I'm sad to write this review that please don't book pet walk with their app.
Kuddle services are good but the walkers they have are liers and you can rely your pet on them. Please don't trust kuddle walker

Wrost experience ever, if you want your pets safety NEVER TRUST them, they always try to play with word this is the best they do, one of there trainer try to chowk my dog neck with the leash and they are trying to threat me, putting my review to make sure this should not happen with any other pet parent

Had a grooming session for my Golden retriever 6 years old. He is bigger than above average golden retriever dogs. They hardly used 50ml of shampoo, diluted it in a litre or so water and was given an excuse that's how they have been trained. Also the groomers didn't know how to handle a dog with care. The first thing they did was starting putting water on my dogs face which any professional groomer would advice you against doing. For all this they charged 1599.

And after all this I got a call from them for asking why such low rating for the service on their app. I told them about it and was told they'll give me some points for the next grooming session. Forget the points they even changed 1 star to 4 stars without my permission and approval. They are a bunch of liars and unprofessional to say the least.

Don't go for their services who lie to their customer just for getting new businesses. Especially when they are in a service industry and handling someone's beloved pets.

Waste of money and energy!

My experience-

I booked Kuddle for walking my dog. The walker was more than 30mins late on the trial session. No one informed me he was gonna be late. When asked the team told me he had a bike break down but the walker later told me that he couldn’t get up on time in the morning. Clearly there is no coordination between the teams. Even there excuses and lies don’t match.

Then they kept forcing me to take another trial since the first experience was not good. I agreed.
But they couldn’t even book the timings I asked for. They kept booking the wrong timing. After asking them to correct it for a whole day, eventually by evening they booked the right slot.
Then after some time they told me that the same walker is not available (even though the walker had told me that he was available at my requested timings)

They ended up sending someone new the next day. This guy came on time. Even though he did not finish the walk for 30 mins as promised, I still went ahead and paid for the entire week.

Then the SAME Thing happened in the evening. The walker did not turn up on time. We kept waiting for an hour. Excuse this time was - rain!

Finally I had to cancel the booking and ask for a refund.

They had promised a refund for the trial walk as well but haven’t got that yet.

WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR TRIAL AND WEEKLY BOOKING.

It’s a BIG hassle to take their services. You ll have to pause your entire day and keep coordinating with them.

Their operations and customer support really needs urgent attention!

I absolutely enjoyed my wonderful experience with Kuddle and I highly recommend it!

Troublesome management, tried two different groomers both didnt look much experienced. Had to give every basic instruction and even those were difficult to be entertained. Not recommended.

Extremely happy with kuddle full grooming services. They did a perfect job and up to expectations.

We have two Indies - Veer and Khushi. Though very friendly and happy at home, Khushi and Veer were unable to go out for walks or socialise since they were generally anxious and jumpy when taken outside. Veer was especially very nervous - more so after his traumatic experience of being lost for 2 weeks. We found KUDDLE (comes up top in Google search thanks to the excellent reviews). Right from the first coaching session, the magical transformation in Veer and Khushi became evident. Mr.suraj's instant rapport with the pets, his attention to detail, her patience while coaching us pet parents was simply remarkable.

Worse service my pet has fallen sick after their grooming.please please do not get yourself and your pet into trouble booking their service and paying for it. I FEEL SO GUILTY THAT I BOOKED THE SERVICE AND NOW MY FUR BABY IS SUFFERING.

Used the dog walking service. Roshan, the dog walker was very professional and principled, and knew how to handle different breeds. The response time by the sales/operations team was very quick as well. Keep up the good work.

My experience with Kuddle - training was great!
We moved countries and Peggy was having issues with separation anxiety with the shift. Trainer Purushottam helped us navigate this witch such ease that now Peggy comfortably stays long hours alone. Thanks for all the counselling and training tips Kuddle!

