Had great expectations since we just got back from Korea. Not impressed. Looks like a very old place and hardly anything there. But giving 2 stars only because they did have a few things which i did have in a Korea and liked
Disgustingly dirty place. You will get more Korean products in places like foodhall and ratnadeep than here. And the entire place smells of rotten fish market.
They have very less products, but amazing products! Really loved their Ice pencils! The chocolate flavor and the grape one is just bomb! Thank you so much for making Bangalore people taste the wonders of Seoul.
Located in a by lane below Arirang restaurant, can be easily missed from main road. They have some interesting stuff not available elsewhere. Not everything is on display. I wanted a few items but didn’t find them on the shelf, when I asked the staff, they went and got me from inside. Mostly food items are available with a handful of costmetics/creams. I wish they stock toiletries, scrubs, etc.
There are many interesting Korean items in here. But much of it might not be used by a majority of Indians, like beef powder. Therefore, the place is for Korean food and cosmetics connoisseurs only. The store is a small one, with limited inventory, but you'll find most of what you'd like to try. If you don't understand what something is, ask the shop owner - he's helpful and will explain stuff to you. The store is a bit difficult to find right away because it's in a nook in an alley to the left of the main road. Keep an eye out for Korean script: I've posted a pic of how it looks from the road.
You would get your traditional k-drama items - a variety of ramen noodles, tteok, drinks, kimchi, corndogs, ice pops/ ice creams. The general variety is okay, but the stock is usually limited.
Absolutely loved the place. Must go for people who enjoy Korean food. Bought a pack of frozen dumplings, along with many other things. Very excited to try the dumplings out!
Very kind owners! Shared recipe for one of the items since I'd eaten ur b4, but didn't know how to cook the same. The food upstairs at the restaurant is pretty great too
Basic korean items needed for dishes are available. Also you can find fresh tteokbokki, tofu, kimchi and frozen dumplings. A must visit if you want to try cooking korean dishes at home.
Many items from Korea are available here.as all items must be imported, prices are quite high.but reasonable. Staff are nice people as they can communicate in English well. Good experience. Rameyon is also available.
