Verry convenient for people from outstation. Busstand is just 1 km. Verry best and tidy, spacious, rooms facility available.

The banquet hall was really very spacious and neat. The overall ambience was really very nice and very pleasant. All in all, it was a very good experience with them and we loved it.

Because I lost my hard earned Rs. 50,000 by cancelling the booked hall. And worst policy is not returning single penny. You will only experience when lose your money.

After Owner's response,

* Yes the manager said TnCs before booking; i didn't mention anything negative saying you misguided us.

* Nobody thinks of fixed wedding cancellation. It's a rare and unexpected things happens in life.

* I do understand your concern of blocking dates.

* Advance is something will be part of full amount not whole amount. Here in this case it was full amount for my bad. I felt it is not a good policy.

* I didn't mention you earn money easily by collecting from money plant.

* Whoever loses money by this policy will feel definitely. You lose Rs 50000 by not using 1% of service. Will give experience of pain.

I requested the manager to return some amount on courtesy. They said it's not in their hand. I asked the owners contact number so that I can talk to them personally. But they mercilessly said Owner's are staying abroad you cannot talk to them.

By the by this happened in 2017. Everytime I come chintamani chelur circle. I recall this.

Remember Advance is just a assurance. Not full settlement. But your policy is yours. It was my bad luck.

I'm educated and well knowledged as u said all kalyana mantapas take advance 10 or 20 k not full money.

And my duty is not to give single star for all places i go. My review is my right to give my opinion.

It’s a spacious function hall (250-300 people capacity) with ample parking space. Located at a walkable distance from KSRTC bus stop. Function hall is located in the ground floor while the dining hall in the first floor. Dining hall is also spacious. Lodge facility with 20 rooms is also available next to the function hall in the same premises. Lodge and function hall are interconnected for the guests to enter/exit the function hall.
