Worst worst worst experience in my life I seen. A/C is not at all working. Waste. There is no customer support. I'm called n numbers of time, even though they are not responding. I booked the A/C bus but it is like a oven. I informed the driver, he was told to me A/C have a some issue, I was already informed to the management. Like this driver told to me. Worst Experience. We have a serious grievance to complain about the most recent experience of my wife and myself who are 71 and 65 years old senior citizens, who had to travel from Bangalore, Karnataka, to Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, on September 9th at 9 AM IST. The pickup location was Madiwala police station. Instead of picking them up from there, they were made to cross over the silk board bridge with heavy luggage by walking up the flyover and when nearing the bus, He again drove again down and said to come down the flyover, which was very tiresome! The bus driver who drove at that time did not apologize nor show any remorse in his responses; instead, he led a bad attitude that we did not show up on time, but this driver missed the stop at the agreed upon bus stop at Madiwala police station. Will that bus driver be treated the same as his parents? What if he does this again or must have done it in the past for others who are disabled or senior citizens or have smaller kids! Please make that bus driver realize his bad attitude and be more responsible! Please train your staff to show empathy towards the passengers, as we are not boarding for free; we pay for the tickets and expect to be treated with respect!
On 25th jan night we went to madurai. We had a fully comfortable journey with safe driving by both the drivers. One passenger left his cell phone in the bus and the kalaimahal staff took it safely and the driver guided the passenger with full details to get the phone. Very good service by drivers and assistant staff. Please keep it up.
On 29th june 2023 we traveled from Bengaluru electronic city to madurai and returned on 1st July 2023 night from madurai to electronic city Bengaluru.as usual we had comfortable and safe journey. Bus was neat, clean and well maintained. For rest and snacks Bus was stopped in a neat and clean place where good snacks, tea, coffee available and rest room was neat and clean. Request KMRL KALAIMAKAL management to keep it up.
First time I travelled to Chennai by bus, Kmrl bus staff is good and good driving, but the improvement required to check the passengers at their seats /Sleeper before they move from the place after washroom break/stop, passengers should not run behind bus or Panic due to fear of they may miss the bus, we expect Little customer care, Thanks!
Worst service. For pickup. Was waiting at the boarding point for more than 15 mins no bus came. No calls from driver (Mr Mahesh) were also made. When I called, he says bus had left. How come they leave without verifying if one supposed to board hasnt boarded yet. All the more, unruly behaviour of the driver as he was shouting when I called him.

On 13th sep. 2022, night I travelled from Bengaluru E-City to Madurai. After hosur bus was stopped for rest to passengers in a neat and clean place where good and clean rest rooms available and quality snacks and food was available. During the entire journey I observed that the driver took much care while crossing speed brakers.he ensured that while crossing the speed brakers there is no discomfort to the passengers. It was so smooth. Appreciate the driver's patience and for maintaining the punctuality with safe travel. Thanks to driver, assistant captain and KMRL kalaimakal Management. Request KMRL Kalaimakal management to keep it up and maintain the best standard and to provide the safest travel to passengers ALWAYS. On 19.09.2022 night, I traveled from madurai to Bengaluru E-City. Well maintained, neat and clean bus. Bus has both sleeper and semi-sleeper classes. This time I traveled in semi-sleeper class [Comfortable] provided with screen also.please keep it up.
On 01.11.2022 night [10.50 pm bus] I travelled from E-City Bengaluru to pallavaram chennai. As usual, I had a pleasant, fully comfortable and safe journey.thanks to bus captain [nice driving] and support staff. Well maintained neat and clean bus. [Air suspension GOOD].
Very Bad service do not use this Bus, We traveled from Chennai to Bangalore, they started the bus without proper AC and it was in the slowest possible AC they could give in the heat of 38 Degree Cent climate, the AC increase and extremely cold while about to reach Bangalore. We were 4 of us with an infant, horrible experience, got toasted like in Oven.
Very bad behavior or the conductor, no proper response, rude and rowdy type.
Worst service. Unprofessional behaviour and rude behaviour by one of the driver and cleaner. 12 AM bus started at Kalasipalayam and they are stopping at krishnagiri for a hotel at 4 PM. And we know how much time they will stop and what will the quality of the hotel they stop. We were totally 5 people travelling with 4 month old baby and 6 year old boy. They responded that they will stop as per their management only we should not question. In order to save time and to take of care kid, we had that late lunch and brought parcel to ladies at bus. For that cleaner said harshly eat food properly. Are we not having any commonsense or something, kid is also in same berth. Nothing in their mind, no sorry for stopping late for lunch and talking rudely to ladies also. Actually I could have given a police complaint for way one of their driver behaved and literally it could have been ended up as real fight, if I have travelled alone. Family with small kids was there. Its last time I will book this idiotic travels and I would recommend everyone not to book their bus in Bangalore to Madurai and Bangalore to Chennai route.
Travel date: 28-05-2022, Bangalore to Chennai 12.05 PM bus. Driver (second driver) is Tall and bit fair in complexion. Cleaner was wearing red shirt.
I booked 3 tickets. But due to some reason one member didn't came. I asked for cancellation. Dey told u r not supposed to cancel single ticket in bulk booking. Dey didn't refunded any money. Still driver didn't ask any permission and he was occupying the full seat.
I was traveling Bangalore to Madurai and the very next day Madurai to Bangalore I had an pleasant journey! Bus driver and staff giving respect to the customers well maintenance and very clean.
One of the best buses I ve travelled so far. Very comfortable seats and the sleeper berth got decent separator. Believe it or not it's more like flight with charging port.
I had an very pleasant journey from Chennai to Bangalore.the Bus is very neat and clean they follow all the protocols due to Covid. I missed my hand bag in the bus. KMRL manager called and informed me they found my bag and told to collect my bag at their bangalore office.
Today I was traveling from Chennai to hosur timing 2pm bus. Covid 19 safety precautions where not there thermal check and hand sanitizer is also not available and bus was very slow heaven TNSTC also overtaken. Very bad experience. Pls take covid 19 precautions it's very important. In this bus aged people also travelled so owner take necessary steps

Thanks for such personal care, I've taken so many trips, but this is the first time any bus operator personally contacted me and seeking for area of improvement, which clearly shows how much you are customer focused right now. Just boarded into the bus.awesome service and maintanence. Can you even imagine a bus to reach on time in Bangalore? That too on peak days. I promise these people will do it.
