Worst travels ever, No punctuality in departure time OR dropping time. Their hub in Bangalore has no waiting room definitely no rest rooms! I would honestly rate this less than one. Better avoid, I had two and a half solid hours delay in dropping. Never faced this with any travels not even RTC

Always delayed. No updates. You will be helplessly waiting in the road with women and kids if you choose this travels. Instead choose a bus with tracking options

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Please don't book bus from here seeing that it's cheaper! They won't intimate you about the bus details prior to boarding and will keep changing boarding points! You will lose all the money you saved because you will have to circle around the city to catch the Bus. After shouting at the operators they gave zero apologies and expected me to deal with it! WORST staff ever! They won't answer your calls also so don't bother!

Office need some air conditioning or air circulation system, bus very nice (4 star), but office (3 only)

On time service is waste, Banglore madurai journey was horrible in morning trip, three times bus Tyre was damage. Only cleaner was struggling to remove & put tyres, both drivers was just seeing.

Best if you check the bus quality, the one which I traveled was the new bus but still I saw 1/2 old buses too. But still the drivers are legend in driving

Vahiyat travels! Super late and charging ports don't work! 7: 40pm was the time but came at 10: 20 pm

Good place with waiting room and restroom and there is no charging Port to recharge mobile battery

Worst nightmare i ever had. 8pm buses to all destinations arrive at 11 PM. There was no one available in the office as well to ask. Neither they sent message about bus details nor any numbers mentioned worked. Better avoid this travels. Dont get trapped to save few hundred bucks comparing other travels

Worst service. Cancelled bus at last minute. Never book this travels. No proper response from them.

It's an absolutely pathetic travels. I have seen number of people waiting hours for the bus. I have seen people who were shouting and throwing chairs on to their office doors. Some people even went to the extent of registering a police complaint on this travels for their delayed service. Their average delay time is 1hr 30mins. No body will be present at the office to answer you. And none of the phone numbers they give will work. They bluff you. They fool you. They torture you with absence. Good luck if you don't believe me.

Now they may be rich but they not even bother about people who travel.

I booked 3.30 bus to erode from kalasipalaym and some bus came and picked up by 4.15 and they said you need to change the bus after reaching hosur.

To avoid break travel only we use to book travels. But very worst time management and extremely sorry to say that please don't ever book KPN

If you done enough for business.please stop your service. Really felt bad.
The way driver and co person treats us is like that we are beggers

Worst ever travels seen, worst experience with no proper updates on change of bus, also change of bus in midnight, don't go by this travels ever, compare to other travels cost is also high

No one picks calls, people are stranded on road most of the times and contact number they share is one landline number from Salem where none knows status of buses in other cities, midnight and early morning boarding point offices closed in Bangalore so ur safety is at risk and have to wait till bus comes how many hrs it may be late u never know as no one u can reach. My advise is stay away from kpn it's always tough every time i book with them

They called to say they cancelled the bus just 1.5 hours before travel. Had to go through lot of hassle. They are yet to provide full refund

The bus service giant is providing bus service for Madurai route the bus condition is not so good however the driver give a comfortable ride from Bangalore to Madurai

We booked scania multiaxle bus from Bangalore to namakkal. After 2 hours of delay they gave us one of the worst ac sleeper bus. Now that ac sleeper bus got some issue and stoped in the middle of the way for 2 hours.
I can say that one of the best travels became one of the worst travels now a days and not even worst travels more than that. No words to describe about kpn travels now a days. It was an worst journey.

Very worst experience on june 3rd/2019 Bangaluru to vatlagundu. Driver's mannerless behavior& speech collapsed our evergreen enjoying time

Pick up office in Kalasipalyam is in a crowded location, almost no facilities, dirty washrooms, most of the time you will be taken to some other boarding point in a different car, avoid pick up location in Kalasipalyam.

First of all bus comes 10 min late. There was not any cleanness no hygine seats are in very dirty condition waiting room big but not clean toilet is in worst condition there was not any charging point inibud I regret for choosing KPN travel I never choose again.

Rest room is available but we cant use the same as its not hygenic and not well maintained, waiting hall is big and ok

Poor quality. The washroom of all KPN office in the salem route was worse than public toilet and few were locked. No charging point. Worst service.

Buses are timely.but place is located in a super busy street.lots of other travel operators. Confusing a bit to get here.

They didn't provide the facility of mobile charge point.when was booked the ticket they gave me the assurance of that. And the timing also they didn't followed.

I think they (KPN Travels) does not deserve to be in this business. Very bad service.
