Now they are not operating full fledged operation from Bangalore. They don't have even a telephone number in Bangalore. Some body told they have applied for insolvency

It took about three hours to locate the invoice that accompanied the parcel. The Manager was avoiding me and one Auto rikshaw driver was talking to me

Worst experience. No customer care service. No one ever picks up the call for clarifications nor assistance.

I had got a very bad experience while travelling from Bangalore to Trivandrum. 8'O clock was my TVM arrival and i reach TVM by 10: 30. KPN takes goods from Bangalore and deliver these on their way.

From Hyderabad to Hosur, they changed the bus saying bus not ok. But fact is only 6 passengers to go beyond Bangalore. All others got down at Bangalore. He has put us in another bus. Otherwise, drivers are well experienced, comfortable journey

Such a bad service provided by a bus operator, riding on the brand name and glory earned years before. They are irresponsible, impolite, bad behaved and always late bus service provider. Never take rides to Bangalore from KPN which is known for atleast 1 hour default delay. The rates are sky high and they don't bother to provide quality service even after raising 1000 rupees per ticket during festive weekends. The tracking service provided to me was of the bus going to Coimbatore from Bangalore. I saw the bus standing in karumathampatti and rushed to the pick up point. But the bus left to Coimbatore to drop the passengers and start the actual journey to Bangalore after so many delay. I had to stay in Avinashi for hours after my scheduled pick up time. Very very disappointed by the service and the attitude of the service provider. They can better stop the passenger services and continue as parcel service provider.

The best operator for travels in my opinion. They never fail to go out of their way to stop at non-mentioned points to pick passengers up. The staff are always calm and respectful when talking to passengers. They well inform passengers before arriving at certain locations, whether it be restaurants, restrooms or dropping points. They make sure the passenger has gotten off, very coordinated in the way they operate. Tickets are budget priced, buses are clean.
Only problem I sometimes face is the heat inside the bus due to the air conditioning not being active. It gets stuffy and I get the sensation of vomiting.
KPN deserves it's reputation. Looking forward to book with this operator for future travels.

Staff are good with regards to the response.
They deliver the parcel, that's it, but do not assist in loading or even help in securing the parcel.
No functional assistance is provided to tag the parcel.
Location is accessible.
Need a bit of improvement in customer relations.
Then it would be great.

Worst service and no response, list bother about clients, all employees they are talking only tamil apart from Tamil they don't know other languages.

Worst bus station ever. I wouldn't board bus from here even if I get to travel for free. And the conductors speak only Tamil. And damn rude to answer any basic question

It's very very dirty. On an unpaved road. Not very organised- they took half an hour to find my parcel

These people do not speak in any other language than Tamil. They understand what we say in our language, but they reply some gibberish.
Buses are not great. Old buses. No mobile charger also in the bus i was travelling.
I choose kpn only cuz Royal travels and SRS Travels were fully booked.

They have charged for both loading and unloading before I parceled my bike.still after when it reached B'lore they again charged for unloading.also they have taken all the petrol from my bike and charging 100 Rs. /litre by giving the petrol of other bikes.pathetic service.

It's super unclean, literally no or very poor sitting/waiting place. People are super rude. Literally no one, who interacts with customers even cares about service. It's like they are doing a favor to the customer.

Good buses. Quality is good. But there were some problem vth timing (punctuality). Other than that services and everything else is fine.

Connecting road is not good. Office is spacious and seems to be OK. But customer service is excellent.

Worst serices.they given me the kpn parcel delivery mobile number. I am trying for 2 days the number is always switched off. They send me the msg to collect the parcel from the office.but they didnt mentioned the time. I went directly to the kpn office but it was closed. There was no proper number and they didn't mention the time wt time I need to collect. I went from my place to kpn parcel office 16 kms but at the end it was closed.

Please dont send any of your valuable bikes through KPN
they are loading the parcels on the bike inside the container lorries.hell of the show _ forget your suspension.

Worst service. Bike got damaged on one side and they are playing a blame game. No one is taking the responsibility. The worst service and no proper response.clutch rod, gear rod, number plate and silencer got bent.

Worst bus service ever. We took a bus from Bangalore to Munnar, they took 16 hours to reach there. The bus was waiting for another bus of kpn so that they could merge 2 buses. For that they made us wait for 4 hours. Terrible service and no apologies.
