Kosmoderma has been my go-to place for anything related to skin and hair. Dr. Pooja and her team have been consistent contributors to my skin care journey! Special mention to Ms. Renuka from the team here who has done by Oxybrite (thrice) and Celebrity Photo Facial (once). She’s so considerate and always pays attention to details to make me comfortable. Must visit place and definitely a great place for treatments!

I heartily thank Renuka for helping me with a medifacial. She is very nice and friendly. There is lot of improvement in my skin condition with her treatment. Doctor Anupriya was brilliant too, she listens to all your queries and treats accordingly. Overall an impeccable experience.

Very manipulative abt the refund policy and not transparent when they get you signed up for the packages which ended up making my skin even more sensitive

I recently underwent a procedure to correct my hairline. Dr Ranjitha and Dr Sushma were attentive, knowledgeable and knew their skill well. The clinic is reasonably priced. Well the good story ends there, the management of clinic with excellent specialists is chaotic to say the least.
They weren’t prepared on the day of procedure wasting an entire day passing on the blame from one branch to other and the procedure had to be postponed to next day (they compensated for the mess by offering extra sessions upon requesting).

They managed to find a third party technician to assist the doctor with the procedure which was scary but we had no choice but to go for it.

After care was terrible with instructions written on a price of paper. The clinic has heart in right place, just needs more discipline and a bit more tech automation specially they are located in heart of silicon valley -Bengaluru.

I hope the founder takes note of this and makes necessary changes for their own good.
Giving 4 stars since there is no option for 3.5 stars and as a matter of gratitude, also other clinics were dodgy and unethical compared to these guys.

I'm currently getting a 3-session skin treatment and my experience has been great. The treatments are recommended by Dr. Sneha who knows the best procedures for my skin condition. The procedures done by Ms. Razia are excellent. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed before starting the treatment session. She is personable and her calm demeanor instantly makes you feel at ease. Moreover she is knowledgeable and explained each procedure thoroughly. Thanks Razia!

What an unfortunate waste of money this place turned out to be. They insist on buying their own brand of overpriced, quality suspect supplements / hair serum. When there’s so many efficacy proven brands why this? They insist on lab work from central lab, which no other Dr in Bangalore will look at for results.
They have targets and the focus is to upsell. Go for PRP for hair and Dr P will scare you into believing you have bad skin and you need B12 shots, some random hydra facial and glutathione.
Dr P is in a hurry so didn’t allow the time for the anaesthetic to work, she started PRP and it was painful.
They also have an excellent female nurse who took 25 mins to find a vein and draw blood. She then administered B12 and gluta through IV causing the arm to swell.
I ditched the procedure half way never to return again. I now get my PRP at a proper hospital (Columbia Asia) that doesn’t have targets for pedicures and laser.

I have started my treatment in Kosmoderma recently so yet to see results. But here I must give my reviews about doctor Anupriya she is the one because of whom I am going to Kosmoderma and confident about getting positive results. Doc Anupriya is a very sweet person so much patience she has she keeps answering all my queries and make me feel confident as my skin is very sensitive so I am skeptical about many treatments. Also the staff there is also v nice and courteous.

My experience of laser treatment here is not good. I took 3 sittings here and the growth on chin has drastically increased as compared to before taking hair laser treatment. I am not satisfied with the pre laser procedure as well. Before laser your skill should be properly cleaned. They don’t clean it with patience and leave some hair on skin which increases the risk of skin burn during hair removal procedure. I feel it to be costly too.

I had a wonderful experience at Kosmoderma.

I have taken all of my treatments under the consultation of Dr Ranjitha. She was extremely approachable and answered all of my concerns and queries. She suggested the best kind of treatments after a thorough check up. She was extremely friendly and even checked with me after the treatment to know my results and how I was feeling. I am extremely grateful that she contacted me when a particular treatment that I enquired was available and she made sure that I am doing okay throughout the treatment. I am greatly satisfied with the results after my treatment and I thank Dr. Ranjitha for this.

She has great knowledge and provides genuine advice/ recommendations. She is the kind of Doctor with whom you can directly talk about budget friendly products. I have been following the advice provided by her and I feel great with the results.

Overall I recommend to give this clinic a try and I'm sure the results will be satisfactory.

I started my lazer hair removal treatment with Kosmoderma since 2020. I can clearly see great results over few sessions. My hair growth has considerably slowed down. A word of consideration, please make sure to stick to a trained and constant professional for the sessions since they know your specific skin conditions over sessions. My first session didn't go well as it left me burnt scares, I believe she was a trainee. But since then Mrs. Renuka took care of my sessions as I have dry and sensitive skin. She has been very cordial, considerate of my comfort, and understanding of my skin sensitivity. I would recommend to get a test session done if you want to be sure of your response to the lazer shots since it's little more prickly for darker skin or may have a burning sensation. So if you are looking for a good lazer treatment clinic then can definitely go for Kosmoderma.

