It was very good experience, staffs are cooperative, reports got in time.scans are budget friendly also

The staff has very rude behaviour, they speak about us only infront of us in other language.and their is no proper response for new patients

Hopeless people. Called at 10.30 for scanning. When i asked if i could visit at 11.30, they said that doctor wont be available and need to come at 10.30 only. Patient sick for 5 days had to wait for one hour before getting inside for scanning! Nobody was bothered!

My triglyceride as part of the lipid profile was shown as 540 and that put me in shock. When I consulted my doctor he said the readings are wrong. I took a second test at another centre and it showed 220. A renowned center like Kshema cannot afford to make mistakes. Pls be careful.

For the blood test vitamin b12, the cost is 900, not happy with the price. But the report was available on time

My self Priyadarshini, i visited for Anomaly ultrasound today (09/08/2023) this is second time coming for ultrasound to Khema.
Dr. Rashmi doing good, Taking much time for scan and clarify the doubts with patiently.
Dr. Rashmi is approachable for ultrasound scans.
Staffs also well and good, smiley and friendly, especially 1 staff in scaning room with Rashmi mam, she is really good.

We had wanted a home collection empty stomach for my mother. They sent their person Ms. KAUSHILYA early in the morning. She was very well behaved and good too.

These guys took the samples and without telling went for celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi. Shameful behavior. Because of this my surgery got delayed. May lord Ganesha never bless these guys.

I got my blood sample collected from Begur Koppa Road branch. Kausallya was fantastic in her job. I have very bad veins. There were times, when the blood could not be drawn. But kausallya did it effortlessly, painless. I specially recommend her for children &the elderly. Thanks Kausallya & Kshema diagnostics. Keep up the good work.

We had taken SARS COV2 RBD total test at this diagnostic by paying 4480 rs for two people's and after getting results we saw both (IGg + IGm) they have given single value results. But my doctor was telling me that you will get different values.
I conveyed the same message to diagnostic but they didn't agree.
Please guide me someone.

Worst set of people are hired. I had to get a stool routine test for my baby. I had called them at checked at 10.55 am that should I get the saple in my own container or should I collect container from lab. They saiid your container is also fine. At 2pm when I reached the lab with sample in my container they rejected to do the test mentioning that our containers are stelilized and you have to get the sample in our container only before 4 pm. My baby is suffering so much already. Uneducated and illiterate set of people are hired here. Utterly junk and stupid

Once in 6 months we get thoroughly checked here this lab has nice clean and hygienic ambiance team their home collection official manjula she cxtetmely professional culturea punctual in home delivery of reports

Me and my wife had been here for NT scanning and double marker test, the doctor is very friendly and she explained us the situation and she was explaining very nicely and make us understand clearly.

I just had a call at the center and wanted to enquire about test and scans.but they are telling me send the prescription. I dont understand why this prescription is required to send over whatsapp.if they are not able to handle individual over call, how they gonna tackle the situation at center. Not happy with this attitude and approach as well.

We are really pleased to meet Dr rashmi. She is best at what she does. It's my 1st pregnancy n due to error in my NT scan readings which was done by some other diagnostic centre we had to undergo lot of mental pressure. But when we met Dr rashmi she instantly noted the error and explained us in detail N did the anomaly scan. We are very satisfied N happy. Thanks a lot Dr rashmi️

Quoted/published cost to billed amount are different. Unethical behaviour. Not related to taxes etc but in reality tests quoted at 450 will be billed at 900 silently:)
Hope and guess test results are really authentic and genuine. Hope not reporting issues to just get repeat business.
