Service is ok ok not so good recently serviced my ktm duke390 they replaced front brake master cylinder assembly and that is duke 200 or pulsar not an 390 think and leave here
Simon (manager - KTM service) is a gentleman! The service was done really well and with great attention to detail and accountability. The service technicians, supervisor were really open to answering questions and bike related issues. The service station is cutting edge and customer lounge is very well maintained and clean.
Visited the showroom to check bajaj chethak, took a test drive. We felt it's a good bet compared to other EV's in the market. Staff gave us enough information asked us book online. Finally they delivered the bike yesterday. I personally recommend others to visit the showeroom.

Avoid KTM, DO NOT TAKE BIKE FOR Service and BEWARE of the Warranty Scheme (both times I had to claim warranty and both times I had fight their managers AND THAT STILL WON'T RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE)
Their managers keep changing between Bajaj and KTM.
UPDATE - Not a single person in their management team called to explain or resolve the issue, they closed my case and asked for review. PROVIDE YOUR REVIEW QUICKLY OR IT MAGICALLY DISAPPERS
Regretting the decision of buying KTM Duke 390, the bike is good but the after service and warranty schemes are a massive nightmare - without any escalation matrix that will help the customer.
I felt terribly helpless and had to go into LinkedIn to find their heads of depts (their service managers will bang the phone on you if you ask them for thier bosses number). THAT PERSON ALSO RAISED HIS HANDS
Again AVOID KTM if you can, this will be a case of passion leads to headaches. That's been my experience with them so far. Held hostage cause I like the Duke 390.
If you are out of warranty, recommend you find a reputed 3rd party mechanic than take it to their service station.

UPDATE June 2022 - The team got back to me and got the bike in normal running condition. Had to replace the head and arm within 18k kms.
Previously May 2022 - Pathetic service of the bike, have to escalate to get anything done. Its not worth paying for the labour. Managers are not available and will not be helpful until you start yelling.
General service is very bad - you pay for them not to do anything. Make sure to have a warranty (it won't help cause thier warranty team love to REJECT everything), cause thier own service guys may be messing up your bike and saying vague and weird things
Washing not done, alloys will be dirty, chain gaurd dirty.
Chain not cleaned or lubed, you have inspect and last minute, they will use wd40 and lube.
Spark plug not fixed properly why are they called professionals. It feels like forced charity.

Had good experience with service of my KTM 200. Mr. Sandeep - front desk service executive is very good in quick response and delivery of well serviced vehicle. He is well trained to understand the service requirement and deliver bike accordingly.
Very bad service charging too high on service in the name of spare parts even they charge of chain lube which is included in paid service charge they can't justify using spare parts of 9k in a service cheating and looting people's
Great service center. Sandeep and Ashley are very knowledgeable and helpful. Typical professional and courteous KTM staff. Would give it 4 stars and not 5 because KTM INDIA is very poor in stocking spares and power-parts. The Bajaj Senior management has to take notice and improve this area.

I had a very bad experience taking the bike from here with bike getting an issue within the first week and they took four days to rectify it stating they are short on mechanics. I felt the service center is pathetically managed with no calls coming to me for updates on the bike or worst of all a job code was also not given when they my vehicle. I had to follow up every time. Looking for other ktm centers to complete the free services. One guy even tried to hide the customer feedback section when I was about to take the delivery of the bike after service. Some professionalism! They even installed the knuckle guards wrong, with accelratior cable getting pulled everytime making the bike rev hard when we turn the handle left. I had to fix it myself as the service center guy blatantly said it's common for advs.
Excellent experience overall. Staff was very understanding and communicated everything very well, hassle-free right from first visit to day of delivery.