Kosmoderma lavelle road branch is the best. I am getting treated by Dr Parnitha and she is the best dermatologists I have come across. She patiently listen to all our concerns and gives a detailed plan. This has helped me a lot with my acne. I am so excited to continue my further treatments. Few of my extraction procedure were done by victor and he also does an amazing job. Dr pooja is also very friendly and makes sure that our experience in kosmoderma is smooth. ALso, the entire staff of kosmoderma is very friendly.

Current update:
Renuka is one of the best therapists I have come across. She treats her patients with warmth and observes skin carefully before starting the treatment. I would say she definitely has magic in her hands. My skin has been doing really great from the time I have taken peel off session from her. Looking forward for many more sessions with Renukua) :)

Also, my dermatologist is Dr Pooja. She is wonderful too. She is very concerned about her patients, patiently listens to all my queries and suggests the best skin care routine. (I never thought I can use anything apart from boring acne creams) I am looking forward for my future sessions with Dr pooja as I am now sure that I am in safe and best hands.

My feedback about the clinic is that they do not have qualified and experience doctors for dermatologist treatments. In some cases where some reaction of any treatment has accrue then they do not know how to handle it.they just refuse to treat you.

I had to best experience with Renuka. I came to Kosmoderma for my full body laser. And I saw the results only within two seatings. Infact during my third session they had to ask me to come back later because I hardly had hair growth. Thank you Renuka for doing such an incredible job. I highly recommend going only to Kosmoderma if you are looking for painless laser treatment

1) their services never start on time.what’s the point of giving an appointment
2) the therapist who did my laser, was very harsh with the razor. I had marks and cuts that took more than a month to heal
3) the general attitude of the staff even when they are at fault is irksome.
4 I went to Kosmoderma as it’s location was next to my place.but with their inept services, I d rather commute 30 mins than sit there for 1 hour.

I got 8 mobilisers of cool sculpting done on abdomen in September 2021 and fast forward seven months i have seen no results. When i contacted dr. Vaishali she started giving useless answers (trying to cover their shortcomings, trying hard not to lose credibility) such as i got nice cuts around abdomen and what not but this is not why i spent money. I was promised a flat tummy but that did not happen. Basically cool sculpting is being marketed by saying USA Fda approved and proven results whereas let me shed light on this. Usa fda is amongst the most useless medical certifications on earth. Pharma companies manipulate data and get their products certified by usa fda. Cool sculpting company says that with this method it freezes fat cells and those fat cells which have died (after being frozen) are released through urine. This claim is baseless and big lie. Guys please understand fat contains oil and oil can never be released through urine, instead those fat cells get stuck to the area wherever treatment was performed (in my case abdomen) staying inside the body for life thereby harming liver. I have met people who got several sessions of cool sculpting done and got no result. Yet another marketing product to dupe innocent people.
Lastly, if you still do not believe in me, please consult any plastic surgeon OF YOUR CHOICE before going ahead with coolsculpting

I have had the worst experience giving my face to dr PARINITHA.first of all she dont deserve to be called dr.i went for a simple undere eye issue she confused me and convinced me to do 6 syringes of filler.she is so MANIPULATIVE.she completely spoilt my face.months later in australia i found a dr who dissolved all my filler and reinjected me.he pointed out that i had been unnecessarily pumped volume and i did not need that much filler as i had a full face already. THIS DR IS SO MONEY MINDED and has ZERO SKILL in her injection or proper training.just want to talk the talk and show off.disgusting

Good result on LHR. Good equipment and great staff. Special mention to my therapist Ms Renuka who ensures thinks work easy during sessions.

There is always shortage of staff. You can't rely on them if you have any functions and you need the treatment to be done before that as they keep postponing the sessions. This will not be told when you pay the amount. While paying they have all the facilities to make it look easy and smooth for you. So if you have any functions which depends on the treatment, then this is not the place.

Good experience at Kosmoderma, happy with the results of my LHR treatment by Dr. Parinita.the staff is polite and amicable too.the therapist, Ms. Renuka is neat as ever at what she does.she is professional as well as pleasant, kind and empathetic which brings a sense of comfort.

Would never recommend Kosmoderma for any services, the doctors advise a course of treatment and don't follow it, went for a skin allergy reaction and left with scars on the face, the Doctor blamed the staff who did it and tried covering up by trying to offer free treatment.
Highly disappointed, Kosmoderma has left me with marks that I have never had.
Would never recommend to go there as they don't have proper doctors and staff.

