were able to reach the property only in the night time - but when called and asked regarding the missing ammenities - the owner was so harsh. He was like take the money back and leave at that night.
The care taker was so friendly - he took proper care and arranged the things he could. He also arranged morning breakfast.

We were given ground floor room - rooms were not nearly as shown in the picture - was little smelly. AC was good. Decent ambience. The Tv was an old tv in half hanging in the wall.
Also the building was undergoing some construction - so dust everywhere outside.
They say it’s pet friendly. But the owner talked bad about the pet - though we asked to pay extra for the pet.

The hotel is 1 KM from the main road and the road is very narrow. The hotel location is just beside a bluff and has good views in the morning. We could go to Sringeri, and Murudeshwar from here.
It has a small clay court for playing badminton. Of course, the rackets and corks only for recreational purpose.
The catetaker Mr. Suresh is very helpful. He is awake until late into night and wakes up early for preparing the breakfast. He can speak in English as well apart from local language, Kannada.
Breakfast is very good and filling. If the number of guests are low and we share our requirements with Mr. Suresh, based on the possibility, he customizes breakfast. Of the two days we stayed, we had "Neer Dosa" (with chutney) and Poha on first day. Another day, we had Aloo Bonda (deep-fried Potato stuffed fritter), and Veg Pulav (pilaf).
The Kinara Stay folks were accomodative of our request for late check-in.
For dinner, being vegetarians, we tried the local Panduranga Restaurant. The prices were optimal and quantity was sufficient. Mostly we tried Biryani. I heard even Sanman hotel is good. We only tried Idlis at Sanman hotel though.

Good place and great service. Food you have to order before and breakfast is available by default.

It was a very good stay. The rooms were very clean, everything was arranged perfectly. The room service was also good. The response was good. It is best stay to be considered near gokarna and honavar

Room is good, but there is no attraction around. The beach is 40 minutes walking far and deserted

Only plus is location and also it's disadvantage. A location like this needs minimum security to be confident. Can't sleep with insecurity feeling. Stayed here in June month and we were the only occupants in the entire stay. No security, only 1 person for everything, room bolt wasn't working but only Knob lock that Can be opened if someone have access to spare Key, mould smell that can cause allergic issues. Book only if you are in group else avoid.

We recently stayed at this place. It is an ideal place for the perfect family get together. Away from the crowd you live in silent and peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are basic but neat. The highlight was always smiling Suresh, the attendant who single handed attended to all our needs. It is rare to find such people in hospitality industry now the days. Must say the owners are lucky to have him.

Very bad behavior by the care taker. We stayed for one night and later thought that we will stay for another night and requested the care taker to do the cleaning of the room, he refused and rudely saying I will clean only after you vacate the room. If interested then stay else checkout. Anybody who wants to come hear just plan for one night in an emergency if you don't get any where, otherwise don't stay else you won't get service.

About the room, not so great. Walls are dirty, bedsheet and pillow covers are also no so clean. And it stinks also sometime.

And the owner is least bother to pick the phone when you call. Finally when he called, then also understood something else.

Anyway we had very bad experience. For anybody who wants to stay here then best of luck.

It was really disappointing.owner was very rude. You have make all the payments before you check in nd rooms were not provided which were shown at the time of booking. I highly recommend not to choose this stay.

Very nice place - calm, quiet, clean, homely. Very nice staff, Mr. Suresh. He is really well mannered and mild speaking. The breakfast is home made and awesome.
Way way better than any other lodge or hotel in the surroundings.

If you are a budget traveller looking for pocket friendly yet luxurious experience then you search ends here. Its located in one of peaceful yet beautiful village surrounded by prawns breeding ponds. The property offers a very clean & Spacious Room with AC, a very comfortable king size bed, a TV with satellite connection, huge bathroom with 24x7 hot water, tolieries & towels and not to mention the delicious Breakfast with Tea/Coffee which is complimentary for all the guests. The caretaker was truly amazing who manages these property and well as cooks breakfast for the guest. They also offer large rooms which can occupy upto 10-15 guest at very cheap price. Its located just 5 mins drive from the main Kumta town. They dont offer meals but can order the food via the menu provided in the room and they get the order delivered from the restaurant directly to your room. We stayed 2 nights but it was less wish to come back soon.

Amazing stay. Even though it is a bit inside the farms it has amazing rooms and there is a beach nearby which is spectacular

One of the best staying places in Kumta, highly recommended. Due to traffic, we were only able to reach and check in at 2: 30 am in the night. The house keeper cooperated some times and some times he used to bring up the topic of checking in that late and stuff when we were a bit late in packing and checking out. That was really annoying. The place has solar heated water, kitchen facility for drinking coffee and tea, which the housekeeper will help out with, badminton area, clothes drying area and parking space of utmost 4-5 four wheelers. The rooms were well furnished and definitely felt like home. It’s a bit interior away from main road.

Its a lovely place.with back water and a beach which is just 1 km away.coming here was the best decision. Mr.suresh the caretaker is very friendly man

Nice peaceful stay near Gokarna and it has one best vastu Honeymoon room which gives super strength to couple. (2nd room from steps in first floor of first building). Best room for HONEYMOON near Gokarna and goa. CARETAKER UNCLE'S SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. Five for uncle himself. Worth staying there

Stayed overnight with family, enjoyed the stay, calm and beautiful place A little outside from highway.
House keeper Mr Suresh was very helpful and good hospitality.
Only discomfort felt is for food arranged from outside, as they don't have permanent cook and kitchen
Good ambience, very calm and quiet place for family time spending.

The rooms were good and clean. Its situated in the quite place so can't complain about noise. Tye food is good too. The guy who takes care of the property is very helpful and takes good care of the guests.
