There was a noise coming from front wheel of the scooter. Harish provided very good inputs to the mechanic and fixed the issue super quickly. Though he initially said it would take an hour or more, got this fixed much quicker. Sadiq and Harish handled the issue very professionally.
Worst and Pathetic service I have ever seen in my life. I gave my TVS NTorq Scooty for Servicing on Sunday. During Servicing they changed many parts and charged us Rs. 6500 and they didn't do servicing well. After servicing, my scooty breakdown in the mid-way and battery becomes dead. There was no any battery issue before servicing. I complained for that on the same day. They came for Pickup next morning and said there is battery issue. They replaced the old battery with new battery. Again I was coming from service center to my home, scooty breakdown again in mid-way. Again I contacted manager of TVS Service Center. They sent mechanics and they took my scooty back to service center again. Now, they are replacing some parts again. Everytime they are taking back scooty to service center and charging money from us for different different parts. They are not accepting their mistake that they have done something wrong with my scooty due to which the problem is coming again and again.
Before servicing My scooty was perfectly fine. Battery was also healthy and was in good condition. After servicing my battery becomes dead.
Very nice service by kubera motors. All staff are very friendly and explain everything in detail. Mr. Santosh really helped me with the details of the bike as well as on road details.
Service was good. Mr Karthik who has helped me in finance as well. He does his job and customer centric guy. Overall the service was good And Mr Shoaib also helped me with the delivery.
Mr. Santhosh sales manager has done excellent job. The very next day I got the vehicle. He was helping me in vehicle loan as well. Very kind and helping nature. He explained patiently to all my various questions.
It was Hassle-free from sales to delivery of N torq vehicle. Santhosh was very supportive in explaining the varients initially and made us to choose apt vehicle for our family, sreenivas was good in explaining after sales. Thanks for such a support.
They explained very well and delivered in one day Jupiter 125. But the speedometer above glass was broken which they told will change while doing first service. Also the financing was done too fast by Tata Capital. Harish was the point of contact from visiting showroom to delivery. Also got one helmet for free.
I have had a great experience. I recently bought NTorq from this TVS store. They delivered it to my place same day of the booking. They explained and answered all my queries with ease. Shoaib assisted me with everything it was a seamless experience.
Santosh and Team were awesome in helping me procure my first bike. The customer service is really great at Kubera Motors. Santosh always does his best with extra mile customer service. I would recommend everyone who's planning to purchase TVS vehicles to visit Kubera Motors
While purchasing Showroom representative informed that we will take care of your RC, now after purchase no response! Not even any support. Is it a way of handling customer.
It's not at all recommended, we never recommend TVS Kubera HSR layout.