After searching for days for a good trainer we came across Kuddle. Let me tell you, there will be a bunch of trainers and training schools who have various 'marketing gimmicks' to convince you that they provide the best dog training and advanced training methodologies etc, but most of them are ineffective and irrelevant to the actual problems of your pet. It's just business as usual for them, period!
However, Mr. Vijayanand (kuddle) is completely different from them all. He has a very polite and friendly behavior and yet he is extremely professional. He took detailed notes of each of the issues we were facing with our Rio (1.5 yrs labrador) and every technique that he suggested has worked like magic!
Within a month we have seen drastic changes in his behavior and now we are happier parents than ever before.
A big shout out to you KUDDLE for being so kind, patient and most importantly, very effective.

My cat had her hair cut and her nails clipped, but she did so in a very unskilled manner. She declined to go for an ear cleaning even after she cut her whiskers, and I asked her to do so, saying she couldn't do it today. She will be back the another day. She allegedly overcharged us into that it was included cat overall grooming. But she didn't do it.

I just love this kuddle App it made my pet parenting easy, i have booked a grooming service for my pet Heaven, its really easy to book the Appointment via app, very professional and friendly groomers, I'm happy that no more smelly heaven, i recommend KUDDLE PET.

Worth the shot with Kuddle!

I have an anxious indie puppy and we had been struggling with her training. We recently moved cities and that made her feel unsettled and even more anxious. Mr.suraj worked with her through the sessions and I could see my puppy's confidence grow. The training not only helped her settle into a new city but the biggest achievement was that it reduced her separation anxiety. She became comfortable being by herself for a few hours even though till a few months ago she would howl even if left alone for ten minutes. This was a huge achievement for us and made me feel confident that my dog felt safe and settled.

Since my dog doesn't like being outdoors much, Trainer suraj adapted the training to include a lot of exercises for mental stimulation so that our dog had all the avenues to release her excess energy. With time we could see that our pet 's nervous energy was being channeled the correct way and this greatly helped with her overall training.

Suraj also had really helpful insights on how to build trust with your dog which is something we take for granted. His techniques and tips will definitely outlast the training. He’s wonderful with pets and is a great person to get along with. Overall we had an excellent experience with kuddle

Excellent services from kuddle pet team. Every dog owner must use this service. And Suraj the dog trainer is an excellent choice for dog training.

We adopted an Indie puppy, Roro, when she was around 7 to 8 months old. Roro was a little fearful and the lack of proper socialization left her with a few behavioral issues.

We are so, so glad that we stumbled upon Kuddle Pet!

We met Manjuchari for our first consultation and Roro (who is extremely fearful of strangers) trusted her almost instantly. This was really crucial for us because we wanted to make sure that Roro would enjoy the training program and learn from it.

Manjuchari was extremely through with the consultation and was able to tell us exactly the kind of dog Roro is!

She gave us a very good training plan that covered a whole range of things that addressed Roro’s behaviour and encouraged us throughout the program while we practiced what she taught us.

In just a few weeks, we could see how much Roro had changed and there is a very confident stride in her! It has been a few months now and we can only see it getting better and better.

The best part of this whole thing is that we have been able to build a fantastic relationship with Trainer, kuddle and understand her better.

We strongly recommend that anyone who has a dog considers training, and that they choose to raise Kuddle!

Excellent training by Umesh and the services provided by Kuddle team. I would highly recommend Umesh as a trainer for training your pet. He is very caring, highly patient when it comes to clarifying doubts etc.

I love the way Kuddle trainer (Mr.pratish) explained about the behavioral issue and under lying reason and how to work with it. Worth every penny and time you spend on it. I love the bond I am sharing with my fur baby after the class and implementation of what I learnt.

Great experience with kuddle
getting our puppy trained by Ravi. He patiently taught everything. He tries to understand the pet first and then start the training accordingly. Our puppy was very bad with walking. He would jump on people and it was always a chaos. Now he walks calmly and his jumping habit reduced drastically. Very happy with the training. Our puppy loves him. Would recommend him and kuddle always.
