KOTS Quatre

I stayed in Kots Quatre for 11 months during 2021-2022. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this serviced apartment. The premises is very clean and tidy, and maintained regularly. The caretaker is an amazing person and helps with all the requests. Located in a gated community, this is one of the best places to reside in Whitefield and is totally safe and secure. Special thanks to Vijeth and team for setting up this amazing property! I highly recommend this space!

It's been few days only and we are facing so many issues.
Sadly no accountability to resolve same. Will be leaving soon.

Incompatible management.
Will create a headache as instead of providing resolution, just keep on repeating same stuff.

Such a bad management.instead of confirming issue and solving it. Mr. Bhignesh was putting pressure on call infront of me, on care taker to not accept certain thing.such an arrogant person in upper management.

Finally a great apartment to call home. If you work around ITPL/Whitefield/hoodi or study in MVJ college.do check them out. Super spacious well furnished homes with a smart TV, double door fridge, induction stove, microwave, chimney, built in wardrobes, dinning table, bed with mattress and pillows. The apartment is WiFi ready for the WFH requirement. There is also a nice terrace Garden and 24/7 power back with security and cctv for safety.

A unique offering in this area. Furnished like a home. Do check them out. Large and spacious 1bhk units. Great team. Move in with your bags.and you are good to go
