We visited in July. Hampi is not the place it used to be, all the cafes and huts have been closed down This is the only decent resort we found. It costed us 4500 per room which included dinner, breakfast and access to water park Resorts is spacious and covered in greenery Each room has a view. Food was homely. Their check in and out times are different. Please book online for better pricing.
AC rooms are good. Non-AC rooms are okayish. Rooms are little pricey, but the overall ambience around the resort is fascinating. There is also a swimming pool, plus a water park attached to the resort. Ambience is top-notch. It is far from the city, but worth the stay. Feasible only if you are traveling by car.
I have stayed one night here on my Hampi visit. Kindly avoid this place, There are many issues with the suite room i booked (best in available according with price they quotes) Pros: 1: Location, its just OK OK 2: Spacious room
Cons: 1: Ac is not cooling as expected 2: Ants are there in room, nobody came to solve the issue eventhough we went and complaint, photo attached 3: Somany other insects in room at night 4: Rooms are very old (Please don't go with images) 5: Snake in the pool and nobody cares and also its very dirty 6: Water park is just waste 7: Food is just okay
The resort and water park have been designed in a unique way. We stayed in Chalet and had a fantastic time. Fresh running water was circulated in an innovative way throughout the waterpark.
Had a good experience. The room was good and the location is also good, But it's not easily accessible unless you have your own vehicle. The food they provide is great. The only issues that we faced was that the wifi is not accessible inside the room and insects. Even though we kept the room closed, there were insects inside the room. There is no mobile network in the area and it's not just in this location, many other locations have the same issue with network. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy without any disturbance or phone calls, this is the place.
Very worst experience. I booked 2rooms here for one night. Due I'll health we wanted reschedule dates, these guys started demanding additional charges for more than 60% per room. Also, weather is bad and resort is on river bank of Tungabhadra and zone is on alert. These people are adamant and they are risking visitors life. They damn care of risk being posed by nature. These people lack presence of mind and humanity. I appeal all to blacklist this place for the behaviour of the management.
I am hard to get convinced for anything but this place is amazing. The waterpark is imbibed into a natural waterfall. Words can't explain. Food (buffet) was also amazing.
Stay: The rooms are average (not worth compared to cost). Shower does not work. No Soap or Shampoo provided. Beds - Twin beds joined together, so cant sleep properly with kids. Insects come inside in Rainy n winter season.
Food: Below average. No starters, fresh vegetables or variety. Chicken (Non-veg) is not fresh. Eggs, Butter, Jam - Not available for BreakFast. Dinner time: 8-9: 30pm ONLY. No complementary Tea/Coffee. Suggestion: Prefer to take food outside
Activities: Bon-fire does not start on time. Water park water stinks NO WATER Purifier available, so carry your own water bottles. Swimming pool is not cleaned since ages. Monkeys roaming around which is bit scary.
This place is a must visit for your stay, mid range budget hotel with amazing cottage themed rooms, breakfast and dinner included, which is served inside the water park conference hall. Be it for a bachelorette party or for a cool detox from the daily hectic life schedule, Kishkinda Heritage Resort offers one of the the great stays in and near Hampi. Yes there is no network signal here, but hotel wifi is provided with great service along with WiFi calling keeps you connected with your loved ones.
When coming to Hampi, be it with friends, or family or solo, make sure to book your stays at least a week before so as to avoid uncanny situations.
If you are planning a trip to Hampi for few days, then you can spend half a day here to chill. Entry fee is ₹250/- excluding food. There 2-3 pools with different slides. There's a restaurant to have lunch and a cool drinks shop. Food was average but I felt it as overpriced. Pools are not well maintained or I don't know whether it's because of the water, all the pools were greenish. You can play till evening and go to sanapur lake for sunset.
Great resort, average food. Loved the tea tho. Resort's in a great location surrounded by fields and hills Tip: wake up at sunrise and go for a walk on the road to the resort, you won't regret it
Needs lots of improvement. The bathroom fittings have to replace now. All the accessories of the rooms are old. If u need a place to relax in nature this is the best resort near there with affordable price.
Beautiful location, nicely covered in natures beauty. Excellent staff, awesome chef, beautiful water sports, can't ask more for a better place to relax
The place is old and has a rustic vibe to it, but the property is not well maintained. The main usp is the natural waterfall that flows throughout the whole property.
Very poor service and worst management. You pay unnecessarily for no facilities. The AC and fan won't work most of the times with no power and no proper. Power back-up. There is no network for airtel and jio. They promised for WiFi availability before booking, buy it was not available even for 30% of our stay.
Don't regret after booking, there are better options near hampi and Hospet.
Awsome location in the valleys. Covered with green & silent. Away from phone connection but connected with wifi. Enjoyed two days of stay doing yoga in open atmosphere in the chirping sounds of birds and animals. Great place
Also close by to Hampi, anjanadri hills the birth place of Hanuman and Shabari ashram near pampa sarovar where shree ram met Shabari.
