An 'emergency' case was asked to wait for almost 4 hours for an echo scan.
Patients from neighboring small towns wait from 9am to 4: 30pm for an echo scan to be done, not by a radiologist but a technician. Very disappointing. Truly pitiable state! Dr. Sridhar however proved to be highly courteous and kind.

We went on a family trip to Chikmagalur. My In-law experienced severe stomach pain and vomiting. Fortunately, there was a 24-hour open hospital where the doctor explained what needed to be done and administered an injection along with providing precautionary drops. She is feeling better now. I have visited KRS Hospital for Surgery. The best part of this hospital is the top class customer service. Dr. Anand Murthy is a very cordial doctor. He explains the problem, cause and effects and the options for cure very clearly. Also the other supporting staff in the hospital are very helpful and pleasant especially Insurance Dept.
