Worst experience ever. My wife was getting a laser removal treatment. It is worse now. Yeshashvini is the biggest cheat of them all. No appointments were given regularly. Always have to chase them to get an appointment. Please don't waste your money. Now they have changed the name to something else. But same old staff.

I cannot recommend this place to my enemies.

I gave 20000 Dr Yeshashwini she told we will clear ur face skin tone 90%but they have cheated me nd now my face skin so black nd black please don't waste ur money so cheated koza aesthetic

Worst Service and these guys are frauds.
I've raised the complaint on National Consumer Helpline, now Consumer helpline people are calling to these people but these guys are saying them like "Koza Aesthetic Care - Bannerghatta Road" got completely closed and also telling like wrong number.
So now I'm putting case in EDaakhil.
They are not mentioned their GST number, Email ID, Website details in Invoice.

Summery:
I've visited "Koza Aesthetic Care Bannerghatta Rd Bangalore", for full body laser hair reduction treatment, there was 8 sessions treatment.
In first session itself I felt uncomfortable because they were not maintained hygiene and I didn't felt safety, later they have called me for feedback so I've given my feedback like I'm unhappy with the service because of non cleanliness and there was no safety, later some how they convinced me for second season.

Later I went for second session but they were improved anything, moreover that time because of my feedback those which I was taking treatment, she started threatening me by saying she can burn my skin with this laser treatment machine, mean while she burnt my both the underarms and some other parts.
Also while doing razor she damaged my skin because of this damage I've suffered with pain for more than 15 days and my skin became rough and my facial hair growth increased compared to earlier. Because of non cleanliness I have got rashes on my skin.

And this was my experience:
RIGHT AFTER THE TREATMENT: Koza is a modern, well equipped skin care clinic with very professional and empathetic staff and more than anything else, (in my experience) it shows result of the treatment faster than expected. They do adjust and are flexible with your requirements during the procedure and sessions. I wouldn’t deny that they are expensive and that they coax you into getting something additional done but if you know what you want and if getting that additional thing will just do something good for you and make you feel better, then at the end of the day you wouldn’t mind being paying a bit more and being pushed into it in the beginning (within limits of course)! All and all - good one.
AFTER 2 MONTHS - the treatment’s effect starts fading away. Hair starts coming back within a month. When you call them back, the same STAFF which picked your call everytime and called you again and again to see if you are doing fine after the procedure, will not pick up your call. And after 100s of call when they do so, they will say YOU SHOULD HAVE USED YOUR COMMON SENSE THAT NOBODY CAN GUARANTEE ANYTHING. WE DIDNT PUT A KNIFE ON YOUR HEAD FOR TAKING THE TREATMENT. They will push you to give themselves a 5 star during the treatment- to the extend that you feel if you don’t do it, they might not treat you properly. And when you go to them after the treatment doesn’t work, they talk about your COMOON SENSE. This is the pathetic reality of their character BEFORE AND AFTER TREATMENT. Go anywhere or live with the body you have been given. BUT NEVER GO TO THESE CHEATING HIPPOCRATES.

Don't go if they run any offer because they will force to go for package manipulate and there accountant will take your phone and detail she will create a loan and put on our head i paid 51k with out any procedure done now i shifted my house neither they bothered about client they just loot amount of customer. I had a great experience with the clinic. I got to know about the clinic via social media. They are very good in their services consultants are nice and polite they provide you all information in detail.

I had issues like uneven skin and dark circles and also tanned skin. I have been taking treatments suggested by Dr. Yashawini. I am extremely happy with the kind of results i got post treatment. I have a complete transformation and i have got my desired look.
I also must say that entire team were extremely friendly and most importantly i would like to mention that hygiene were never compromised in any of the treatments that i was given. I would like to heartily thank KOZA for everything. Thank you.

I visited KOZA Aesthetic Care last year for the Belly Fat Reduction with high hopes of finally getting rid of my stubborn belly fat. However, my experience at this clinic was nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others. Its been an year now and I haven't lost a single inch. I told them about the result after 3 months only but they mention that its a time taking process and it will get reduce in few months. I completed the full treatment process as they mention. It was 3 months duration. Its more then a year now and I haven't loss a single inch. I have completed the full treatment of 3 months duration and after 4 months of my treatment completed i shifted to another city.

The most significant letdown was the treatment itself. I signed up for a package that promised effective belly fat reduction through a combination of advanced technologies. Unfortunately, I found the entire process to be ineffective and a complete waste of my time and money.

The clinic's claims of utilizing cutting-edge technologies to target belly fat were completely misleading. The equipment used during the sessions seemed lacked the precision needed for targeted fat reduction. Moreover, the sessions were incredibly uncomfortable and left me feeling sore and bruised, without any noticeable reduction in my belly fat.

It was evident that the clinic's focus was more on selling packages than genuinely helping clients achieve their desired results.

Adding insult to injury, the pricing at the clinic was exorbitant for the lackluster service provided. I regretfully spent a significant amount of money on a package that delivered zero results and left me feeling frustrated and deceived.