Place to visit with family. Food & accommodation was good and staff also very polite and service oriented.
We had planned for our wedding anniversary.so visited this place and resort was awesome no words to describe it.we had a beautiful waterfalls inside the resort the environment was really really good food was good rooms are also good but I was disappointed with bathrooms they might have kept it still clean the service what thy provided us we was satisfied but the only problem we don't have network in that place so people who is fed up of using phone Facebook watsup can go chill out there overall we enjoyed our trip thanks for the resort people
Good location but Room service should have been better.
Also, do not visit during very early in the morning or later in the evening. Try to reach out after sunrise or before sunset otherwise it is little risky specially for girls. The road from the bus stand to this resort does not look much safe during these hours. Also, a number of leopard attacks were seen recently.
4 stars for the clean and big rooms, huge and maintained society with a water stream flowing through the place, nice food & well behaved and professional staff. 1 more star to not have any mobile signal, some might not like it but I enjoyed my time here being with nature and away from the screen. One advice for the management is to increase Wi-Fi connectivity to all the rooms.
The entry ticket was too high. 250/- the water was not cleaned properly.not at all good. You people don't go with the children.the people didn't cleaned well.the restaurant food was average. Don't expect more
It is good place to spend with family, the natural flowing water is used in this water park. Visitors make it dirty. A invigilator had to be there to maintain clenaliness. Wash rooms are very dirty. If clenaliness is maintained 5 star place for a weekend. Also weekend it is very crowded.
Nice and sober place. Nice concept of hut system. Authentic village feeling. Hospitality is good, staff service was very good. Food was nice, room service was available. Family trip can be planned for a day. Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance was poor, rest all found to be worth the money paid for. Could have included some playing stuffs like snooker, table tennis.
Nestled in the rocks it's a place must visit. For a rustic experience stay in the cottages. And if in non summer months avail non AC cottages. Food is good. The natural water park is good to see. The swimming pool is good for family. Breakfast meets minimum expectation. But dinner is good in the garden.
Horrible place not worth of hype. Water was stinking. All people entered water on their dresses. Beware of monkeys, they snatched food from few fellows. I don't recommend this place for family.
The Hotel is located about 2 kms from the Main road on the Other side of the Hampi near Sanapur lake. There is an swimming pool as well. However, it wasn't cleaned for the leaves, but the water was clear. We had stayed in rooms, which I felt were small compared to the price they had charged of 7k per room (booked through MMT) They offer complementary breakfast (we were served with Masala Dosa, mini dosa, pongal and sheera). The dinner was average, rather would suggest to go to Laughing Buddha in Hippie Island if you have a car. The property was nicely maintained and in terms of cleanliness. There is also an water resort which we didn't use as had reached.
Nice place to visit to get relaxation. It's around 1 hr journey from Hospet. You will slightly get network of Jio and BSNL & other networks almost nil. Rooms are reasonably good (mid range) with 2,3 &4 sharing basis. 3&4 sharing rooms are provided with AC. Food quality is better especially veg. Staff are courteous & you can expect good service.
Calm and quiet. The expect extra bumpy bumps and humps on the road. Don't drink and drive to this resort. You will for sure fall into the ravines. When I stayed, there were very less guests other than us. WiFi is extremely pathetic. Other than BSNL no other Carrier has service in this area, mostly it's due to the surrounding hillocks.
It's a bit weird thing to see horses outside your hotels backyard.
- Good staff - Low key restaurant - Extremely low key water theme park
This resort is quite far away from the hippie area even if it seems close. And since it's about 2 km from the main road you rely on the auto that the resort managent calls to go out. To come back the auto tend to fleece you as you have no other option. If you have your own transportation it's an ok place to stay. They give private huts with attached bathrooms. The breakfast in the morning was quite disappointing. They have tea / coffee and South Indian dishes. The tea was quite bad. If you have kids its a better option to stay as they have big gardens which are well manicured. But, if you intend to visit hampi monuments from here, it will take you more than half an hour to reach. I personally prefer the hippie town places or the other side of the river to stay in.
The place is nice if you are looking to relax yourself and enjoy the pool during the heat. Their staff is good, take care of all your needs when called from the room and while eating at their open air restaurant. They even arrange a tempo/auto for those wanting to go visit the different places. But the problem here is if you don't have a sim service that is favoured in this region like Jio then you are going to get disconnected completely. Their wifi is pointless since it only works when sitting in the reception or in the restaurant, barley reaches the room if you are far away from these two buildings. Plus we came here to explore and sight see and they were no help in regards to that, ended up finding a guide outside near one of the major locations.
People are good.but managing stuff for their guest is very cumbersome. I don't know.their maintenance of rooms is very very bad.these guys think that you don't have any other option.but let me tell you.there are pretty good options available in Hampi city.the resort is also remotely located.so be ready to shell out some extra bucks.good property but very badly maintained.owner should look into this issue.
Nice to visit with children's, but here no locker facility to keep belongings, try to take small volume of wearings.food is not so good, good time to play with children's
