Kottayam Kerala Seafood Restaurant

Food is good. But their service is not good. Amount is took high, like a 5 star hotel. For one person it will be minimum 400-500 rs. This is too much. There is no menu for looking for price. They giving their own price. It's not a right thing

They charge higher than 5 star hotels. Even 1 class of black tea costs 60 ruppees. Also customers need to pay service charge of 140 extra beyond gst.

The food was really good and even the staff's are kind.must visit Rubesh is one of the staff Really kind and helpful.

One of the best Kerala food you will get in Bangalore. Coconut pudding is a must try. Place is clean, service is prompt. Staff’s behaviour is really good.

It was an awesome experience dining with Kottayam, Joe was so helpful and pleasant, which made even good experience.

Most scrumptious authentic kerala meals, I have had in the recent times reminds me of home!

I tried korramenu pollichetti and appan it's really great best fish fry i ever tasted and coconut pudding it put my taste buds and myself flying in the air i didn't loose the taste of it till 1-2 hours in my mouth must try place

The staff is very pleasant and thoughtful. Excellent service. Excellent authentic Kerala food. This is my second time here. I will always think of this place when I feel like having Kerala food in Bangalore.
Special mention to Sunil.

The mutton roast masala base was outstanding. Unfortunately, the mutton was under-cooked. I shared this feedback with the restaurant owner who passed it on to the chef. If the mutton pieces are tender, the entire dish would have been mind blowing.

BIG SCAM.
They have placed ads of 99 Rs kerala meals unlimited rice bla bla everywhere. But if you go inside the meals itself cost 345 rs. Average taste and even if you go any normal kerala restaurant you will get same thing at half the price.
Previously it was kumarakom restarent which was extremely good.

Tried most of the veg items as we planned birthday here.there arrangements were good and prices are reasonable

Checked out place, as I too am from Kottayam, Kerala. Kerala meals served here was pretty authentic and service was prompt. Would surely come back for more.

Never suggested. They have advertised 99 rupees kerala meals everywhere. In reality they charge 350 rps for the meals and half of the dishes came after having the food.scamming customers. Wordt experience ever.

One of the finest and authentic Kerala restaurant I've come accross. I don't have some more stars to give orelese I would be given that too. Firstly welcoming Manner, Secondly way of approch, thirdly Manager suggested me dish were it was on top. Service by Sunil, ambiance WOW the dish was served still it's mouth watering. Kottayam will Rock for sure at HSR. Great will for sure keep on visiting here again and again.

Amazing food and service. I went with my family and they offered payasam as complementary to everyone which was heavenly. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Very clean and quiet ambience.

I'm basically from Kottayam and i was passing through Bangalore HSR one of my friend suggested and I've visited this place । No words to explain. I liked the way approach, the hospitality and food was a par no words to put across. They took me to real Kottayam in a few minutes. Great experience. I wish everyone would keep on visiting this place.

Visited the restaurant for lunch with my family (6 members). Was bit disappointed with my experience. 1. We noticed 4 and 6 member table was occupied by just one person each. Hence we had to wait a long to get a table. Management need to ensure they place the customer in right table according to the number of people. 2. Servers do not have experience in serving or placing foods. Especially with Sadhya. They even forgot an order until I reminded few times. 3. The place they keep rice and curries were really messy giving a poor impression to the customers. 4. Washroom was stinking. Bin was dumbed with tissues leaving bad smell. They need to assign someone to clean and clear the tissues frequently. 5. Coming to food, Kerala biriyani was not preapred as it should be. Sadhya was not worth 499. Paysam and Kappa had smoky taste. All together I felt like a normal mess but not a fine dining. Lot to go Kottayam Restaurant.

Worst Kerala restaurant.given Frozen porrata for 40 rs each and waiters not writing down order and charging extra for soup. Highly recommend all not to go here.highly disappointed with food

Best place for authentic Kerala food. But service is bit slow. Taste is awesome. Liked the ambience.

No proper cordination among service staff. Unnecessary delyed delivery is happeing due to that.
