Booked ticket through redbus, never faced any issue. They usually call 30 mins before departure. It is a really comfortable ride, they also provide blankets. Please have food before the departure.

Amazing experience with kohinoor they are giving excellent service to passengers they are giving bedsheets also they should add pelow and water bottle and small snacks it will healp of passengers

It is travel agency has services mainly from Bengaluru to Kasaragod district (Nileshwaram), Manipal and many routes. Normal service. Staffs are not so friendly.

No charging power points in bus.and price is too high on travelling.
Basic amenities like charging power points are must.otherwise it will be difficult

I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had during my recent trip from Bengaluru to Nileshwar on one of your buses. At the time of departure, I politely asked your driver about the estimated time of arrival, but was met with a rude and arrogant response. He instructed me to board the bus first before providing any information.

Later, during the journey, the bus made a stop, and I requested the helper boy to allow me to use the restroom. Unfortunately, his response was also quite rude and dismissive, leaving me feeling quite disheartened.

Moreover, due to the driver's reckless driving, it was impossible for us to get any rest on the journey. As we were seated in the back, it was the driver's responsibility to ensure that the ride was comfortable, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The overall experience was quite hectic and unpleasant due to the behavior of your employees.

I hope you can address this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that your customers have a more positive experience in the future.

10+ years trusted travel provider for Kasargod district. Best part is that there isn't any price hike during seasonal time unlike other travel providers including KSRTC, Kallada etc where they run to mint money. Keep going.

Bus service is excellent.
But the bus stops at small hotels where the toilet facilities are very bad. Example.the one at Sampaje near Sullya while coming from Kasaragod.
Management please take proper steps.

I sent my scooter from Bangalore to Kasaragod without any headache. I sent in porter and staff at the office helped in off loading from the pickup rikshaw.

The bus was filled with bed bugs had worst experience and the was no power to charge the phone and bus was delay to kasargod while returning the bus driver didn't stop at a good hotel.where they was no proper food when we asking him he was so careless to respond much disappointed suggest ppl not to travel by this. Travel was from Bangalore to kasargod and kasargod to Bangalore. They was a friend suggested it,
but I don't suggest any one to travel by this

Bad experience ever. Wanted to go for an nature call but the person not responded after several request. Just explain what's use spending money and travelling in your bus paying the similar fare and no response from your person's. Did all possibilities to alet them.they were like least bordered did even respond my all kind of intimation. Very bad experience.

Since 2010 I have been travelling with Kohinoor Travels, initially they hade only two buses to Bangalore, one sleeper bus (starts from Kanhangad) and one semi sleeper from Kasaragod, Now the number of bus have been increased, AC bus service is also available. Till all this years i had a good experience with this travels, friendly staffs, economical fair. More over this is the only travel agency operating from Nileshwar/Kanhangad & Kasaragod to Bangalore.

I liked the staff, very friendly. I liked the bus. But there were problems. They called me on the wrong number, and there was also misinformation about the time of arrival. When I callen by first number (it was in my ticket) they said at 6.30 the bus will arrive, by the other number they told at 5.15.
The most unpleasant thing was that the bus did not change sheets, blankets and pillowcases. I had a sheet with blood stains. I drove from Udupi to Kollam and same day back to Udupi. So for the next night, by chance I had the same place and the same sheet with blood stains. In the morning, when I reached Udupi the staff did not change the bed, but simply covered the same sheets and blankets. That is, you must understand that you will be touching the face and skin of the body of the bedding maybe 100 people slept before you with unknown skin diseases, energy etc. I believe that bedding should always be fresh and after washing for each new passenger. And I think this is not the problem of the staff, but the director of Kohinoor Travels, who saves money on the health of passengers, putting them at risk of illness. It’s good that I took a pillowcase from home with me, otherwise I couldn’t sleep in that bed.

They provide direct bus service to kasaragod and kanhangad. They have introduced ac bus service to kasaragod. Had travelled to and fro to kasaragod. Overall a nice experience.

A small office with no parking and toilet facilities. Reach there only on time because they have no provision of waiting rooms. But buses are good.

Bus services to Kasaragod and Kanhangad from Bangalore and forth. Good service with punctual on timing and good staff behaviour and cheaper.

My favourite travels.when I think of my hometown Its only Safar. Regular to this bus journey from ten years. Its time that few of their buses can be revamped.