I think my review on the outlet will help you to understand the future issue with TVS outlet in HSR the target of the showroom people is the sale the stock once after sale if any issue occurred with cx in next 3 hours they are not responsible
For example: I have taken TVS RTR200 and NETRO since last 7 month every day I report to the outlet to check the status of my new bikes and it’s almost 7 month now and the final status was shared by the team that we don’t have any idea about the documents and the bike was full cash and now no one are ready to take responsibility of the issue
Every day they are sharing now location and new connect number to discuss and same update we don’t have your documents
I humble request to everyone before booking the vehicle please make sure to take a signature of the outlet manager if not no one will help you out with documents challenge
On July 2nd i given the bike service in this service center for cultch plate change they charged 9k and also bell change they charged extra 1500 rs after this on July 15th i got same cultch plate issue when I went to service center agian they did something and they told me you will not get the same again but yesterday night while going to home it suddenly stopped working in middle of the road. Please Never ever go to this service center
Professional staff. Completed the entire process and got jupiter standard model within 1.5hrs. Shoaib and Santosh were extremely polite and helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle. Overall a great experience.
After you give vehicle, they will tell falsly things to change and charge huge amount. Beware while giving vehicle they will some amount once you go to take vehicle 5 times will be added and you can reverse anything as service has done and youto pay huge of 4k-5k for just a small repair
Gave my bike for free service and they have put some unnecessary charges for it and made it a bill of 1000 adding charges like chain spray and they've added the amount of a full bottle and other unexplained charges.
I wish I could give zero star. Gave my bike for service in HSR layout and my experience is worst. I was given an initial quote. As soon as I returned home, they started complaining that some other parts needs to be replaced and some extra repair is required which is actually not necessary. By the time I went to get the bike, I was charged almost twice the amount given at the time of estimation. There is no one to escalate. You could not even argue as these guys doesn't even care to give you an ear. Avoid going to this service centre as much as possible and go for a better alternative.
Dont go for TVS Kubera. Think twice before buying a TVS bike. There are other showrooms selling bikes at a lower price but i went for this showroom to get good servicing done. Dont expect a decent behaviour, once the bike is sold they are not going to take much responsibility.
My bike is just 2 months old.
Issues i faced: 1) There was some problem with my tyre pressure and they directly told me get it checked outside. There was some issue with front brake, whenever i put brakes above 30 kmph, a sound will come from the brakes. First they checked and told its fixed, next day the problem started again. 2) Rust: Additional parts like saree guard, bolts in the handle bar and parts supporting the exhaust have started rusting after 2 weeks of usage. First they told they will "fix" it in the first service.after the first service they told they will fix it in 4th service, then when i replied back 4th service is too late they straight away told me they cant do anything about that. 3) Bike insurance: They are not going to take any responsibility if you are going back to claim bike insurance in case of damage or accident. Indirectly they told me not to claim and were laughing in the corner when i turned my back.
Please choose another bike showroom or better get another bike but not TVS.
WORST TVS SERVICE CENTER! They are thugs! They do nothing in name of bike servicing and are charging around 2-3K of your money! I had to give my bike for servicing again just after 1.5 months of servicing.clutch servicing not done.carborator is not cleaned at all. These guys don't even touch the internal parts. Engine oil replacement not done properly.
Worst experience, they don't have knowledge of bike parts, I gave for service and told them to fix my clutch lever but when I went to take the delivery from the bike station they did not fix the clutch lever. It was 6 pm so they gave me the TVS genuine part and told me to fix it from outside. When I took the part to some garage the person told me it's was some TVS victor clutch lever that can't be fixed to Apache 200 4v. If I come back to a service station and told them you have me the wrong part they argued that we gave the right part, so I just tell them to fix it in from of me they told you are not allowed inside the station. Then I went in and checked it was the wrong part they accepted n did not have stock too of the clutch lever. One of the worst experiences. Still, many more are there.
Comparatively a small showroom. Most of the models on display. Explaining of the features of the vehicle was not elaborate by the sales executive. Addtionally the company website shows models of TVS Ntorq, disc and drum variant but the dealer mentions that both models are discontinued a quarter back.
The worst it's getting worst and worst everyone earn their money hard way these cartoons think it's easy money. I have been following up with them for fixing of my tvs classic mirror I have told them it's so dangerous without a mirror esp with family these cartoon neither they have fixed nor they told me it's not in their hands but when they want to do service they do it and loot money. Guys avoid this place avoid this brand if possible. Pathetic
Worst showroom, they will only treat you in proper way until you book a vehicle, after that there is no proper response from the sales team, I booked an ntorq 15days was the window given to me, when i went to the showroom i see many paint marks gone on the front, brakes etc, upon highlighting they are like it's festival & i should be glad that they are delivering the vehicle was the response from their manager, don't waste your time & money here, bike servicing on other hand is good

New Manager at service center is perfect in taking care of customers. If you want discount request them they will definitely try for you but don't argue or try to compare with other service centres or any rude behaviour while discussing on price part.
After getting service, do check your vehicle more than once, each and every part of bike not only faulty place.
Worst experience I had here. They don't have complete knowledge of the products. I bought bike on 7th December within three days my battery gone. I asked them to replace, they have changed but they didn't put seat properly and TVS RAIDER mono suspension keep on sounds.
Pathetic experience. Please don't buy from this showroom. Just after 2 months of buying my vehicle, self starter was not working when i got it checked they said battery has a issue. How come a new vehicle has battery issues? Then they said they will claim for warranty of the battery and i am yet to hear from them. Unless and until we follow up there is no response from them. There is no procedure or process they follow, worst showroom ever.
Very bad experience from the sales team. I had visited their showroom and enquired about a scooter. As the model wasn't available, they asked me to wait for 5 days. I even connected with one of their sales representative on whatsapp as well, even then the person wasn't giving any update. Very pathetic sales team and I would never recommend this branch. Very bad

