Had a good experience with KITES with some room for improvement, for every visit they make you fill a huge manual form repeatedly, they can improvise on saving customer profiles digitally. This would save almost an hour of admission process for patients seeking respite care. Special thanks to Dr. Ramya Krishna for making sure that the stay of our elders are taken care. I personally felt prices are expensive compared to other facilities.

Kites is the right place for those looking for elder care. They are very professional and at the same time empathetic and took care of my grandma well. My dad was admitted for a couple of weeks in KITES. He had dementia. I live in Australia. But when I called to speak to my dad, the doctors were so accomodating and without a moment of hesitation they made a video call and gave it to him. He cried uncontrollably, I felt helpless, but the doctors and nurses surrounded him to comfort him. They nurses, were all around him day and night. My dad passed away surrounded by people who cared for him with unconditional love and respect. My dad’s blessings on the staff with always be there. Thank you KITES.
Availed services for my elderly parents recently as I had to travel outstation for a week. Their vitals needs to be monitored regularly due to their health condition and staff at KITES have taken care of them well. We had admitted Mother here for physiotherapy. The Kites Team is very professional but very humane and understanding. The nurses and staff were very considerate and took very good care of Mother during her stay. Kudos and thanks to Kites for their very caring touch
My mother 72 years old, sufferings from arthritis was to undergo TKR on both knees & hip joint. As her right leg was very bad she underwent TKR surgery on right knee first & left knee surgery was to be done later. But unfortunately right knee surgery developed infection & no antibiotic worked on her. Intake of antibiotics made her condition worse. Came to know about kites in-house ayurvedic clinic and got my mother admitted there as I had no other option. Wonderful ayurvedic team at kites not only worked on healing the infected TKR wound but also treated her back, hip joint & left leg arthritis. Got discharged from kites as the wound has almost healed & her left leg & back pain conditions improved. Also thankful to the allopathic team who kept a close watch on her general health conditions & improved her general health condition as well. Environment is second to none. Rooms are naturally lit & nice ventilation. Terrace is just superb with good sunshine both in the morning and evening. Beautiful mini forest on opposite side. Ideal place for seniors who need geriatric care & post operative care. In-house ayurvedic clinic is an added advantage.
Great senior care Centre. Me and my wife who have undergone double surgeries each are recuperating here since a week. Doctors nurses, staff very proficient and caring. It has great physiotherapy infracture and also providesayurvedic treatment. Very reasonable charges starting Rs 2000 per day. So far there is good improvement.

Cannot imagine what would I do if KITES wasn't there! The best decision of my life was to bring my 81 year old mother to KITES after her fall. Wonderful place and wonderful care/service. Empathy and compassion seem to be ruling primarily in the air -with the entire staff including all the Doctors, the Staff nurses, the Nursing sisters and brothers and the Quality and Operations team - breathing it in and out. Excellent physiotherapy - exactly suitable to the age and the requirement. My mother seems to have got a rebirth and is very happy too! Excellent care taken for elderly needy persons. Very good basic medical support available from dedicated doctors nursing staff. Support staff is also very good. On the whole a top rated place. My family members (sister in law, aged 70) experience of stay there was highly satisfactory.
I had approached the services of KITES Senior care, for my father, who needed home care and physiotherapy, after a surgery. Right from the first call, communication was handled very professionally with regular follow up and placement of required staff. We are totally satisfied with the services provided by the home care team (Mr. Pradeep, Mr. Rajkiran) and the physio team (Dr. Divya, Mr. Himanshu), who assisted and looked after my father, which was a huge mental relief for us, living abroad. Unfortunately, my father succumbed to age and medical issue, but very thankful for the last moment help rendered by the doctor and the staff. Wish the team very best!
I stay very close to their center and hence it was easy for me to reach out to them (Prasobh) to get an appointment to visit their center.
I and my wife really liked the way they maintained their center and the way they treat their patients. You won't feel like you are visiting a hospital or a care center but more like a home. We immediately took a decision to admit my mom into their palliative care who was suffering from limb cellulites and who needed care especially on physiotherapy and regular chores.
Unfortunately things didn't work out with us with my mom passing away in few days due to complications arising (Sepsis) from her cellulites. But I was pretty impressed with the way they've taken care of her, explained her situation very well and also helped us in shifting her to Aster CMI for emergency care. I personally would like to thank Dr. Ruhi for his guidance on my mom's health and Prasobh for making every step in the process so easy (even he called his CEO to give a call to Aster for an ICU bed).
This is definitely a place where you can feel that your seniors are well taken care (physiotherapy, Ayurveda and gym) and bring them back to their usual life to lead a happy life.

