Worst service. They won’t communicate with you once the parcel is arrived. You have to call them again and again, day after day. Without following them up you can't even know if the parcel is arrived or not. I had a very bad experience. They also ask for extra amount in the name of unloading charges but there is no such charges. Don't pay any extra amount if they ask. You fight and pay only the amount mentioned in the receipt. Whoever had this kind of experience, raise a complaint and let KPN administration know about this.
Worst parcel service.they steal your parcel.later they will blame each other.finally the loss is for us.don't use this kpn parcel service as it is the poorest service ever seen.after 10 days they will Tell that the parcel is missed somehow so sorry.what you do with the sorry?
When we as a passenger act responsibly and be on time on the boarding place we expect the buses also to be on time. I always found that KPN TRAVELS never full filed their promise to be on informed time. I hope even Indian railways on time Inspite of their tedious procedures. But unsatisfied with the punctuality of kpn
Such a worst transport, no higher officials taking the calls properly for grievances at the time of break down even in the midnight.please don't go by this transport, they don't care about passengers
Late.not on time. No explanations for delay. Wilson garden office was closed and passengers were expected to wait by the roadside at 3am. Driver and assistant were rude. Very Bad customer service!
This KPN transport office. We can also book tickets and parcel also. There is with longue also available. We can wait at the longue with our friends and family members unto the bus reach. But only one thing is need timings are not accurate as mentioned in tickets and online. However the timings based on the traffic's.
Worst travel experience. I took a trip in KPN travels AC sleeper from Dindigul to Banglore and return to Dindigul from Banglore. Bus was not punctual in both cases. 1 hr 45 mins delay in Banglore. Very badly maintained buses. No luggage rack. Stinky and dirty bed sheets. Very rude staffs. The bus from Dindigul had a driver who was driving first time in that route without any assistance. Only the driver is available in the bus.no other staff. They do not stop for any breaks even when people ask for restroom. The driver stopped after asking for the 5th time and acted very rudely. We had to wait almost 2 hrs for the bus and he was acting as if we were the ones who delayed the bus. No proper tracking of bus available. Dont book in this travels again. Very poor service. Not at all worth the money.
One good thing, there is a ATM nearby to KPN travels! KPN travel's standard has decreased a lot, booked through redBus for 07.30 am bus but I was not allowed to board as they said bus has changed and I waited till 08.30 am in the road and I got sleeper bus, booked for Volvo semi sleeper ac. No proper response from #redbus.
We have travelled from Avinashi to Bangalore on day trip in KPN. This was booked for AC sleeper bus. The A/C was not all working and it was completely pathetic to ride completely sweaty. I cannot believe why KPN is charging Rs 925 per ticket when they are not able to provide promised service
Worst Experience this time. 2.5 Hours delay for Pickup. No facilities at waiting Hall. No Restaurant, No Bunk shops, No medical shop. Felt like jungle.
For the first i really feel happy travelling with KPN, usually they are very bad I'm time maintaining and the facility provided in the bus, and the bed are maintain so pathetic but this travel was great everything scored 5 star and the drivers too are humble
Worst service, while traveling if you carry new tv, gas stove etc they will charge mim 500 RS to you it will be more then your travelling ticket. So try to avoid this service
I traveled from Bangalore to Madurai. The bus left at 9.10 a.m. From Bangalore. He never stopped until 2.45 p.m. It is gap of 5 and 1/2 hours. Once he stopped for 5 minutes before Salem to urinate in public place. Obviously only gents could use this break. The bus quality was very bad. The driver and conductors were very impolite.
Not well maintained. Like their buses. I travel about 300 KMS in sleeper type bus.beds are having bad smell. Air-conditioning poor. No response From driver and too the office staffs. I called the office to complaint but they forward and again forward at last one person cut it off. Very bad manners. Don't travel on KPN Service.
One of the worst service in Indian Transport, yesterday I was travelled the vehicle 2 hrs delay, there is no response from the operator, derived mobile no switched off, no GPS tracking. They why your are giving GPS option.