My girlfriend was trying to get her scooter serviced. They kept saying they were coming to pick up the scooter, but no one turned up. Took nearly a week for them to eventually come and collect it.
After it was serviced, she asked them to drop it off at a certain time. But, they didn’t come then either. So after waiting for two hours, she had to go there and collect it herself.
Very irresponsible management.
She knew this was an awful service centre from previous experience. However, TVS doesn’t allow her to use another service center. It has to be the local one.
They also charged Rs 10000 to service a scooter that cost 60000 in 2016. Seemed expensive. Might have been better to just buy another scooter from a company with better customer service.
The respect and hospitality you get in this showroom is second to none. The staff is very humble and polite. My call was answered by Shoaib and he even arranged the test ride of a display bike within 5minutes after I walked into the showroom. This is very rare with any other dealership and others don't give display bike for test ride. I have faced it across Honda and Bajaj dealerships in Bangalore when they have denied to give a bike for test ride. I did post the video as well on my YouTube channel "StreetMotoTalks". I went to this service center for my paid service. Its overall a good experience. They also took less than 4 hrs to ready my bike. They also provided me with their own AMS package. Servicing was also good. I will visit this place again in future. Its the best one present in HSR Layout nearby area.
They replace the parts. I had got my TvS zest serviced there. There was some noise coming from the vehicle. I showed it elsewhere.they told the clutch has been replaced. So please do not get your vehicle done here they cheat.
We have 4 vehicles of our store and this service centre is closeby but our experience with 1 vehicle itself made us realize that we shouldnt be giving our other 3 vehicles here. For a 2 year old XL 100 vehicle, we were given a bill of 12000+ and the sales guy promised that if we come and talk to the manager, they will give us some discount but when we went there, they are just not bothered. So, Please PREACH only what you practise.
Would not recommend it at all. After every service or part replacement I have experienced problems. The old parts which are supposed to be returned to the customers after replacement is never done from their side. Instance of a horrible experience: I had replaced my rear disc and rear brake pads, while driving back my rear tyre was wobbling all the time while braking which made it very hard and dangerous to drive. 2 stars is given because of Mr. Bernard and Mr. Selvam's customer service which is the only good thing about this place.
Worst service. Be prepared for loot and in return you ll get worst service. They are not able to solve my front brake problem since last 3 services. More over they have aligned rear wheel wrongly which caused lot of chain rubbing sound. I had to visit local shop to make it align properly.

Worst service center did not resolved the problem and took two days on the vehicle. Also charges simply anything without listening to customer. This was the last time giving the vehicle for service it's better to give it outside to a local shop.
Firstly they don't have a good service quality! Please don't take bike loan in this showroom.they will assist you to take loan from their own company i.e TVS CREDIT SERVICE. My own experience. I paid loan amount regularly but due to Covid situation I was unable to pay it. Those credit people (local slum people) don't have any professionalism.in the middle of the road they stopped and seized my bike! Later I called them and asked without notice how can you take my bike. They spoke unprofessional language to a customer!
You go there once for servicing and they will shamelessly keep paining you endlessly by doing irritating spam calls every week. Every time they will assure you that they will update their database but they never stop calling. They are harassing me since last 1.5 years and I am feeling so pained by them. If owners are listening here, please do something about it. Please do not bother replying with generic message like "we will look into it" because you have never done that in last 1.5 years.
People, if you wan to save yourself from their harassment, do not go there once or do the mistake to give them your phone number.

I once accidentally did the mistake of dropping off a friend's scooter for service.
Ever since then, this center, has never stopped sending me SMSs & Phone calls for a vehicle I do not own. (We literally asked them to strike my number)
Irrespective of their vehicular service, their sheer unwillingness to STOP disturbing has been disgusting.
These people never attend customers' calls. They are not service minded. Our experience is we would never recommend these people to any of our friends, relatives and acquaintances.
They're charged me for battery charging work. I wonder how they re-charged my bike battery without touching it. I need a refund otherwise I have the bill and will meet at consumer Court.

