Can definitely get details in a few minutes

It's a very small pick up point and very crowded with no space to stand, but the service at the counter is good.

ಬಸ್ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರೋಡಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಲು ಅನುಕೂಲಿಸಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ವಯಸ್ಸಾದವರು ಕಂಬಿ ದಾಟಿ ಹೋಗಲು ಆಗುವದು ಕಷ್ಟ. ಮಳೆ ಬೇರೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರೋಡಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಆಗಲಿ.

Very bad experience we were waiting 3 hours with kids for bus, there is no sitting place and no laggage rooms totally bad experience

Office room was open but nobody is there to guide weather Bus stops in service road or main road. I am
Sr.citizen jumped barricade to catch Bus on main road at. 11.10pm.

No proper place to stand, no light after the Shop close.
Bus will not Stop for long time.

Very poor rude people sit at the pickup point. You will find lot problems while catching the bus.

Wanna be a Olympian. Select this as boarding Point. KSRTC will make you jump from service road to main road with a narrow passage with high chances of getting stuck.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು ಕೂಡ ಇಲ್ಲ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ಶೌಚಾಲಯ ಕೂಡ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಇದರಿಂದ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ

The bus came on the other side of barricades because there was a traffic jam in the service road.

Need to cross service road dividers to get in to the bus. Difficult to cross with language
Not suitable for elderly person
Suggestion - atleast take out dividers where we cross the road

There is no proper place to stand or sit, sometimes you have to cross the barrier to catch the bus… busses will never come on time due to the traffic jam within the city limits…
