The service provided by Zaid was excellent and professional from start to finish; went above and beyond my expectations, showing me different outfits and helping with all my requirements. As well it won't be possible with the amazing service by Gulzar made me find my "perfect fit" for my wedding. Her advice on dresses based on my personality was excellent. This is one amazing shop which has dresses (gowns, lehengas, sarees and salwar suits) so beautiful and elegant. Highly recommend to visit this shop for party wear or wedding dresses. They had some very good designs among which i was satisfied. I m not a person who has lot of patience to search 100 stores and 1000 sarees to select 1. If the seller shows me 5 sarees and i didn't like then for sure i m not interested there. In koskii the staff showed me 5 and all were good. But no discount at all. That's why a 4 star. Rest everything was good.
Good collection, prices are nominal too, starting from 15K to 50k for bridal lehenga nd party wear starts from 4k. Love their collections, staff are good too
I had a very pleasant experience with the team. I had ordered a sharara online and this was supposed to be a gift for my mum however, when I received the package I realised the size was much smaller than what I had ordered for (runs a size small) so I had contacted their customer care however, I couldn’t reach them as they weren’t available on the weekends but then I got in touch with the manager directly who them helped me get a replacement on the same day and he had also asked for a gift packaging (my mum was super happy) the packaging was great and what stood out for me was how they tend to their customers needs and btw this was my 3rd outfit from the store! Amazing service, would definitely recommend Koskii even a hundred times! Special thanks to Mr. Sachin to have created a wonderful shopping experience for me.

The sales people are extremely impatient and quite rude. They made my experience at Koskii a tad bitter. Koskii at other locations such as Phoenix mall has better staff who are well behaved with their customers.
Bad tailoring, pathetic customer experience, mediocre quality clothing.
I visited this store in oct 2019. They sell fancy yet mediocre quality clothing at reasonable price. First purchase was a raw silk anarkali gown with phulkari duppata and paper thin namesake legging. Had a bit of alteration - adding an extra stitch without altering the body measurements which they were able to manage to get it right in fourth attempt.
Fast forward to Jan 2020, I visited the commercial store next to eastern stores. Collection was pretty good with reasonable price as quality was compromised! I ended up buying two lehengas. I suggested few changes with stitches for the ill fit choli, but ranjitha (style expert) mentioned to remove cups. Even the tailor sounded confident. I trusted them and next day when I returned to pick the blouse - it was a disaster! After waiting for two hours, I finally got to try my blouse. Due to poor stitching and lack of tailoring experience, spent the next two difficult hours explaining my problem but they clearly had no experience in understanding the root cause as what is causing the bad fit! Finally, the issue was discussed with store manager (Zaheer/Zakir). Explained the entire story patiently and was looking forward to a positive customer service experience, but they tossed it without resolving the grievance!
Overall, it was an exhaustive and complete waste of money experience!

However the collection is, few of sales people are rude and will make u feel 'I don't care u want to buy or not '. Big showroom doesn't mean u will forget how to behave.
They have over 8 stores in Bangalore itself and one stop shop for all the bridal shopping. They have ranges starting from 4 k up to a lakh with ever so courteous staff. However all the koskis have diffrent stock.if you like one thing at one store and you hope to pick it up at some other place then you will be really disappointed as they don't have the same collection in there other branches. But the lehnga and other bridal stuff that they have is unparalleled to any other store here. I had a birth indian Delhi girl with the experience of Chandni chowk and other bridal shop paradise vouch for this place. So for any big fat Indian wedding bridal shopping you can visit this place.
They are not doing good work for lehenga stiching. Charging too high and finishing is too bad. Not even bothering about customer after u r done wd payment. They have fashion designer but they dnt even know how to do stiching of a simple lehenga. It's better do outside. Price is too high for everything. Be careful before buying and giving for stiching of it dress. Their designers are not at all any of use. Very disappointing. Dnt buy from here.fake brand wd very bad service. Best place to shop for bridal collection. No comparison between other places in Bangalore. Staff is helpful and they try to understand your requirements and then accordingly they will show the stuffs. Kiski means girl and they do suffice that by keeping a huge collection for girls collection Shopped for 3-4 friends marriages from here. Little bit of costly but you will get good material in trade of that.
Bought my wedding reception lehengas from Koski. They have a lovely collection and great staff. It can get chaotic over weekends. Best recommended to visit on weekdays for a relaxed shopping.
Please do not enter here. Worst people (staffs) I have ever met. They are least responsible. The tailoring /alteration takes so much time. They disrespect customers.