I am very disappointed with my service with Kosmaderma. I had a wedding function to attend, and a few days before came to Kosmaderma LAVELLE Road for a black peel (face treatment) since my acne was worsening. Being a beginner / not familiar with such treatments, I expected Kosmaderma to Guide me.

(1) “Doctor” said in 2 days, peel effects would wear off; I could do the treatment then attend the function. 5 days later, my face is STILL PEELING. When I consulted with a proper medical-degree dermatologist, she said black peels ALWAYS require 7 DAY DOWNTIME. She was shocked they let me go ahead with the treatment when they knew my function date.
(2) “Doctor” told me I could wear makeup in 2 days. Proper medical-degree dermatologist told me the black peel is quite strong and bacteria from makeup is a non trivial risk

Clearly:
(1) KOSMADERMA PROFIT >> CLIENT HEALTH
(2) Their “doctors” — do they even hold proper medical dermatology degrees?

Will never be coming here again and warning ALL about this! Avoid chains - go to a proper medical doctor dermatologist!

I had a consultation for Lower face hair reduction with Dr. Pooja and I am very happy with the results. The management at the centre is also very friendly and caters to your needs. Would definately recommend the place.

I've been consulting with Dr. Chytra for a year now for severe cystic acne due to PCOS which broke out during lockdown. She and Dr. Pooja laid down a detailed plan of action and addressed all my apprehensions regarding the process. They made it very clear what to expect and what kind of recovery timeframe I'm looking at. With a combination of peels and medication, I could slowly but surely see improvement in my skin. After a year, my acne has disappeared and I'm left with very faint scarring which can hardly be seen. Throughout this process, both Dr. Pooja and Dr. Chytra have been available and quickly respond to all queries (even my panicky midnight e-mails). A special mention to Renuka who has handled all my treatments. She will always make you feel comfortable and does a brilliant job.

Note: The clinic is mostly always crowded (for good reason) so make sure you have time to wait your turn. The front desk always seem to mess up my appointment time and dates so make sure you cross check when booking.

I got my lazer hair removal treatment done from Kosmoderma and they do a excellent Job. I was taken care By Renuka and she is very good at what she does and very concerned about how you feel during the treatment and takes care of you very well throughout the treatment. In the recent times, I had major pigmentation and dark spots on my skin, probably due to sitting in front of my laptop/monitor for long duration and not applying regular sunscreen, I was terrified and my family was also terrified to see the kind of dark spots and pigmentation, so I was already aware of kosmoderma clinic and I met Dr Parineeta, initially I was bit shaky, whether if I have taken right decision to spend so much of money and getting treated, but then she turns out to be my life saver, thanking would be a small word for her, she is simply amazing in explaining the problem in detail and how it causes, how this can fixed etc, I've seen improvement in my skin getting back to normal, also I would like to thank Unr Dr Maria, for her continous assistance in treating my skin, I still have couple of sessions though, but I would strongly recommend everyone to visit Kosmoderma clinic for any type of skin, hair issues and especially meet up Dr Parineeta for appointments. Hi I’ve been going to Kosmoderma for a year now and I can see a big difference in my skin. In the first couple of months of visiting Kosmoderma I could see their treatment addressing my skin issues such as pigmentation, dryness and scars. Dr Pooja Jain is an exceptional cosmetologist, her experience in the field is evident from the very first day, after a quick assessment Dr Pooja knew exactly what my skin required.

Dr Pooja suggested a few peels that will help with my pigmentation and dryness, as well as other treatments that in the long run will me help maintain and improve my skin. Apart from that Dr Pooja was extremely helpful by taking time to provide me with some useful tips to maintain my skin. Kosmoderma is a fabulous and holistic centre for skin and hair, am a client of kosmoderma Lavelle road branch Bangalore. I have got good skin results in a short span of time with non invasive treatment, thanks to dr pooja for keeping my skin shine all through the day. On the whole kosmoderma is a holistic care- body, mind and spirit and once again thanks to kosmoderma team.keeping rocking dr. Pooja n team.

Had a pleasant experience getting my hydro facial treatment done by Ms Ruth. She was extremely gentle and took a good amount of time to hydrate my dry skin. Liked her service.

They are the most unprofessional dermatological setup in Bangalore. Each time an appointment is scheduled they find a way to cut it short. When the appointment is booked they say nothing but very close to the appointment they come up with reasons like machine service or meetings to cut short treatment durations. There is no commitment or respect to the client as they will schedule a meeting or a machine service on the same day as your appointment without hesitation.

When they took the payment for the entire set of appointments in the beginning they were responsive but now as more and more appointments are done they are rude, disrespectful and ignorant.

Please do not prepay to this untrustworthy setup unless you want to pay to get mistreated and disrespected.