There are situations where we do not have the resources to care for our elderly, Kites was a good find and helped rehablitate my grandmother. By far she is very happy and will miss the friendly and ever caring staff.
One of the best places if you want your parents and seniors at home to be taken care off. Had got my mother admitted at Kites HBR post discharge from Aster CMI after she had a stroke and was not sure how to give her the initial care at home which required physio and other medical attention. In September this year with the pandemic in the background, we needed professional medical assistance for my father (who was bravely fighting advanced Parkinson's disease). In this very tough time, Kites Senior Care came to our rescue. Ms. Aparna, who heads operations, along with the entire team went out of their way and provided tremendous support in admitting and looking after my father. Dr Ruhi guided us well and the Clinical Manager Mr Prasobh was a great help. For two months while my father was under care at Kites, the nursing staff showed lot of empathy and patience. He passed away November end - here too the team helped us like an extended family. We feel blessed that we had a team of empathetic, understanding and supportive people that helped us through this difficult and turbulent phase. I admitted my father for Palliative care at Kites, first of all my sincere thanks to each and every staff who took care of my father. All staff were very kind and caring and we felt he was in a safe place.l know what will happen to my father and the idea for us to put him there is to provide the right level of comfort and my father really liked it within first few days and continued for 40 days.

With all these postive comments, there were some scope for improvements like Staff not attending immediately when needed Food not served on time (not always). By the time it was received it would have dried and not fresh always. Food quality, occasionally I felt it was not up to the mark I feel patients vs staff ratio is not matching and may be the reason for delays on few instances
Overall I'm satisfied that I took the right decision to put my father there. Though the end for my father was not pleasant, the way he was taken care until he left us was satisfying Thanks again Kites team and wishing you all the very best

It was indeed a stroke of luck on our side that my wife took an immediate decision to engage KITES agency for help with her father due to loss of mobility from old age. We did not know how long he was going to be needing the service and were ready for a long haul. You stepped in and provided very timely guidance and help and expert medical supervision. It so happened that my wife’s father passed away 2 days later due to natural causes. This is where you folks stepped in with some extra-ordinary level of service. Your person Bhima Shankar took over control of the situation and helped provide all the necessary support in terms of nursing, doctor certificates, body-storage, ambulance service, cremation service etc. It was almost a seamless experience. We pretty much did not have to move a muscle. And his attitude throughout the situation was one of compassion, calmness and infinite patience. And on top of that, your Management’s constant follow-up and advice, and willingness to jump in for anything, really gave us a lot of confidence to handle the situation. A year ago, I had posted a review for Kites (see below) about the fantastic service they delivered to take care of my mother while she was living by herself at her home. I am now posting another review for the folks who are looking for services for their loved ones in Bangalore. Let me just say that Kites Senior Care may very well have saved my mother's life.while the whole world is battling with Covid-19, Bangalore being no exception, I was unable to come to Bangalore, and my mother had no help due to the lockdown, Kites helped move her to one of their care facilities in HBR layout. They took care of all the arrangements and made sure she was safely transferred to the facility. This was over 6 months ago and my mother is now doing great at this care center. I cannot thank folks like Anu George, Dr Reema Nadig, Dr. Kumudha and all the wonderful staff at the Kites facility enough for their commitment and dedication to seniors and their well being. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.you folks are the best! *************************************************************************** My family and I now live outside India and we are now more like “tourists” than citizens of India. I am certain this is not a unique situation in this day and age. And like many, I have an elder parent who lives in Bangalore. My mother, who is 82 years old lives on her own and enjoys her freedom and independence. And we do not have any family in Bangalore, and mom refuses to come live with us or move closer to where we have family. Of course, due her age, her well being is a big concern for us. We were struggling to figure out how to deal with such a situation, which is when I came across Kites Senior Care. In one of my trips to Bangalore, I visited their office and met with the councilors and staff. This was about a year ago. I must say, this is the best thing I did with respect to my mother’s care. The folks at Kites have been extremely helpful, and have provided help and assistance for my mother, which has given me great relief and peace of mind. They have helped schedule in-house doctor visits, nursing care, taken mom to hospital visits and tests. We are now working to provide mother with yoga and physio therapy classes through Kites. Kites has also been helping me locate suitable care facilities in case we need such a facility in the future. And the great thing is that Kites is like a “one stop shop” for all geriatric related needs. They are able to help and support us with anything related to mom’s health and care. All this is done with at most professionalism and a service mindset. I would like to specifically mention Anu Tom and Raj who have been nothing but patient while dealing with an overseas client and an elderly strong-minded lady. Terrible. I had taken my elderly mother there a few days ago and the level of disregard and rudeness shown was just shocking. I will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. This is NOT senior friendly at all I am really sorry to say.
We have been using Kites services for the second time now. We have had very good experiences both the times. Kites has been prompt in responding to our requirement of a home nurse and sent them immediately. We are happy with the nurses sent. They have been courteous and always doing their job with a bright smile. They take good care of my mother and I am really glad and relieved about that.
I used the services of Kites for a few months and found them very good! Having had experience with other agencies as well, I think they are among the best available. The home attender service is fairly good and reliable. The agency tries to meet your requirements in terms of language, patient needs etc to the best of their ability. What is outstanding, however, is their ability to reach out to caregivers of the elderly with genuine empathy and warmth. Every call that one makes is heard with care and the response is always as good as it is human. Their doctors too are very empathetic and understanding. Since they are attending to geriatric patients only, they reach out as much to the patient as to the care giver. My experience also showed how well they respond in an emergency. Though I have not attended their workshops, that seems to be another significant service that they are doing. On the whole, they are one of their kind, and providing a service which is increasingly becoming a need in our society.
