Very poor service from them, they won't fulfill the promises which are mentioned in the iternary. Till payment they will contact us very frequently after full payment we have to follow up with them. When we are in trip they won't respond to us.

Excellent service, the guide who was with us for 3 days was very knowledgeable and friendly. Understood our needs and reacted accordingly. The driver who took us to all the places was also very clam and friendly. On the whole the trip was a memorable one.

Our 7 day tour with (K T R S - travels company was perfect. We could not be happier with any of other travels. The booking process was easy, they customized our tour for our group, our driver was always on time and our tour guide was very informative, flexible, polite and spoke English flawlessly. If you are spending any time in Singapore, Thailand etc, book a tour through K T R S Travel company. We also stayed in the hotel the company had arranged good services and the Cool Hotel. It wasn't fancy like the massive (and very pricey) 5 Stars, the hotel was great for us and the price was very reasonable & food is also so good. I cannot say enough about this company.just great and so happy we booked in the KTRS travels company. I really enjoyed the trip and next time I plan to go once again.

I needed Egypt Tourist Visa for 60 days. Contacted big names like Thomas Cook.there was a lot of hassel even after providing them with all the documents. After wasting my time for 2weeks they said they wouldn't process my Visa due to some docs issue although I had them all.
An acquaintance asked me to try KTRS, I immediately contacted them. It usually takes 10 working days for Visa processing with the embassy.
