Very poor table service. Decent food. Not going to visit this place unless they improve service.

Must try for Biryani Lovers. Especially if u like spice. Service is really good. Humble ppl at work. Taste is amazing. Slightly on the expensive side, but worth it. If you r 3-4 ppl going, I'd advice to get the family pack. Even if you r bhukkads, it'll be enough.

Amazing taste, if you are looking for spicy Andhrapradesh food then it’s one of the recommended place.
The crispy prawns is a must try and rasam is just yammmm

Nice location to dine in.
Food was delicious and only problem is there is no parking facility.

Good and awesome restaurant. Ambience is very pleasant and located in Sahakar Nagar. Went with My teammates for team lunch (40). Good service and very spacious.spent almost 18k but its worth of spending this money, The food was good and the service is great with a good ambience. Veeru and Staff were very friendly. The food tasted absolutely delicious

The food here is fantastic. Genuine Andhra flavour especially the raagi mudhe and bamboo chicken

Signature dishes are Ragi Mudhe, Nati chicken gravy and Mutton leg. Fish and prawns were also good. Biriyani is too much spicy. Price is considerably higher.

The quality has degraded over the years, it's not what it used to be pre-covid.
Few of the items we ordered were: -
Majestic Chicken, Paneer 65, Special Chicken Biryani and Paneer Biryani.

Paneer was very hard, it was not fresh at all, so was the chicken.

It was very difficult to digest the fact the quality is so bad at a place like Kritunga.

Very disappointed with Kritunga.

Since I've mentioned the things I did not like, I believe I should also mention the things that was good. And the only good thing was, the coke!

Never going back there and never recommending this place to anyone!

If you want to have authentic Rayalasee.a food or an excellent spicy biryani, just visit your nearest Kritunga restaurant. As I am typing this, my mouth is watering.

No roti available.server only dont know about which is phulka and chapati.they gave only chapati even i ordered naan he was confused.and saying this is naan to chapati

The worst biryani I have ever had in my life, I love spicy but this spicy was insane.very disappointed.worst eating experience.probably it was because of Uber eat order but no one can eat so spicy.

Food is tasty but very spicy and chilly.
Even with instructions saying not to be spicy for my baby, they still served the spicy food.
Otherwise food is good for non vegetarians and people who likes spicy food.

U need to learn telugu and enter in to this restaurant.

The food is very very spicy. Not may not be suitable for kids. It is tasty for sure, but service needs to be better. For example: the waiter can suggest food items which are less spicy for kids.

Variety of Tasty Andhra style foods. Good place for family or office team mate's or friends to visit.

Very late service. Staffs are just doing time pass instead of serving customers. Very unskilled management.

Biriyani was spicy.
Very unhygienic place, rats running around.
The waiters seem to be very happy about the rats.
The waiters don't even understand what we our saying, they nod their head for Everything.

I have bitter experience I oder mutton Biriyani it's too tooo spicy I got tears on my eyes. Finally steward trye to manage with changing of rice but I'm unable to eat after that also. My dinner is upset even my kids didn't taste two spoons of rice.

3 stars because their standards are different every time. The restaurant is okay. This places serves spicy food. Sometimes the spices are okay and the food is can be enjoyed but sometimes it's way too spicy. The only thing u can taste will be spice and it's not really enjoyable. The amount of spice is never the same. Once they served us undercooked biryani. Even in Chinese soups they add too much chilly for no reason. If you are planning to eat here I suggest that when you are placing order you inform them about the amount of spice you prefer. If u are adventurist then you don't say anything:) now coming to service it's generally very poor and slow. Price is also a little on the higher side.

Many of the chicken items were good. Especially the drumstick chicken was amazing. Price is little higher than it deserved but no biggie.

Somehow right from the time we entered the place didn give a good effect.and I fell I'll because of the food.not sure because of lack of hygiene.

Good in service, quality time but the thing is the service is late process other than everything is good

Spicy +tasty food.
Place is not do clean.
They overlap the plates after serving. Service can be improved.

The places looks really great but the service was at worst. It took 1hour 15 minutes to get our order and our orders were served to different tables. There was lot of confusion while serving. Food was average.

The taste is degraded compared to past experiences. Management need to take care of maintaining the same authentic quality and taste.

Biryani lacked flavor and the chicken was tough on the teeth. Prawn was hard, rubbery and tasteless.
