Very rude behavior
Doesn't know to talk to the client and asking me to go to others centers and criticizing about others ayurvedic spas. Telling that others will use the same oil again n again to the clients, hopeless experience

They are not able to provide medicines as recommended by the doctor. Then why are you opening outlets everywhere no use Avoid this place

This is an authentic ayurvedic center provides consultstion and not merely massage center, as some of the viewers might have got confused?
Yes the massage is also there with prior appointment. The masseauer do the conventional Keralam style massage.
A real genuine place as compared to the massage spas and parlors mushroomed around the city otherwise.
Prices are reasonable and worth.

I called them to know about their detoxfication and panchakarma program. The guy on call didnt respond well, He was rude and he cut the call too. I was not able to get any information from him. If they are so rude over phone call what kind of services we can expect from them? Highly irresponsible attitude. They didn't need clients at all i felt from his behaviour

This is just an authorised dealer of Kottakkal medicines, don't go for any sort ofmassage treatment there.i had very bad experience with them in massage treament. When i contacted Kottakkal head office to complaint, they said BTM centre is just dealer for their medicines. If anyone need any sort of massage treatment please contact Jayanagar branch (Only one Kottakkal direct treatment centre in Bangalore), as it's health matters.

Person who picks up the phone cant speak any of the languages properly, cant even answer simplest queries, listens and disconnects the call.

I had been here for the treatment of my leg. When I played football my leg got twisted and swollen. I was unable to walk. They took care of it well. I was able to walk properly with in 3 days. Unlike many other Ayurveda clinic, it’s very neat and clean.

One of those authentic Ayurveda clinics where you get expert advice, great consultation and genuine medicines, and this combination is such a rarity these days. I believe what a patient requires first of all is keen ears and attention to details from the doctor and then of course next comes clinical treatment or medicines. Dr. Lekha is kind and compassionate to follow this philosophy and process to the core. Her thorough attention is the reason why my so called chronic sinus is now almost completely healed. I specifically recommend this centre and this doctor to everyone.

Horrible place! Went in to relax on a Monday and landed up feeling so irritated, cheated and angry. It was highly recommended and I booked an appointment at 11.30. The whole massage was a horrible experience. My heart rate went high because they kept rubbing my skin instead of ayurvedic abhyanga strokes. The only thing they did right apply oil. The whole place was unhygienic. I was asked to enter the steam box and it was a horror. I had cockroaches creeping up my naked body. So they cancelled steam and they sent me to to bathe. They give me a stinky bathroom, used soap and a water tub filled with cob webs. Masaage got over even before scheduled time. In 35mins or so. When I spoke to the management they didn't even apologise. Instead they say next time they will take care of it and they charge me Rs. 1000 instead of RS. 1250.
What felt worse was they were laughing around none of them even offered an apology. This feels very bad and cheated. I strongly believe that an ayurvedic spa should be relaxing, hygeinic and they have to be hospitable. This was anything but this.
