KPN Travels India

My journey is from Bangalore madiwala to tenkasi.
Departure time is 7.30pm and destination arrival time is 7am. Bus was 1 and half hour late. No boarding point information provided in notification. I was waiting in front of madiwala police station all time. Contacted many numbers from Google no number were in use. Very worst experience. The next morning it was supposed to reach at 7am but 3 hrs late. No punctuality. If someone has planned for work please don't ever book this bus. Very very worst. Atleast they should have provided proper contact number to keep us informed. Bus driver is very polite and gentle. Respective people please take action on this. I shouldn't have given 0 star as review but no option available.

I have used their service to collect our luggage. They are good at updating on the arrival of the goods, simple procedures. It will good for them if the front office staff deals with the customers know the local language, as not all customers knows other languages.

Delayed by 2hrs. A/C bus condition - Dirty smelling pillow cover, bed sheets and blankets. Looks like they never wash any of these things. No water bottles provided. Called head office to complain, but no one picks up the call. When you call their boarding point contact also no one picks the call. Worst customer service.

Online booking.no need of printing. Immediate check in and confirmation.bus arrives at correct time. Economical rates.

Very bad service.they often cancel the bus and will shift you to different bus with different seat number.pathetic service

No stars at first. Worst travel experience plz don't choose semi sleepers travelled all way from bnglr to tvm had the worst experience no comfortable chairs you can't sleep at all such a discomfort they don't have halts until u ask.irresponsible, and morning bus change, I could see people keeping legs above chairs or adjusting themselves, u can't stretch your legs as it touches the other persons leg.seriously worst experience.departure and arrival too late

Waiting lounge is good and spacious.but no wash room. Only problem is either we have to cross the road to board the bus or they will arrange a Tempo Traveller if the bus is parked in some near by place.

Bus delayed almost 2 hours. No response from the KapN office people. When we asked for rest room. No. Thers no restroom for atleast ladies. Worst behavior of the office people. No courtesy. Hmm. Worst experience ever with KPN. Here after worried to use KPN. Also wont recomend Bangalore KPN service.

Customer lounge was shabby. Buses are not in good condition. Travelled from Bangalore to Trichy and the bus was air conditioned to a very low temperature and quite uncomfortable. If you want a comfortable journey, look elsewhere. Buses never start from the source on time and one has to cross the road to board.

Bus quality is good but customer service to be improved a lot. Also in house washroom facility has to be established as bus always comes very late.

I've been using KPN travels since I was in college and some things never change - nice, new buses, always late by an hour or more and terribly rude staff who think they're doing you a favor by running a bus service

The worst experience ever, when I called to check when the bus would arrive the person who answered the call was soo rude, when I didn't know where to wait the location which was given was the opposite road where the bus would arrive. Coming to the bus, my seat was on the upper sleeper, I couldn't even sit down nor turn and put my head the other side the top of the bus was hurting me. None of the charger points were working. I just can't believe how the have existed for such a long time with such bad service, I should have listened to my friends when they said not to book in this travels

Worst service. The vehicle contact is not working and the bus is late by 48min and tracking was also stopped working. How people will reach out to know the details.

Guys with out prior intimation to passenger they will change Volvo bus to normal bus. Worst service compare to all private bus services, think before you book tickets.

This is located at Bangalore madiwala area. No washroom facility available here. Nobody will respond properly. Even they doesn't pick the phone also. No proper announcement when I visited there. We waited in roadside and run behind all the KPN buses to found the correct one. They need to look it out.

They supposed to give correct boarding place details while reserving ticket. We went to madiwala kpn office as mentioned in ticket and then understood that have to go infront of savoury hotel. They supposed to know that moving around with family, kids and luggage is too difficult. And has to mention correct boarding place while booking ticket. Rest all ok I am satisfied on bus quality, punctuality, staff behaviour etc. Due to that reason alone giving 5/5

Having enough space for waiting and have to cross the road to board the bus. It will be really difficult if the passenger is having luggages.

Very poor bus service. The basic aspects of punctuality, good condition bus, hospitality of staff, etc were missing. Though he charged same amount like his peers in the industry, services are worst in all norms applicable to Bus service.

Worst worst worst travels company. No toilet facility for waiting people. No proper response about bus delays. We waited 4 hours.

No toilet facilities. Ladies and kids on urgency are effected and I urg KPN management to take immediate actions

Horrible experience.the bus that was supposed to come at 11 pm showed up at 1 30 am. It was to arrive to the destination by 12 pm and I'm still an hour away with the time being 2 30 pm. The bus was awfully slow and they even made us switch buses in the last hour. Don even get me started on the crappy assistance.

KPN Travels is a reknowned bus service, but last time a bus from Madiwala, I had the worst experience in the bus to Tirupur because the A/C was not functioning well and there was a stinky smell in the compartment and the beds were not clean. So I Suggest you to take a EVACAY bus to Banglore in your next ride.

Such a pathetic travels! They don't attend your calls after booking the tickets, Sometimes you not even receive SMS about the bus details before departure. Also they change 2 to 3 buses in between your travel. They don't mind even if it is mid-night!

We travelled from Bangalore to nagercoil, we boarded at kpn office in pickup bus which was 15minutes late by 7: 45pm, we reached near pnrao suites shop we got into other non ac bus, we asked the in charge that we have booked for ac sleeper, he told us that there is change of bus at hosur, at hosur we changed the bus after waiting for 10minutes, bus started at 9pm, had dinner break, bus was stopped in between our journey for 2times for washrooms, to our surprise we reached nagercoil at 8: 30am in the morning, the driver drove the very perfectly leaving us surprised. My hearty congratulations to the driver. Bus is ok, it would have been better if there was a tv too, no supply of water bottle, blankets are ok.

While bus was good, wish the staff at the office are better trained and more polite. No rest rooms. Staff were rude.

Worst service, no announcement, no update regarding bus, provided contact numbers are not reachable.
