Worst experience 24 hours after billing for a scan, no one is coming to take me for the scan. And there is no difference between private hospital and k.r hospital in terms of money. Security beaver is rowdyism

It's just a old building with old equipments, no idea about doctors as the concern doctor have recommend to his clinic

Inhuman service. They treat us worst than animals. At least we give due and respect to animals but they won't give us 1% also of it. 99% of population carry infection back home as buy 1 get 100 free. Security is a don of KR hospital. She throws patient attenders things on the ground and speaks very rudely. Don't waste your time or energy here, go to other hospital and take good treatment.

Worst experience.even animals are treated better that what there are treating the patients there. I fell sick after going there.the patients are treated like buffalo.the security is a harimi donb.she was throwing the things of the people and pushing them down.who ever goes there will fall sick and come back.even public toilets are way better than KR hospital.

There is no Proper wheel chair available and no maintenance of wheel chairs and Stretchers and the maids will not come for help even in emergency time also and lot of Mosquitos in the Wards and outside of the campus. Some Nursing officers and Maids will not Response correctly in emergency time also (even if Patient were dying also they will Consider it's very Common to them)
Their is no Separate Counter for Senior citizens and For Emergency patients like Billing, Scanning and for Blood laboratories, Some of the doctors behaves Gently and Most of them behaves very harshly and drinking water filters is not enough in the hospital campus, Still Additional CCTV Required to Control Robberies (lot of Pickpocket happens like Mobile, Wallet) they will Steal Petrol also still proper Security guards also required So Concerned department please take necessary action on all these activities and also Dr Rahul Nesarkar and Dr Shama are one of the best doctors I have Seen there.

A few months ago I visited this hospital. My friend had severe leg pain (he couldn't sleep the whole night). Imagine what the situation might be like. We found the nurse. She checked his leg and asked to meet after 9: 00am. Because, there are no doctors to treat patients. The duty doctor present is only to treat emergency patients. I find no point. We traveled a long way for treatment. They could have examined and given some medicines or pain relievers too. But they didn't. I was very upset about that. He might be the night duty doctor and his duty ends soon. So he pushed us to the day duty doctor. No chairs. Forget about guardians, even patients have to stand up while being examined by doctors. My friend stood all long in single leg bearing pain. Terrible.

This is my humble request. Please keep at least one doctor in attendance. Because I saw many people come from far places for treatment and waiting for the doctor to come. I felt bad for them.

No one can respond properly, staff has a zero knowledge about the medication totally they will not provided the good service to the patients. I hate this hospital.

The some doctors are very friendly, listened to my problems carefully and explained everything to me. The results are definitely positive. I can see positive result in just one month. I will definitely re visit the doctor if required.

Doctor's empathy with patient is appreciable, The doctors keeps cool when patient complains for treatment is reasonable, we are fully satisfied and happy with the outcome.

Th hospital staffs have zero knowledge about the issue what patients are facing if we ask for any reason for the cause they will be like we are waiting for report and they will never allow one person to sit next to patient. Karnataka government please keep eye on this hospital and blue color maids will beg for money here for each and everything. If we want to go inside ward we should lend some money.

Behind ward only people will do toilet and mosquitoes will be there and people will do drinks here and through garbage here which is behind baby ward which is not safe for kids and it’s mother also. Please check this and make sure everything is good at least for patient.
Take money don’t give worst free service which is of no use at all.

Never take serious patients here, all staffs are negligent except doctors. Even if you dont have money take the patient to some other hospital, I was trapped here taking my father here who was a liver patient. Its a hell

I don't even want to give a single star. Because worst experience. Hospital is not worst but the staff who are working there is worst from doctor to d group workers. Management is also worst. They are working there only for money not for service or anything.

Treatment is good. Senior and junior doctors are to be really appreciated for treating everyone equally and responding to the queries. The reason for not giving 3 stars is non treating staff
Even though the hospital provides free food, medicines and services (ofcourse some services are charged reasonably). But the house keeping staff will loot all the money from you. For each and every service they will demand and shout at you with no respect.
In Jayadeva building, 3rd floor-male general ward, the duty doctors and house keeping staff work as a gang to get money from people. When every patient is discharged the attenders will be taken to a seperate room and they will demand money from them. They will give some stupid reasons like record section, medicines charge, injection cost, discharge process etc etc and demand money. They will not even provide bill for this. On top of this, in the name of cleaning they will send all the attenders out from the building and steal patient's belongings. Money, phone, chargers diapers, unused medicines - everything will be stolen if it's unattended. There are 2 professional lady theives called Tulasi and Lalitha, they control all the nurses and duty doctors. Such a cheap attitude from these people. End of the day, none of the medical reports will be given to you, all documents will be taken except one small discharge summary with least details in it.
After one patient is discharged, another patient will be given the same bed without cleaning and changing the bed spreads/blankets. Even an uninfected person will get all kinds of infection.
The toilets are not hygiene and the bed spreads and bed blankets are not clean. Overall poor maintenance.

I was suffering from skin problems, so I was a get Very depressive mood always. Then I come to this hospital dept of skin. I was consult a Dr. Surendra sir.he is gave me a good treatment, nd he has increased my confidence level. Thanks to Dr surendra sir.

Given only 1 star y because worst doctors facilities and carelessness.not clean.doctors response nil.many more missing patients here recently yesterday just happened.nobody knows where patient is gone.very pathetic if someones dear suddenly missed.or kidnapped or don't know what exactly happened.cameras are not working properly.very horrible old rooms. K R Hospital has a total bed capacity of around 1330 beds which includes 335 beds in general medicine, 313 in general surgery and about 500 in other specialties like ENT,  ophthalmology,  urology,  plastic surgery,  psychiatry and others.
A new multi-storied OPD building has recently been commissioned and this houses a state of the art ICCU on the ground floor and medical wards on other floors in addition to various consultation rooms.
The surgical wards are located in a separate building which is popularly known as the "stone building".
The hospital has a 24-hour casualty,  radiology,  microbiology,  pathology and biochemistry laboratories,  blood bank and pharmacy catering to its needs.
More recently a number of subspecialties have been introduced and patients have had the benefit of utilizing plastic surgery, urology, nephrology, cardiology, laser surgery, burns ward and dialysis services to mention a few.

Less staff, unhygenic, no remorse from the staff, but the treatment from the professors are much way better compare to butchers hospital & doctors now a days what we seen at present. All kinds of treatment done here with minimal cost.

One star for the security people who helped with wheelchair. The worst doctors and nurses I've ever seen. They are so irresponsible. Easily undress the patient's wound and leave that unattended for a long time. Need to have some ethics in profession. And the rudeness of senior doctors is a bonus. Rudely use words without respect. Doctors and staff should definitely learn to respect patients.

Good but not clean. Hospital is very old and most of the rooms and furniture is dirty.

Doctors are good since most of them are students. They speak very friendly. I under went through surgery here and they took nice care of me. I'm thankful to all them

Good Hospital, As it is a government Hospital so the facility according to compare with another government Hospitals the facility here is very good, Doctors also good and cooperative, with in 1KM from Railway station and approximately same from the Bus stand, full space for parking and absolutely free, treatment is also good, All type of tests are very good and on a cheap rate as compared to private Laboratory's, Timing here is very important you have to come as soon as possible if you are in hurray, Mostly departments have trainee students doctors they all are very cooperative and helpful, I will recommend this hospital for almost all kind of tests if you want to do and for the treatment it's depends on you, the treatment is also good but it's your wish you want to or not, it's a good Hospital
