Very well maintained hall. One small suggestion is, they should block entries to beggars and others randomly entering the premises.
AC should be mandatory since air is not coming in fans.
They should keep enough dustbins around and keep the hall clean.
Parking is available. No security guard when I visited.

Town Hall of Mangalore, inaugurated on 29 December 1964 is a Town Hall situated in Hampankatta locality of Mangalore, Karnataka which is a prominent platform for all major social, political and cultural events in the city.
Yakshagana, Tulu, Kannada, Konkani Dramas are staged in Town Hall. Especially most of the Tulu Drama's maiden show is played here before the teams start their tours.
It was renovated in November 2016 at a cost of Rs 4.58 crore and was inaugurated on Children Day.

Beautiful British Monument in the heart of the Mangalore city. An important landmark of the city. Town Hall witnessed staging of innumerable local & upcountry Shows and nurtured thousands of Artists of Drama, Music & Folk

Not so great.
Had very bad experience.all localite drunk and split over the hall.anyone can come and sit and do nuisance.no one is there to ask.very poor management

It's in middle of city of Mangalore,

Mangalore's one of the biggest auditorium. Located at hampankatta. Owned by mangalore city corporation. AC/non AC available. Convenient for cultural programmes. Its recently renovated and got a new look. But space between seat rows are less. Its irritating someone passes. Its recently named as Kudmul Rangarao town hall by mangalore city corporation.

I had visited this place for a chess tournament. I appreciate the organisers DKCA for conducting the tournament with good facilities. They provided free lunch for 2 days, in between matches juice, snacks were also provided. Ro water is available, clean washrooms.