This is the worse service center to take your bike too. If you love your bike avoid this place. Let's start with the process once you reach here to give your bike. There will no executive available to help you wait for next 10-20 mins and maybe if you keep telling the security guard you will get some one. Next they listen to your problem but will tell you to hurry up and say and tell you when to come to pickup. But after going there 3-4 times I have realized they will never give your bike on time. The repairs will be done half way. That means if something is made something is spoiled. They have no technician to handle vehicles (this was informed to me by one of their employee only). With no expert on vehicles and the guy outside is just busy taking the vehicle and saying random dates. I urge you to avoid such service center for the betterment of your bike or scooter.
The worst service centre, people are polite but that not gonna fix your vehicle. Manager is rude. Mechanic are not trained. They need a whole week to fix the problem.
Zero professionalism, zero accountability, zero responsibility. I gave my scooty for service. They asked me to come to collect the vehicle in the evening at 7 PM. On reaching there I found out that vehicle is still there without being touched. The owner (no less) comes up with some part being damaged and it costs Rs. 5000. I asked him to just give the bike as it is. Then he assured me that he will try to repair it as best as he can and asked me to collect the bike next day. Next day when I came at the said time, I still find my vehicle in same condition. When I asked them to give my bike they again come up with same part being damaged. I sat there myself for 2 hours and made sure that my vehicle was attended. They just don't touch your vehicle until you reach there. Be ready to wait for at least 2-3 hours. They just come up with something when you go to collect your vehicle. Nobody picks up the phone if you want to enquire beforehand. I have seen myself that nobody knows where their contact mobile is. They will always be searching for it.
This is first time I have given my bike for service. The first and formost thing I felt was lack of professionalism. Look like they r not much interested in customer satisfaction. You have to explain each and everything if you really want to get your bike repaired properly otherwise they will just do normal servicing. Now after 5 days i am feeling my bike same as before service. Break become loose.bike again started making sound and gear again become hard.

Worst service experience. Kept waiting for more than half an hour for vehicle to get ready (they called and confirmed that vehicle is ready). Looting money from customers. Had to get vehicle serviced within span of 1.5 month (previous service was also done here). They could have told the problem with the vehicle during first service itself.

In my case they started working on my scooter when i went to take the delivery of the vehicle, they made me to wait for 3 Hours, that too on 2nd day. 5. Worst experience in buying scooter for my family, first they charge your extra with no receipts given for extra charges, they sell you products with design and manufacturing defects, even after showing them the issue they don't provide solution to it, better to avoid buying your 2 wheels from this dealer. Worst service center. My new scooty Pep after first service stopped several times. Within 6 months the spark plug was replaced, battery was replaced now within 1year 4 months service center is complaining the carburetor should be replaced. From one year they didn't tell me this problem and repaired on the same carburetor.now sudden shock for me I demanded a replacement but they are refusing. Not worth to even grade one star
Terrible experience today. Service advisor recommended a part change which was due only after 14K kilometers. When I objected he agreed. I received a call to collect the vehicle but when I arrived there the vehicle wasn't ready. I got overcharged for washing that they didn't do, stating that I was being charged for the consumables. I saw a pattern as there was another customer who was at the billing counter argiung about the same issue.
Also, the vehicle did not feel like it was serviced at all. Never coming here again due to poor customer service and conniving staff.
First they have given the estimate of 2000 Rs.but when i go there to collect my vehicle.they have given me the bill of 7500.and they told now we are unable to do any thing.you have to take the vehicle or just leave it here.

Had a good experience on my 1st service (Express service - Just took 45 Mints to have a general check-up and Oil change & they also removed both the tyers and did the best service), Techies (Machines) are too supportive and helpful.
We order for NTORQ 125 yellow and black colour.store member said to wait for 3 week, after three week there is no colour then we ask for black and white they even don't provide.on Sunday (after 3rrd week) we decide to buy red and black then shore said will give you on Monday even stocks are available for same just because prices are going to increase from monday they were forcing to buy next day.after some arguments they get ready to give scooter.very disappointing with behaviour and crew.

Servicing of two wheelers is done very slowly. They told that the scooter would be serviced by 4pm and that I could collect it at that time. I went there at 4: 30pm and it still wasn't serviced. I had to wait an hour
Unprofessional feedback calls, when you complain about their service, they will take it as some sort of joke. Also, even after paid scooty service, I got to know that some connections were disconnected, and I had to visit them again to get it fixed. Not recommended. Better try some other center, or any local shops.
