The product is very good. However be ready to spend more time than you think, it's not a smooth process in my opinion. But the employees are easy to approach and help you!

Good Place work is fast, but very unhelpful staff, you have to run around yourself inside from start to end even for billing you should go to their boss first and stand in line to get the quotation and then proceed to accounts for billing, felt like govt offices.

It's a amazing place for printing and they are providing the same. But their attitude was horrible. I came there for few print outs and I got the prints with machine oil. Then they asked me to come on next day morning, but I just called to confirm the same on nextday morning. But the way of conversation wasn't professional. The concern person said, I'm busy call me back. Later it end with verbal argument. Such a bad experience I had.

The workers are extremely disrespectful and have no respect for your time. We spent 6 hours waiting for regular colour prints on A4 paperswhich needed no adjustments. The men made misogynistic comments against us (we were a group of college girls) and didn't even start on our prints for hours until one of us called a parent whose company has ties with the place. After asking for the price repeatedly and them not telling us, they printed our work on 170gsm paper after we SPECIFICALLY asked for 130gsm, then had the audacity to total the bill to 26,000 rs. We fought with them, we're students who didn't have that much money in our bank accounts. We left our prints and walked out empty handed after a day of waiting. They knew we were students and tried to scam us. Terrible service, scammy work ethic, the most unprofessional.
