The KPN bus is third class and not at all good and safe for journey. We had to cancel both to and from tickets which we had booked. We request you to kindly refund full money for this and blacklist KPN bus for this route as the bus is in very very bad condition from Bangalore To Rameswaram. We have filed a legal complain for the loss caused due to this and cancellation of hotel bookings and all related bookings and harassment to senior citizens due to lame and pathetic service by KPN

I wanted to rate 0. As it is not allowed giving a rating of 1. Worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst i wanted to continue on. DONT ever book a ticket in KPN. Travel if u want to go with such an arrogant travel agency. Worst of the worstest travels in south.
